Best eye doctor I have ever been to, the best staff everything. If your not partnered with Roth’s eye clinic you need to switch now. I lost my glass at a park and my insurance did not cover for losses only lens scratches. When I tell you their staff worked with me every step of the way to order my new set of frames, that cost an arm and a leg they went above and beyond: they even tried to help me look for lost pair over the phone and everything. Thank you so much I promise no more glasses at the park🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😅😅😅

They have what seems up to date equipment for services. Felt comfortable and liked exam if you can like exams. Also they give you information that I believe is helpful. Good place. Now there twice.

I mainly chose Roth Eye Care because the reviews were excellent and I must say, it holds correct! Personally, this was my first time wearing glasses and I knew something was wrong as I was dizzy all the time! My old Optometrist said that my prescription was correct and nothing they can really do. While Dr. Roth confirmed that the prescription was correct, she thought I would benefit if she lowered my stigmatism a little more and it did the trick!

I’m a new patient and I had a good experience. I also went during the pandemic. This office does practice social distancing. When I arrived for my appointment, there was only one other patient there and she was on her way out. They had hand sanitizer available and they wiped down the machine and seat before using it on me. I felt safe. I came for an annual exam and contact lenses fitting and the whole appointment took about 45 minutes. This includes the time it took for me to pay and order new contact lenses. Dr. Roth was friendly and knowledgeable.Booking my appointment was easy and I appreciate the reminder calls and text leading up to the appointment. I would recommend.

I was looking for an optometrist in the Miami area and based on other reviews and location I decided to try Roth Eye Care In Miami. They were excellent! The consultation was professional and well organized and reasonably priced. From there I went to their South Beach location, called Eye Desire, to choose my prescription glasses and sunglasses as their selection was larger and closer to home. They were equally helpful. Kept me informed at every stage of the process and made sure that everything was perfect when I collected both pairs. In fact there was a problem with the sunglasses as the magnification was too strong (not their fault but the manufacture of the lense) and they immediately sent them back to rectify them. Again service levels were very good and they called regularly to keep me updated. I collected them again and they were perfect!I high recommend them for all their services.

Great service!Last year I went to 2 eye doctors who could never get my prescription right! Constantly changing RX, this almost resulted in me giving up glasses completely, I suffer from migraines and my prescription must be exact!When coming in staff was friendly and awesome, Dr A Roth has advanced technology that pinpoints everything to the T! I tried contacts for over a month and she always offered ordering new trial lenses and giving solution whenever I came in for another fitting, after some trial and error we found the perfect fit lenses and I purchased glasses that were finally the perfect prescription, she never had to go in and alter my prescriptions like many other doctors, and even when I wanted to test again to be sure she was patient with me, testing my eyes the 2nd time proved the same accurate Rx as the first.I really appreciated her patience after dealing with impatient and hasty eye care professionals for the last 10 years. Ive seen both doctors (father and daughter) and they are straight to the point without compromising on the details. They presented various options without pushing anything.Then the others working in the office, i cant remember her name specifically but she was very patient and was able to go through the options and navigate the complex insurance policies. Everyone had a good attitude and was really helpful. Honestly I havent been to other eye care professionals but what more would you want from an office? Will continue to use them.

Forever grateful , LIFE SAVERS!!We came with an emergency , he could not see out of it , was so scary looking to me . The quick diagnosis we had received before was not working and we were so desperate and wanted to be on the right path of what to do .They immediately got us sorted out, we got both of their opinions. This is the most professional eye care office...everybody is really kind and polite I like the fact the promise of a 10 days and they call you on 5 days to tell that the glasses are ready. Roth Eye Care saved my vacation!!!I flew into Miami the night before I left for a two week cruise, and realized I forgot my contact lenses. We were headed to Central America to *see* wild life, so this was set to be a vacation-ruiner.Roth Eye Care was down the road from my hotel, so I gave it a try, and Im so glad I did! I showed up crazed and desperate before they opened, but Paulette was completely professional and willing to help. She let my husband and I sit in the office waiting for my provider to confirm my prescription and went and verified she had the samples I needed while we waited. The very second the prescription came through, she was ready with my lenses, which allowed me to see everything on my vacation and have a great time!I cannot describe how stressed I was this morning, but Paulette was an absolute angel - I could never thank her enough for how kind and helpful she was to me that day.
