Pricey store and they can’t even make avocado toast correct… I had to return my food twice and after that I told them to stop and get my money back, I literally thought they would spit on my food or something… just get it right. The only thing that’s good is the already made drink and they also are super sugary #notHealthy

The puddings used to be stocked at Whole Foods. In South Miami , they have a Dr Smood store, so I don’t have to drive to Apple Bricken to get the puddings. This is a better location for traffic and parking then the downtown locations. They also sell cold pressed juices and juice shots. I also like the organic bowl options here. Expect to pay a higher price here . I do recommend

We are very disappointed. We were looking for a smoothie and something to eat since we only eat organic food and the 2 girls working on Sunday evening did not show any interest making it. They were trying to convince us to buy the pre-made ones. She kept repeating they didn’t have avocado. When I asked for a lid for a to go cup she said they were out of it. When finally she made the smoothie it was tasteless and with big pieces of ice. We tried it but we ended up returning to the store and requested a refund.For the price we paid the smoothie should have been out of this world. Apparently they were out of everything including the coffee that it is sold by the register. Definitely never going back.

Great design and customer service. Ambient music and free WiFi are complimenting this place loaded with healthy options. Its definitely one of my favorite places in Miami.

Friendly, energetic staff, and great space..Oh and the food is great quality too; there are a lot of options for breakfast/lunch, granted a bit on the pricey side.

The juices are good but I think theyre on the overpriced side of value. Its a nice place to sit and work otherwise. I do give them credit for always keeping the place clean.

So upsetting to have walked in 10 mins before they closed today and having been told I couldn’t order coffee because the staff had already cleaned out the machine. Isn’t this something you do once you’ve already closed?

Really disappointed. Have eaten at many Dr smood locations. First time at this one. they didnt even toast the bread for my sandwich, as they have done every single time Ive been to every single other location. I dont know if its just laziness or what but they werent busy, they were just sitting around, so Its hard to know what to say. Definitely check your meal before you leave with takeout because the difference between bread and toast is quite significant for their avocado toasts. Why call it a toast if youre not going to toast it?

I stopped by Saturday and my experience with the supervisor in charge, Chris was one of the most amazing service experience ever! This young man was surprisingly better than someone you would find at a fine dining establishment! I had a small issue and he went beyond the call to ensure satisfaction. So, win-win. Great food for your body, exceptional service for your soul! Definitely returning.

Great place! The ambience is just perfect. They have a great selection of vegan options which is so hard to find in Miami. I love the fact that all ingredients are high quality and organic. I’m absolutely obsessed with the fact that they have in house made nut milks! So if you are looking for the perfect cashew latte this is your place! Great customer service from all the staff, they are always very welcoming and friendly... great vibes overall!

My experiences here have been good overall, the plates are small but can be quite delicious. Certainly enjoyed the avocado toast with wild caught salmon yesterday. Very tasty and very filling. I believe the quality of the ingredients makes up for large portions. Smoothies are good as well and I believe the brand is focused on bringing quality nutrition the consumer. Might be a little pricey, so certainly not the regular go to place, but I have enjoyed my visits here.

Came here once. This place has great atmosphere, its very chic, and well put-together. I bought a strawberry milkshake from them, and it tasted kind of funky though. But Im very much willing to go again and give something else a try for sure!

Awesome! Food was very fresh and they had a wonderful array of cold pressed juices. Their food is put together by doctors to make sure youre receiving exactly what you need. The drinks have labels to let you know what theyre good for, like energy or health. Should definitely go! Great spot for vegans and vegetarians.

Its hard not to love this place. It is modern with very comfortable seating. The food is very tasty (tuna pesto sandwich to die for) and the coffee is great too. The service is excellent. I will return.

Dr. Smood is the real deal in organic good food. Their bowls are fresh without being pretentious. This time in I had the, Acai Bowl 2 Go and it lived up to its smoothie delightfulness. It was chilled but not to cold, had great viscosity and held up during the entire consumption... didnt get mushy or too wet like many other smoothie experiences do.

I buy organic groceries so I have a clear understanding of the pricing involved in creating these products (while I dont we an organic mark, the ingredients are of great quality here). I get that you are in business to make a profit but you should work to align your heart with your passion for business. Healthy, tasty food should be attainable and not simply for the well to do in our country. I hope the COVID cases, the loss of lies and my post will urge you to re-examine your position. Thank you.

Maybe I should read up more about a place before I show up. They dont accept cash though apparently I should have known that. No dairy products, I should have known that. Seemingly only 2 sweetener options, apparently I should have known that. I returned the cold brew, didnt enjoy it whatsoever. Didnt taste like coffee and with the imo, limited options in sweeteners and milks to choose from, it tasted even less like coffee. My friend got a latte with almond milk that had a powdery feel , that he had to keep drinking water along with it, so he didnt cough. Maybe Im projecting, though the thing that irks me about a place like this, though I appreciate the intention, it feels pretentious to me and elitist. Just my perspective.

Ambiance is 100% on point, you feel amazing just walking in. The staff was Superb. Amazing. Super Helpfull and seem like they love working there and take a genuine interest in you.The Food was delicious. The cold turkey sandwich was to die for. Recommend this place to anyone.

As much as I want to like this place, I have to say I have given it too many tries.Customer service is terrible and it also takes too long.Today I decided to write a review because for the second time I came back home having to throw up. The first time I had the Cacao shake and this time I had the “green something...” smoothie. Usually my stomach never gets upset so I wonder what are they mixing in those shakes that made me feel so bad?I am not even going to mention the price... because I believe such a nice place could afford charging that price if service was better and food wouldn’t do this.I am talking about the South Miami location - haven’t tried any other. Could have put up with price and bad service, but it has gone too far now.

We loved the concept as there arent many vegan cafes in Miami, the interiors were nice too. But the baristas were not very welcoming, didnt even smile the whole time we were ordering. If they improve their customer service, maybe well come back.

Dr Smood doesnt accept cash. It doesnt make them edgy, it makes them douches for excluding customers. For that I give them one star, but for their selection of unique drinks, Ill give them another star.

If you like overpriced cardboard sandwiches and $2.50 water, then this is the place for you. Please save your taste buds and money and just get a pubsub. Whoever says this place is good is a liar and probably hasn’t tasted food in 10 years.

I almost ordered an $11 smoothie until I watched the guy make it. He barely put any spinach in. I mean like 5 or 6 leaves. In other words...the thing was all apple juice. Cheap Apple juice. I instantly asked for a refund.Not worth it.
