Good place to shop.... very good prices. The staff is friendly and very helpful.... the store is clean, but a little messy in certain areas... but will shop here again...

The staff in the store didnt so much as greet me when I walked in or around the store. I was there nearly 30 minutes and I finally heard the voice of the cashier only as she was ringing me up. But in retrospect they have great merchandise for great prices so Im making this review on the stores ability to provide product not its staffs customer service ability or lack there of ..

This is to Mr Valsan.Your store has the most uncivilized employees. They are lazy and have no manners. To all of those people on here who rate this place more than 1 star have no idea what great customer service is all about, and obviously youre missing out. I will never visit this so called store again.Im being kind when I say this is the worst store.

I have an addiction to all things cute, mini, and awesome. I dont know if its an Asian thing or being a girl.I bought a purse recently and the back strap used to pull the zipper across came off, leaving the zipper useless without a pull thing. I remembered that I had bought my first zipper pull at Kid Robot a few months back (a Koizumi Strawberry smoking a cigarette). With this in mind, I had to go back to get a couple more to put to use.Thank you Kid Robot for selling stuff that brings a smile to my face!

There is so much merchandise at Valsan that the shopper can find just about anything.The founder and CEO is Mr. Ruben Valsan. As s shopper myself I can tell you that he is meticulous about the way he operates business. The store is clean and well kept. Customer service is great. No matter which department youre in the employees are readily available to help you. Every department has sufficient employees who are knowledgeable about the products they are responsible for. There is plenty of parking and the store has armed guards to protect the premises. Bathrooms are available and they as well as the store are handicap accessible. If you want to truly find great bargains this is the store to visit.Staff is very pleasant and fully bi lingual. You can find eatable goods arnd cold drinks. I highly recommend you visit this store. Prices are difficult to beat. Personally I dont know Mr.Valsan but he runs his business exceptionally well. City trollies are available free of cost and they stop in front of the store. Besides their own security, police presence is heavy making your shopping experience safe.Besides the locals, Valsan has a tremendous clientele from other countries. You must visit the place in order to see the varied merchandise not to mention the great prices.
