We did vinyl on top of existing tiles and we were a bit skeptical of results but the installers did a great job leveling the floor and everything, the result came out perfect!Giving 4 stars as we had a few hick-ups during installation, such as some wall damages when moving out appliances, and a delay at the end to installing the doors back.

After a plumbing fixture flood we were forced to replace the wood floor in 3 rooms, Don and his crew were able to expertly tear out the old flooring and replace it in 4 weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Vince Mclemore made the process of change our floors in our master bedroom so easy that I didn’t even need to leave my home. I contacted Vince over the phone, he ask me to send him pictures of the type of floor I wanted. The next day he came to my house with samples of what I wanted. In a big city, there is always doubt about finding a good company to remodel anything in your home. Not easy finding someone to trust selling you a good product and then having a good installation team.There was none of those issues in our first experience getting new floors installed in our condo. I found myself in an emergency to have premium carpet installed in fewer than 24 hours after my tile plans fell through with another company. Left with bare floors and the weekend looming, I called Don Bailey carpet and spoke to Elisa, an elite member of their sales team. She appreciated my predicament and immediately scheduled an appointment with me the same afternoon. She showed up at my condo and measured my space and suggested we go to the showroom where she thought I would find carpet I could live with. I saw hundreds of Options. Who knew there were so many choices in carpet. And I am NOT a carpet person. Carpet had been the furthest thing from my mind for my bedroom floor. I had my living room, foyer and kitchen tiled after a flood ruined the wood laminate in my apartment. I couldnt be more pleased with the way the tile turned out - it was a high quality material at a reasonable price, and it was beautifully installed. I am most grateful, however, for all of the help I received from Elisa Carrozza. I was totally unfamiliar with the process and complications in having renovation work done on a high-rise unit, and she took me through every step of it, from best selection of product, to pricing, and she handled the city permitting, prepared the packet for approval by building management, and even sat in my unit while I was out of town in order to meet the city inspector. She also arranged to have the tiling scheduled while I was out of town, which eliminated the expense of a local hotel while the work was being done. When I returned home, the tiling was complete, and any minor points to complete were immediately handled by Elisa. The look of the whole apartment has been upgraded by the new tiling, and I wouldnt consider going elsewhere for any flooring needs.

I cant say enough about my experience at Don Bailey. I went to the showroom on 148th street and was helped by Josh Darrow. Josh exemplified everything I would want in a salesman. He was courteous, knowledgeable, & attentive. Josh took the time to describe every flooring option, as well as walk me through the steps of the flooring process. I needed about 2,000 sq ft for the general areas of my house and (with Joshs guidance) selected the new 72 water resistant laminate.The installers were amazing- they did meticulous, professional work. Josh followed up afterwards to ensure I was happy with the product and the installation. I have 3 young boys & 2 dogs, the flooring can handle all the traffic and looks gorgeous too!If I could give more stars I would. Go to Don Bailey. Ask for Josh.

My wife and I shopped at the Ft. Lauderdale location with nothing but good to say about the service, products and quick installation that we received at Don Bailey Floor.We would like send a big thank you to Scott Kupperman for making it very easy to select a laminate floor and have it installed so quickly so we can move into our new house without delays. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable about his products. He knows his business. We went into the store and after Scott showing us the different flooring that he has on display, he followed us home to take the measurements. We made a deal right there in the new house and it was installed a couple of days later. My wife and I are so HAPPY with DON BAILEY FLOORING and SCOTT.
