Went to total auto protection after reading great reviews online. Jeff did a fantastic job installing an aftermarket radio on my Nissan 370z. He was in contact with me when I left the car with him, which in any business I appreciate a lot. Fair priced and Jeff is very straight forward and does great recommendations to better optimize what you are looking into installing. If I could rate 10/10 I would. Would definitely go back and recommend anyone to visit Total Auto Protection.

My CD player and radio in my 2002 Toyota Tacoma finally quit after only 19 years (LOL). In looking for a replacement I considered installing it myself. After watching YouTube installation videos, I decided to have a pro install it instead and avoid the aggravation. I checked Best Buy and searched online only to find I had to schedule an installation weeks away and also wait for the item to be shipped. Then I found Total Auto Protection searching Google. I drove over - picked out the perfect CD/Radio at a surprisingly low price including installation and had it installed the following day. The installation only took an hour. My upgraded unit had so many bells and whistles as compared to my antiquated CD/Radio the owner (Jeff) took the time to go over with me all the features and how to use them. Needless to say I was quite impressed with the level of customer service that I received. I highly recommend Total Auto Protection.

Called on the phone after reading excellent online reviews. The owner/operator of this small shop (Jeff) answered and was instantly a great guy to work with. Straightforward, informed, expert and with a great can do attitude. After listening to my questions he responded with recommendations that matched my plans. We talked about parts and he got me a deal on the JL audio amp and Sub that I wanted to go with that was better than I could see for myself using reputable sources. He pre-ordered everything after a nominal deposit and we waited for delivery. Parts arrived, we set up an install date, he kindly agreed to meet with me a little earlier than opening time to help me get to my own job on time. End of the day the work was done. Slick and clean, no slop, no exposed wires and you wouldnt know an amp was there until you heard the sound. Called him the next day to discuss some tweaks to crossover filter etc. and he patiently walked through everything with me, offered to help with adjustments at any time, just stop by. All in all great guy, deserves all of the positive reviews he is getting. A proper craftsman in a world where more and more people are just squeaking by on mediocrity. He gets my recommendation, two thumbs up.

Jeff is great! Top notch service, honest and very communicative. I brought in an in-dash computer for him to install. First time, I had the wrong dash kit, called me right away and we rescheduled the install. Turned out, the correct kit didnt fit my new computer anyway, but Jeff did a great job and custom modified it to fit. Looks so good it could have come from the factory! My car stereo stopped working so it took it to Total Auto Protection to have it repaired.Jeff found and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. Unusually, the problem was that although the fuse had not burnt through, Jeff tested it anyways, and the voltmeter showed that it was not passing any current from one end to the other!In my opinion, another repair person would have seen that the fuse looked fine, and would have continued for hours to find the problem elsewhere, to no avail.Since it was found and resolved quickly, the price was very, very reasonable, far less than I expected to pay.Highly recommended. Expert service, delivered honestly -- cant beat that!

Jeff knows wat he is doeing he installed a pioneer touch screen radio for me in a landrover freelander works perfect en also sits perfect in his place . the place isn`t hard to find and within a hour my radio was set while i watched tv in a airco room. i would reccomend you to go here .

Tint has been coming unglued from both side windows and from the rear glass, very disappointed.
