5 stars! Came to have my tint redone under warranty, spoke to Rick from the start, very timely and professional. Dropped my car off in the morning, and by 4 the car was ready for pick up. Suntek tint looks fantastic, and tint world did an amazing job installing it to all the windows. Will bring my friend in in the next month for him to get his car tinted here too!

It was my first time visiting a Tint World and very impressed a very nice place to come bring the car too. They did a great job at removing my old cheap tint and installing some custom tint I ordered with no hassle. It was a great clean experience and very cool for the options and selections they offer of stereos, to alarms and even detailing. Owner even gave me a free scent for the car! I hope to bring the car back for a good deal on installation of the Dash Cam.

Had lots of bubbles... But I know nothing about tints and the guy there said not to worry because it would evaporate.. It Did... They were very fast and did an excellent job... I recommend this place highly the price was good too.

Top-notch service and product. On a Jeep Cherokee, I had two front side windows tinted as well as a bit on the windshield, and it was done quickly and expertly. It looks great, and Id go back again!

UPDATE: After about 3 days of writing the original review I received a message from David the General Manager of the store stating how he would like to make right my back window tints. David mentioned the corporate office got wind of the review and they discussed how to get me back in the store because they pride themselves in customer satisfaction. The general manager reevaluated the situation and gained a better understanding of what happened by placing himself in my shoes and determining he would like me to come back in and re-tint my back window at no charge. I was seen right way with the same welcoming customer service I received when I first got there. My windows were redone and now I am currently satisfied with the results. After installing audio upgrade Ive found missing circlip on mirror switch panel and in 2 weeks got an extra noise from another doors speaker. Noise might come because of manufactures defect. What was good-wires are gently hidden, subwoofer frequency well adjusted.

Can’t say enough good things about those guys. They did a terrific tint job on my car in no time. I didn’t even have to make an appointment. The owner was very help. He explained all the tint services and materials that they offer and gave me a free upgrade worth around $100. It takes a few days for the tint to dry and settle, but the quality and look of the tint job now are really great. I would highly recommend that place

Great find for service. I called late on a Sunday afternoon, very stressed with an alarm problem causing my car not to start. David calmly helped me on the phone. I was able to drive to this neat and clean location, and he took care of it to be sure it wouldnt happen again. He was very customer focused, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely return here - I was impressed seeing the alarm, audio, detailing, and other car related services they offer and felt confident in Davids work.

Insanely awesome customer service, I had gotten my tints done in a store in Doral about two years ago but it closed and I came to the tint world in North Miami. David took care of me, the store I had originally gotten my tints had gone out of business and David explained to me why. He made it really cheap and was super friendly and cool. Frustrating experience. Never Again! Ive spent a lot of money at this establishment. I brought my car here and have had 2 sets of headlights and 1 set of flood lights installed in the last 4-5 years. Service was great! I was told (by the then owner) that if I had any issues, to bring the car back (with receipt) and they would take care of me. Ive had to take my car back for a blown bulb before and it was changed and I left a happy customer. I went back again, I had another issue - but it was just a wiring problem. The manager looked me up on the computer, pulled my records, called me by my name and took care of me right away. His work was efficient. Well done.Well, apparently Tint World (North Miami Beach 163rd Street) is under new management - and now the service is horrible. My latest experience: I work at night and while driving home I noticed 1 of my flood lights was out. The next day I left work early to have the 1 flood light checked out at Tint World (North Miami Beach 163rd Street), I didnt know whether it needed a new bulb or wiring, etc. I was told by the manager that his installation man is off on Mondays, to bring the care by the next morning. Before heading to work the next morning, I stopped by Tint World (North Miami Beach 163rd Street) and was told several different stories... I was told that I was 2nd in the lineup of cars waiting to be serviced. When I come out of the waiting room, all 3 employees are sitting down in the garage at a table eating breakfast at 9:50 a.m., while at least 4 customers, including myself, was standing around waiting for our cars to be checked.After breakfast, my car wasnt being looked at, so I told the manager that I have to be at work, that this is taking way too long... He encouraged me to make an appointment for 8:30 am the next day, his installer will be there to check my car, although the place opens at 8:00 a.m.Great. I have an early appointment set, which will give me enough time to make it to work on time.Needless to say, I showed up at 8:30 a.m. The manager had me sit in the waiting room because the installer wasnt there yet. The installer finally arrived at work about 20 minutes late. After chit-chatting for at least 10-15 minutes he looked at my car - it so happens its going to take some time, because he has to pull the whole front bumper off just to get to my one flood light that is not working. I explained that I didnt have that much time. This is my 3rd time coming here and I still have the same issue. In other words, problem is not solved and now Im looking at more time to spend there watching them talk, laugh and eat. It has now turned into a big deal - a big job...just to change a light bulb? The installer also had another technician working with him -- at this point, I did not feel comfortable with these 2 guys working on my car.The service here now is horrible - The professionalism is not there. By the way, I am no longer in the computer system, apparently. I will take my car to a customer-friendly shop or to the dealer. Be very careful of the mechanics that work on your car - they can do damage. I would not recommend this place to any one, any more. Please save your time & money and make the time to research. Sometimes you may have a good experience at a place and think its always going to be that way when you return. I would have preferred the manager to be more organized and to properly assure their customers that the work will be done by a certified professional in a timely manner. We always have a choice. There are other shops out there that run their place efficiently and at least have their employees where uniforms. If youre going to take a breakfast break during working hours, how about take your breaks in shifts? Not a good look.

The guys over at Tint World North Miami provided me with the best buy for my buck! I called a few places before in order to get the best quote possible and nothing was as good as Tint World North Miamis quote. Once there, the owner Alberto provided me with fantastic service. He was very attentive to my needs and made sure the car came out superb before handing it over. I originally went to get my car tinted but couldnt pass out on the fabulous deals. I left with my car fully tinted, wrapped all the crome parts in black mate 3m film, and received a first class hand wash. They truly live up to their prestigious reputation as on of the best places to get your car fully detailed. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get a good product, at a great price, with fantastic customer service.

David, did a great job at troubleshooting an issue with my HID Headlights! He provided a lot of knowledge and service even though they have switched from carrying HID tech to the newer/better LED tech. The story is very clean and cool and I will definitely go back for LED headlights or Tints!

Extremely satisfied with Tint World so far!Just bought a Tesla M3 and first thing I had to do in the Miami sunshine was get it tinted. I called Tint World as I was picking up my car and Manny got me his lowest quote and an appointment for the same day.When I arrived, he showed me the computer cutting system they have to cut the material. I wanted ceramic tints, which they had from SunTek. They also provide a lifetime warranty which I havent tried and hope I wont have to, lol.What I appreciated most was the care they took when installing the tints in my vehicle. Ive heard reports where other providers have caused electronic issues because of water leakage from installing tints. Not Tint World, they had towels to catch all the water before it leaked into the vehicle. Also, there was a defect when they installed the tint on the rear windshield of the vehicle, which is perhaps the hardest tint to install on a Tesla M3. Rather than patching it up, they just cut me a new one and installed that instead (without asking), which was much appreciated.All in all, very happy and highly recommend this place to my friends. They seem to know what theyre doing. Special shoutout for Manny and all the other professionals that staff the place.
