A very nice and unique version of Publix. It has an amazing selection of Spanish & Cuban foods. The store is always clean, well organized and the service is friendly and efficient. Covered parking garage attached to the store is a Godsend on rainy Miami days.

Very large and well organized aisles.Always found everything I needed here during my stay in Miami. Coming from California, I find the Publix chains and their employees more customer friendly than Safeway.Good deli section, morning coffee and breakfast counter.

Every time I shop at Publix @Altos,I find all the items on my grocery list. The store staff is always helpful and nice. The prices of all groceries are high due to inflation. That is not the stores fault. Thanks Publix,keep up the fine work!

Functional and well organized terminal. I forget my phone at the plane. The American Airline missing and loose baggage claim team did it and excelente job recovering on time to continued my connection flight.

My experience was almost perfect, parking was good, mgmt was on point, sub guy was great, produce was fresh. I had to wait in extremely long line to check out. That was a drag and extremely unusual at Publix. Cashier was great!

Whats with the cop at the entrance? Literally in the door. I feel I have to show my ID like in the club. Hahaha

Stocked with everything I needed and lines moved fast and private parking! A+ in my book.

We went in for a cake. Since we are visiting I cannot comment on the rest of the store, just the bakery. We were helped quickly and the lady there was helpful and friendly.

Parking was quick and easy. Wish they had more selection to buy for the 4th July party bash.

Always super crowded with long lines. Lots of product they dont carry or are out of stock of. Horrible parking due to people not wanting to park on second level, even though there are 2 large elevators with no wait.

I love going to all publix supermarkets. They are friendly and very professional. Always cleaning the shopping carts and yes masks must be worn. Unfortunately.

Deli employees, with a mask under their nose, preparing a sandwich, do not change their gloves. I was on the line and I left, if I ask them to change their gloves they will bother.

It’s a very busy Publix but I always have a good experience, the personnel is helpful and knowledgeable. This Publix has next to it a building parking lot with levels. They have also a cafeteria inside Latin style where you can get your shots of cafe expreso with it’s corresponding pastries. That’s what I did, meanwhile my dad use Western Union in the customer service area.

Smaller than most but decent parking and conveniently close.

Cashier in the fast line with actitud with costumers, in the way to any register has 3 green line where 3 persons with 6 feet distance between. Mean backward from the person in front of cashier paying, its other mark for standing waiting and another mark at the beginning, but this cashier want only 2 persons and with attitude in front all costumer and people around tell the person in the area of the register where she work you have to skip back one mark? .My question is this her personal policy have an attitude with costumer and is over the Publix company policy? So you as a person have take this behavior from a regular cashier? What will happen to Publix without costumer?

Horrible publix i ever been too. They hired spanish people’s that don’t speak english at all. Small publix store over crowded all the time. No great customer service at all. All you find at this store is low class people’s with nasty attitude shopping at this location! Save your money go to a much better publix store where they speak english & spanish! and where you find decent people’s shopping! avoid this place!

On day 10 04 2020 not all of us who wear backpacks are thieves. An employee told a police officer to follow me. There should be a little respect.

Deli is always packed at all hours. Better to use the Publix app and order ahead. Parking lot is two floors, enough parking. Bakery is good, but items run out if you come late at night. The rest of the store is mostly stocked with items, but some items get discontinued due to limited spacing on shelf since the store is small. There is also a cafe. As for the registers the are usually full, but the cashiers do their best to get it moving. Overall, its good; Ive been a customer since day one when the store first opened.

Waited an hour for the deli, I was only third in line. finally got to the counter and I asked for a sub from the menu. The employee spent five minutes not understanding what the sub was and had to call the manager over. The manager then told the employee to have another employee go to the deli to get the tofu. After waiting in line I’m very aggravated at this point that the deli manager is 1. No help and 2. I now have to wait for someone to retrieve tofu to then prepare it for my sub. NEXT my sister orders a lemon sage turkey sub and we go through the same ordeal. Then the deli attendant proceeds to tell us that these are all new menu items and they don’t have them. I go on to explain that they’ve had the tofu on their menu for months so she begins to argue with us and tells us to talk to her manager. The manager comes back over and explains to the attendant that in fact they do have the turkey and where to find it. I go on to say that it’s frustrating to wait in line for an hour and argue with staff about the menu because the aren’t trained properly or they are out of products. The manager begins to ARGUE(let me emphasize that the ENTIRE time the deli manager was loud and argumentative and in NO WAY was helpful or reassuring) that the do in fact have tofu (ignoring that I’ve waited in line for an hour and the time it would take to make my sub now from scratch) not to mention she explained to me that “a lot of her employees don’t even know what tofu is” this statement is by far the most disturbing aspect of my experience. I would venture to guess that Employees that are not knowledgeable of their own menu items also lack knowledge in food health and safety standards as well as allergen and dietary restrictions. THIS SCARES ME FOR A STATEWIDE GROCER.

Very welcome Publix supermarket this is. Never had a problem with this publix. Every time i go i feel welcome in there! I give it a 5 star and a exclamation point!

Great Place

The publix itself is very organized and cleaned but standing 25 minutes at the deli for a sandwich watching how the 2 ladies just gossip and work like turtles witch one person ordering I don’t thing is fair. If you know that between 4:30 and 6:30 is the time where people get out of work and pass by to pick whatever they can to eat, as a business you gotta put people that are working and not spending time on the clock.

I went there one night with a friend to get something quickly.On this visit, I got a ready made salad, tissue, and juice. I found all the products, and even bramds I was looking for easily. The one thing I didnt, was an AT&T prepaid card in the right amount.Still, the whole experience was fairly quick, considering how much traffic that store gets. We were even able to find a good parking space, and its free of charge.I highly recommend this Publix.

Hands down the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced!!!! I drove about an hour and a half from North Broward and saw that they had an ample stock of TP! I was so happy to find it but whats more important is Im happy to experience the 100 Star customer service from Javier and Store Manager Ulises!!! Muchísimo gracias for all your help and recommendations during this time of uncertainty and fear! I managed to inject some levity and humor and it was so nice to share a laugh with two understanding souls such as these! You guys are why people like me would travel miles to see you and your store! The customer service is horrible. I went there to be able to make a return and it was a NIGHTMARE. Those ladies at the customer service treat everyone like a undocumented immigrant! They make everything harder even a simple return!! Just horrible!!! They called the manager twice asking for a code to be able to make a return. The item that I had for return was untouched. They refused many times to accept it back . After almost 10 minutes of discussion the manager apparently called then back and told them to accept the return. The cashier approached to the register with her bad attitude and Ugly face to complete the return. It was very unprofessional. They should learn what Publix promised means and put it in practice for all the clients. They probably know what the rules are . THEY JUST WANT TO MAKE THEY OWN RURES . Apparently they never learned about Customer Service

Bad service, one of the cashiers damaged a cake that I bought last October 30 putting her hands on top of its flowers twice in a rude manner (over the transparent plastic of the box), took that box in a way that I can not explain it, like when you want to throw something away, it seemed that she had no desire to work that day, and then when I comfronted her, she answered me with attitude when she gave me a lot of reasons to make me feel very bad, and I am not one of those people who likes to return the items that I buy and even less a trouble maker, neither I consider myself as a picky person. She was very unprofessional.She did not know if I was buying the cake for a gift, she damaged not only that one, also my day in the place where supposedly shopping is a pleasure.I am not doing this with the purpose of destroying anyone, just to let you know and make a call to reflection.

Very nice Publix! Great location. A little on the smaller side as they didnt have the item I was looking for.I was in the area and googled for the nearest location and this location popped up. I couldnt tell from google that it was on the smaller side but now I know. When Im looking for certain items, i typically have to go to a Publix that has more shelf space or in a certain area. This time I was looking for Napa cabbage and shouldve just gone to the Sabor Publix that I typically go to.However this wasnt a bad location. I was able to find the bean sprouts for my pancit and they had a stir fry mix that I bought because I mean who was going to another Publix? Didnt on what I am in need of, I would come back if in the area.
