I signed with Over the Top at the Miami International Boat Show sometime in February. My initial experience was great. My salesperson was Antonio Marquez. He offered me a great deal and was suppose to be installed within 30 to 45 days. Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen logistics, my engine took a little longer then expected. My only reason for the 4 star was due to the lack of follow up from my sales guy. It would’ve been mind easing/calming for Antonio to give me a follow up instead of me constantly calling for a status. Antonio is an extremely nice guy and I’m not faulting him, just offering some positive criticism. I did meet with the owner, which ended up handling and finalizing my order. Rapheal, owner, was a pleasure to do business with and very professional. He did put me at ease and gave me a tour of his facility. He explained his process reassuring the engine was going to be installed within 2 weeks and he made it happen. The final step of the process was the sea trial at Crandon Park and that was a 5 star experience. My boat was driven to the ramp and everything was explained in detail.To summarize, although the waiting period seemed a little rocky, the initial and final steps were a 5 star experience. In addition, no matter the situation, these guys always kept their professionalism.After all was done, I am extremely happy and highly recommend them.Thank you Rapheal, Antonio and all at Over the Top for putting me and my family back in the water.

Nobody go to this dealer. They are a scam and no longer a Suzuki certified dealer. We have not received our engines since we made the purchase over 6 months ago and requested our money back and have received a check with NSF. We are still currently trying to get our money back with no success. Whomever would like to verify this information can simply contact Suzuki directly and synchrony bank which is Suzuki’s partnered bank for financing. My experience has been horrible and ridiculous.

We bought a bote rover at Over the top marine. What an awesome little paddle board/boat. It did take a little bit of time with the accessory to arrive but If youre around Miami looking for a place to buy bote products Over the Top Marine is your place.

These guys take your deposit up front, use it to shop around and other dealerships that cant move Motors, defective, or scratched up.Feb 8th, 2019. I was told my Motors were coming straight from Suzuki and that was the long wait. I was originally told 30 days before I put a deposit down, then it became 60 after my deposit went down. I didnt receive my engines for over 90 days. They came from another dealer in Illinois, not Suzuki as was stated by the owner Rafael.My engines came in scratched up. requiring 2 new top cowling, 2 mid cowlings, 2 gaskets, 2 trim switches.Its been 3 weeks and over the top Marine has not provided the replacement parts or paying for the labor to put all this back on. Im out over 10k in damages and labor!!!Even more unsettling is the owner Raphael told me my MSOs would be delivered Saturday, but another employee told me that they werent even at their office, making it impossible to get here today. MSOs are required to register the engines in the state of Texas. Ill be left with paying penalty tax on registration because of over the top Marine lack of ability to complete a sale and support the customer.UPDATE: NO MSOs. NO REPLACEMENT PARTS. BEEN OVER 4 WEEKS. 7 WEEKS SINCE FIRST NOTIFIED OWNER RAFAEEL.Ive spoken with Suzuki about this issue and theyve related back that there are over six complaints filed against over the top in the last few months and will be investigated.Ive never heard so many lies and delays from a company while purchasing anything, much less something of $60,000 value.If anyone has had issues like this wants to contact me please feel free to do so. This company will be held responsible for selling new damaged engines in place of new straight from the manufacturer as they tell you before taking your money.

This dealer does not meet its promises. They tell you one thing and come up with a million reasons why they could not meet their promise. Also charged my credit card without my Authorization. This is illegal. The owner is not ethical and now will not complete the work. Basically expect problems.

A horrible experience, it was a nightmare. My motor’s arrival was delayed for almost 3 months! Every time I came back they would tell me it was almost ready when it wasn’t. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR REPOWERING OR LOOKING FOR MOTORS.

The attention is good, the service with respect to what the motors sell present after a few days of purchase many technical and electrical problems make believe that everything is in perfect technical condition, it is not reality, to convince they are experts.

Do not be fooled by the good faces, all they promise is a LIE I had to get tough and they had to pay the first two engine payments to the bank because my engine was delayed for almost three months! I told them that if my engine did NOT arrive I was going to call the bank to cancel the contract, I do not recommend them at all!

Despite having a small delay in the delivery of the engines, something that I understand since it was the fault of the manufacturing company, today I feel satisfied since they were installed quickly and satisfactorily.
