We went to Marine Connections when it was time to downsize from our 252 Sportsman. Tommy Brashares was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful is going through the many options available on Sportsman Boats. We ordered a 212 with everything we required the whole process was easy with no drama. He did absolutely everything he said he would and more. He gave me advice along the way, and still helps me with everything months after I bought the boat. There were no hidden costs and there was no hassles. When the banks tried to take advantage, he also stepped in. I cant say enough great things about the whole operation over there. No BS. Took delivery today on a new Sailfish 270 from these guys today. Victor the salesman made the entire process painless and delivered on all requests we had. Then today when we took our sea trial we had Ronald who is one of their mechanics show us around our new boat. Ronald was very knowledgeable about the workings of our boat and gave us some tips and tricks about our boat that probably would have taken months to figure out on our own. Overall our experience was amazing and would suggest these guys when buying a boat. I cant say enough about our great experience. Thanks!

Wonderful customer service

I purchased my boat from Marine Connection with the exceptional assistance of Victor and Erick in the spring of 2016. I have been back on a few occasions and experienced the same level of dedication and customer service as I did the first time in the door.During the 2017 boat show I experienced the back and forth blame game of the manufacturer due to a flaw on my boats switch panel. The manufacturer was quick to inform me that they were not willing to retrofit my boat to match their newer model within warranty. This was obviously a shortcoming of the manufacturer and product. Once again Marine connection rose to the occasion with the help of owners Danny Goldenberg and John Kutuk.The newer switch panel was obtained and retrofitted by ronald in there service department. Ronald was very knowledgeable and more productive than the manufacturers personal. If not for the dedication and professionalism of this dealer , I would be very regretful of my purchase.Thank You Marine Connection !!!

This was the place where i bought my boat two years ago , my engine was stolen and back to install a new one .In the store on the place off Victor was a new manager Chris Flounders .With this new manager the things where total different never gave to me written estimated all the time manipulated the real numbers with arrogantattitude .Keep away from this place .
