I ordered parts online from Miami Nautique two weeks ago. Got a phone call from Joe the next morning letting me know the exhaust manifolds I ordered were on back order. I told him to remove the exhaust manifolds from the order and ship the remaining items. They charged me right after the phone call for the remaining items. 10 days after placing the order, I request a tracking number since one was not provided. I find out Joe decided to hold my order because the exhaust manifolds that I requested to be removed from my order were on back order. Still waiting for my tracking number and the remaining items they owe me.

Excellent customer service and good pricing. They will be my goto source for Nautique parts from now on
