Terrific body shop. They took great care of my Tesla, the repair was perfect, and they did it in LESS time than they said they would. They were very well organized and communicated very well. They even seamlessly handled all the details of the loaner rental (I just left it with them when I picked up my car). Would recommend them to anyone (with any type of car).

Rainbow Paint and Body Shop is excellent with there work and service. I had found them through the allstate network to fix my front bumper after my neighbor back into it and from the time i took the car in i was always treated well and very quickly. Today I got my car back and it looks Awsome! just as if it was brand new, and they even detailed the car. I really would like to recommend anyone to use there services because they go above what is expected and deliver with flying colors.

I paid out of pocket.They got overspray on my lights, didn’t line my bumper up correctly. And forgot to put parts on my car. I left my car here for almost two weeks.I wasted my money because now I have to find a decent body shop to reline my bumper.

They did a good job with the body/paint on my car; you can barely tell i had any work done. Unfortunately though, I brought by car in there in perfect condition and left with a “dead battery” and a missing spare tire. When I complained about the battery they told me that they could sell me a good one. It made me feel like they took the one i had and tried to sell it back to me. I didn’t realize my spare is missing until now, weeks later. I am very disappointed

There’s a receptionist named Georgina who is amazing. She is probably the one who you will be in contact throughout your vehicle repair. I worked for Enterprise Holding, Inc. and she would refer various customers to us. She works very fast and always keeps customer aware of the progress of the car status. They work with all major insurance and the price is reasonable. The location is a little hidden but you can’t miss there building.

I found this body shop by mistake while looking for another body shop located in the area. I saw they were Certified and their Staff was very friendly and Courteous. Therefore had the body and paint of my 2015 Camaro done there. Car was ready within the timeframe they specified and car looks great!. Not easy to find places with such high quality of customer service and integrity Kudos!!!

Claudio is like an automotive angel. I scratched up my passenger door in a union square parking lot pillar pretty badly. I called monday AM and Claudio said to come by in the afternoon. No waiting or anything. He spent an hour sanding it down and buffing it back up. It was amazing! Like it never happened.

We recently had our 2018 Durango repaired by Rainbow. They did a amazing job , the car looks like it was never hit . The color match was perfect and the customer service is awesome. We highly would recommend them specially if you want your car back to factory specs.

Awesome customer service.Just stopped by to get a quote for a friends car and the manager Baylan saw that my cars head lights were yellow and foggy. He wipped out his tools and cleared it up for me free of charge. My headlights are crystal clear and shiny.

Without anything left inside you are people who work in this place for me have neither ethics nor values. I took my car to this place and the accident hit was not fixed well, I had to leave it again to be corrected and to top it off they damaged a piece in the car and the easiest thing they said is to say that they are not responsible now It is my turn to have to fix it because his answer is that the painting is old sincerely I do not recommend that you take your car here even if the insurance tells them since they cannot force them to fix what they broke for me they do not deserve the qualification that they have.
