These guys did a great job on my vehicle. They also gave me date my car would be done and it was in the time frame they said. The customer service was key! Communication was always on point. The paint work was great, and am very please . I chose this shop since I was in and accident and it was an insurance recommended shop, I will definitely be bringing my cars here for more work.

I had the most amazing body work done on my poor 08 Scion that was hit head on in the front. You cant even tell it was ever in an accident. Juan and his crew do the most amazing job, I cant tell you how perfectly done this paint and bodywork was, the price was very fair, and service and all around job was just impeccable. I spent about 20 minutes going from garage to garage looking for someone to repair the cover on the bottom of my car. Everyone was too busy and asked that I made an appt.I then tried Falls Auto Collision who was extremely busy as well but took time out of their busy schedule to do the simple repair. The staff was professional and very welcoming. I am try appreciative. If I ever need repairs again I will definitely give them my business.

I Recommend this shop more than 100%. I had an issue after the accident repairs were made and because of the pandemic, I couldnt take my car, then the INS didnt want to help much even when It said that was a LIFE time warranty by the car INS! I would never use any other body Works company. Falls Auto Collision is an honest business. The young man in the office, Juan, Could not have been more pleasant, more professional, more encouraging, he deserves a raise. My car looks brand new and it was pretty much damage to the left side including on the left fender front and back and the door. This shop was very friendly, they kept me posted on a daily basis of the progress on the car. I took it in o a Monday and picked it up the following Monday. The repair of the den i couldnt even tell it was thereand paint work matched perfectly.

I was very impressed when I called after my car was damaged how very professional and helpful Juan Rivera and the team at Falls Auto Collision Center were in giving me an immediate appointment. Juan even scheduled the rental company to come and pick me up at their location after dropping off my car for repairs. It took less than 1-week to get my car back and they did an excellent job. Brought my car for inspection as scheduled by the car insurance company, and to my surprise, I was asked to leave it right there to start fixing it. I paid $1300 extra to have my car fully painted ater my insurance paid to repairdamage from a collition, It too foreverto get parts and then they were the wrong ones.Moldings were taped to paint the car and when tape was removed, the paint peeled around it. Iside the doors was not painted , the hood and trunk seems were never opened had to pay $150 for a headlamp which was suppose to be part of my original repairs ect....Not happy with the overall service..

I left my Honda Civic on March 13, I pick up my car 8 days later, the car looks really nice and Juan and his team did a good job. Juan gave me the car on time and was very attentive and helpful.

I brought my nice red car since the paint had faded on the roof and the trunk of the car. It was last October. The job was awful. The color doesnt match and there are 2 areas where you can see where they stopped painting. Juan did offer me to return but when I did he told me that I had to call and make an appointment and that I had to go on a Saturday and that of there was time I could return. I called once but he was busy. I didnt leave a message. It seemed all to complicated. I never went back. I have received many negative comments on the paint job. Hopefully, Juan will see this and respond. Its been some time however, I told them as I picked up my car. Btw, I couldnt leave it there as a hurricane was nearing and they told me to pick up my car earlier than expected

Great customer service!!

I was told my car was ready but when I arrived I found the job was not 100% complete and I had already returned my rental car. Reopened my claim to get the rental for another couple days until the job was complete. This was a big inconvenience to me but the shop kept their word and finished the job. I respect a company that sticks to their word and fixes a mistake when it happens. They did a good job on the body work too.
