One my friend referred me Braniff Paint & Body. Old lady hit my truck, scratch, and broke my rear read tail. I call the insurance company of the old lady (Her fault)(progressive) to let them now that I will taking my truck to Braniff Paint & Body (so I talked with the manager Jans, very professional) and I left my truck with them. 2 weeks later, Jans called me to let me know my truck was ready. I was recommended to Braniff Body Shop by a doctor, I had a hit & run accident & my car needed repairs. They did a phenomenal job. My car was ready in 2 days. They detailed my car & handed it to me literally like new. The personal is also extremely kind. I highly recommend this body shop. You will not be disappointed.

Braniff is the best body shop in town. Carlos and his wife treat you like family and make sure that you are 100% satisfied with the service. I advise to never use this business if you want your car to get fixed right and on a timely matter. My husband was recommended by a friend to take his car here when he got into a car accident back in June 2013. Its August and they still havent gotten started on his car. Every time my husband calls to speak to the owner all his gets is the same response, that he is going to work on the weekends to get his car done in less than two weeks. We have been hearing this same story for over 4 weeks already. On top of that the owner promised to get my husband a rental and he was going to take care of the bill and when we get to the car rental place that he sent us to which is a dump as well, the lady attending to us gets on the phone with the owner of the shop and he tells her that we are going to pay which is not what he had promised us. So that was a total waste of our time and gas. Dealing with them has been a total nightmare like if the accident wasnt enough of a nightmare. Thats why Im posting my review so that no one commits the same mistake that we did.
