Absolute thieves! I can’t understand how Epson uses this outfit as a certified repair facility.$75.00 just to check a NX420 home printer? For $10.00 more Epson sends me a brand new printer with warranty! Or I can buy a new printer with warranty at Walmart for as low as $50.00 You people are total CROOKS!BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. They want to rob people blind!
