This woman is a liar and a thief. She took our Lladro piece and $200.00 deposit. We contacted her after not hearing back after 3 months. She claimed her shoulder was bad and she was in hospital. We were told we could pick up in a week and for the past 11 months we have not been able contact her. Shame on you!! You are a disgrace and hopefully no one leaves you anything that is sentimental. You could have kept the money for your addictions but at least have the decency to return the item that was left by my late mother.

She has had my ballerina LLADRÓ since last May 2020.My husband took it and was promised a 8-12 week turnaround. She took a cash deposit. In the Fall she stated she had been hospitalized and would have it ready within a week. We’ve tried several times contacting her since vía every method of communication with no luck.The porcelain ballerina belonged to my late grandmother and I will likely never receive it back. Very disheartening.Very inconsiderate that at the very least she didn’t return the figurine even if she took our money. Looking to file a police report and we definitely do not recommend you leaving anything of sentimental value with this individual.

Terrible customer service. My daughter has dropped off an item for repair and forgot a piece that was suppose to be attached. The lady was nasty on the phone telling that her time is money and I need to be more respectful. Ended up taking my piece back.

Not responsive at all. Took an extremely long period of time to get my items back and I had to threaten her in order to get a response. She always wreaks of alcohol and cigarettes. I really dont recommend.Please go to a professional, not someone working out of their home.
