Made a $300+ purchase and couldn’t even give me non wrinkling tissue paper for the gift after asking 3 times. Weird energy in there. Good selection of crystals but not many employees have knowledge. The young girl who didn’t want to give me tissue had off vibes.

I’m a firm believer that when something is meant for you it’s meant for you. For about six months I was looking for Moldavite. I searched everywhere! Then finally my friend told me about Five Sisters. Thank god she did. This store has the most welcoming atmosphere. The associates are so wise and help you find exactly what you need. Oh! An added perk they are COVID safe and have each guest wash their hands in order to keep everyone safe. Thank you so much Five Sisters!!

I had the best experience here! Serena helped me and she made my experience magical. She is so warm and knowledgeable and I absolutely loved her! I spent 3 hours in the store and she took the time to explain in detail everything I needed to know and she guided me in the best direction. 15/10 I recommend this store and definitely ask for Serena!

Beautiful place. Everyone was very helpful even though I asked quite a few questions. It was definitely worth the (slightly) long drive. They have so much amazing stuff and everything is priced fairly. The place is also fairly big so it feels safe to shop in as well. Definitely plan on going back soon!

This was my first time at a crystal/spiritual store and the experience was actually pretty pleasant. We were helped by a girl named Carina who was pretty knowledgeable with all the rocks and stuff and we left with a few things for our new apartment. Awesome store.

Its the only place I can get the finest incense and sage sticks in South Florida free of others intentions.

It was my first time visiting a metaphysical store and so it was also my first time buying crystals. I ask the lady in the front what I should buy to cleanse them and she suggested white sage incenses. I hadn’t planned on buying white sage and didn’t know much about it. She hands them to me and i’m hesitant because I am not Native American in any way. I ask her if she thinks it’s all right and she tells me that it’s all right. I would expect that the employees would be more professional. Imagine my disbelief when I get home and further research white sage. Will not be going back here.

Everyone has good days and bad days.. I previously gave this place a one star after an appointmemt issue but after recent visits and the friendlies staff I have been back frequently and happy with the overall experience.

Went here doors are locked , they let in whomever they want. Very disappointing for a spiritual store...Never coming back here again. You be sure that you lost here s group of regular customers! Wasted my time and gas coming here.

I need to say I used to visit this place often. Its a shame the staff members are not able to manage the limited capacity policy in a pleasant and respectful manner. This lady passively harassed us all the way from the outside line to enter the store, to later standing behind me and basically asking us to leave if we were not buying anything. Im more than aware of covid practices but this was humiliating. Rather than peace and relaxation items we got the opposite.

I usually love coming to this store, it has an amazing feel to it and everyone is always so nice and welcoming, however todays experience really left me wondering if I will go back. At first as I was looking at the stones and picking the ones I wanted, someone came up to me to offer a basket to place all my things which is the kind of service Im used to from them. But then I realized she was always a step or two behind me and watching my every move, even my daughter picked up on it and felt super uncomfortable. I tried to shake the feeling off and even asked for assistance but no matter what we did they made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I ended up just getting a few things and leaving as soon as I could, I didnt get all the things I needed cause it was so uncomfortable.

Price Gauging Alert!!I want to start by saying I used to love love love this place. I have been there and purchased so many items I cannot even tell you how many. I’ve been there with my son several times, with my mom, friends etc. I was there yesterday and was looking at jewelry behind the counter. I looked at several pieces and purchase a pair of earrings. Saw a bracelet I fell in love with but didn’t purchase it. Came back today, literally less than 24 hours later, convinced my husband to visit the store with me for the first time and went to get the bracelet. When I got there the tray with the jewelry I was looking at yesterday was missing. I was told the owner was changing the prices. I waited and when she came out with the tray the same exact bracelet I had seen less than 24 hours ago was DOUBLED in price. She had doubled the price of all the jewelry on the tray. A bracelet that was priced at $200 and some yesterday was now over $500. When I spoke to her and explained I had been there yesterday and wanted the price honored, she told me I didn’t know anything about business. Sadly I think I know a little more about business than she does. To try to make a buck out of ONE item by gauging prices, she lost several long time loyal customers forever.As I was walking out she yelled “enjoy what you got” (referring to the earrings I had purchased the day before). I definitely will, but she should have enjoyed what she HAD and that was several repeat loyal customers. I will never put a foot in than store ever again. I don’t trust them anymore and would not know if I’m being scammed like I almost did today, or if the stuff she is selling is even real, not to mention the owner is extremely rude.

A must visit. Keep in mind they aren’t open every day but it’s worth it when they are. They are affordable and the girls are knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes there is a wait to enter because of Covid prevention measures but it is worth it to wait. LOVE THIS PLACE

Ive been coming here for about 7 years, and Ive always loved it.This is the most reasonably priced new age store Ive ever been in, with such kind employees. I am now particularly impressed with the safety policies they have implemented during Covid-19 and appreciate the concern they have for their staff and customers. When it is safe to do so, I will be coming back for the lovely weekly yoga classes :)

We came here looking for crystals but found a blond woman following us everywhere. with her 2 steps behind us i felt nothing but negative energy. as if her presence wasn’t suffocating enough she saged us with out consent...

I’m going to have give this store a very low rating. They are being overkill with their COVID methods and quite rude to customers about it. Customers have to wait at least 30-40 minutes outside since they only let 5 people in at a time. The entire staff had a poor attitude with exception to one. I would say there are better stores with better staff around. This place has gone downhill.

Went to this store with 4 of my friends and from the second i walked in the owner was on top of me and my friends. She was rude and assumed we were thieves. At one point she lit sage and came up behind us wafting the smoke toward us. It was unprofessional and made me and my friends very uncomfortable. Every time we turned around she was there shadowing us. I don’t recommend coming here unless you want to deal with an annoying, know it all, assuming woman.

WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAINSent message first before going to make sure they were open considering this Covid situation. They said theyd be open till 5, I arrived at 420. They didnt let me in, mind you I drove 40 min to get there. Worst customer service. Hardly any stores like this in Miami. GREAT merchandise and all of it is useful. So many things to look into and purchase that will improve your well-being and outlook. It is really easy to spend hours in there. Any questions you may have are answered and further information is given if you just ask! Great service and guidance as well as uplifting events and activities. Prices are great too

This place was on my tourist check list! They have stones Ive never heard of before. Each having its own description card. Theyre dedicated portals to the different mystical systems we use. And it smells so great. Twice a month (Friday) an awesome guy performs Reiki with a limited availability (25 people). Lots of books too.

One of the owners, semi young blonde lady is the worse. She has such a bad attitude. Their employees are trained to follow you around to make sure you never want to buy or visit their store again. Horribleness!

It is a locally run store. They have variety and lots of interesting merchandise. The room in the back for special events is closed off from the store and very nice. The diffusers they have running have nice scents. It is a bit more pricey but I feel like many stores are pricey. I bought one thing to support them instead of online which I could have done. Support local.

I love this shop, though it can be on the more expensive side. They offered a variety of goods and services to meet your spirtual, metaphysical, and magical needs such as crystals, incense, oils, tarot cards, decorative items, jewelery, books, clothing.I discovered it years ago before I moved out of state, when they first opened, and was nicely surprised when I came back to Miami to visit my mom and sister still go there and told me they now offer spirtual healing, counseling, tarot, and etc by appointment. For me they recommended Maggie (a spiritual/metaphysical healer and counselor). She did a great job cleansing me and gave me great advice on how to further it and keep it up. I had a lovely dream that night that showed how a piece of my heart was healed.Anyhow, I love going there to shop would recommend anyone whos willing to go or is in the Falls area to drop in and at least look around.

My friend wanted to get a reading with Maggie and made an appointment. So we left the store to kill some time and then we show up for the appointment at 4:30 and the young lady we made the appointment with confronts us to say hey, you guys missed your appointment. Both me and my friend had misunderstood, thinking it was at 4:30 when the girl had apparently actually told us 4 to 4:30. It was just a misunderstanding. So this girl turns to the owner I guess to let us know that this is the missed appointment, (she was pregnant and had light hair and I think light eyes) and this woman decides to start lecturing me and my friend about this with the rudest tone, We had this time spaced out for you and we had customers here waiting that we could have given that time to and you know what? Now youre going to be on the no show list so next time you WILL be paying beforehand. I understood what she was saying about the time block part. So I said oh Im really sorry it was genuinely just a misunderstanding we thought the appointment was at 4:30. And she continues to look at us with the upmost frustration and proceeds well now youre going to be on the no show list, next appointment, youre paying upfront. I should honestly make you pay for this appointment that you missed. But since youre saying it was a misunderstanding Ill make you pay next time upfront. I was honestly in so much shock, I felt like I was in trouble with a teacher back in school or with a parent. I felt so uncomfortable. Customers were staring. Are you kidding me? That is no way to treat a customer man. Not cool. I have never in my life taken the time out of my day to write a bad review, ever. Ive been in customer service for a while, I know how things get, Im extremely understandable. I dont know who it was but Im guessing my experience was with one of the owners or the one that everyone seems to have a problem with on here. I wrote this review not to discourage others from purchasing from this store because I have loved the energy from the store and its products itself but whoever that woman was needs a lesson on customer service and how to treat others in general. And thank goodness I was with my friend when this happened because she happens to have severe anxiety and had I not been there, she probably would have suffered a severe panic attack because of this awful woman. My friend was so excited about this place, wanted to purchase some items and even retrieved a paper of their events before this happened, and is now too embarrassed to go back thanks to her. Youve lost two customers, and this may not seem like a lot but keep up the bad energy towards petty things like this and I promise you will lose more.

I think this store was previously owned by another person because Ive seen changes over the past few years with regard to people and items. there used to be more variety in incense and books that I dont see anymore. the focus seems to be more on services than the store itself. on a recent shopping a very significant line formed and yet one employee kept chatting up a group of 3 women. never once acknowledged the people waiting in line or saying something like thank you for your patience or we will be with you soon. I then found out after I paid for some items for me and my husband that he had been followed around the store by that same employee. that is unacceptable and I doubt either of us will shop there again. the place is just not the same as it was several years ago and not for the better.

They also have items for people who practice yoga. They have oils and incense. Lots of jewelery, statues, and figurines of eastern religions. They have yoga 4 nights a week and the instructors are phenomenal. The staff is helpful and friendly. This is a great store for buying one ofna kind gifts and cards. I love going here!
