I am not a technician but I am good with tools, so I decided to repair my own refrigerator to entertain myself during the corona-virus curfew.The diagnostic was difficult but once I was sure, finding the part was a little bit challenging. That is why I got so happy when I found this company. They had the original parts, not aftermarket parts. The price was $69 instead of $110 to $140 some websites were charging.I called two technicians, I told them my diagnostic, and they wanted $250 and $300 for parts and labor. I ended up with my refrigerator working perfectly and my total cost was just the $69.00 I paid for the part.Mike, the person who took care of me is very committed to his job. He even asked me to call him to let him know how my repair went.Recommended A+

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICEFan went out on the refrigerator. Service tech said it would take a week or so for the fan to arrive. I got on computer and found this company. I called to confirm the part was in stock and that they could ship via overnight delivery. I talked to a gentleman who was very helpful. He confirmed the fan was in stock and said he would make sure the fan was mailed the same day so that I could have the fan the next day. Fan arrived the next day and I installed the part myself. The refrigerator is working perfectly.Would definitely recommend.

Parts Madness was the ONLY source that answered my live chat and even text for me to send photos to finally get answers regarding our GE clothes dryer. The manufacturer was far from helpful at all, but Parts Madness helped be confirm the right parts, better quality newer upgrades, and walked me through using my own photos of my dryer. THIS is the source of genuine customer service that brings results!

My mother went to this so called business to find a part for her refrigerator and was treated in a manner that left me in shock being that we own a family business. So I must inform everyone in Miami, FL that the person that helped my mother told her that the part she was purchasing was an original part to her GE refrigerator. She then went home to install the new part which was a sensor and the next day everything was frozen in her refrigerator. She then went back to the store and spoke with an employee that was very obnoxious and rude. He told her he had 20 years of experience and that he was quite annoyed with the whole situation of her returning to the store. He said that he wasnt even supposed to go into so much detailed explanation about the repairing of the fridge. He said that the customers that purchase from them already know what to do and dont ask so many questions. I was left in disbelief that my mother was treated with such hatred because of her lack of knowledge in reparing her refrigerator. For someone to claim 20 years of experience with parts for appliances he was also lacking 20 years of customer service. People forget that they will also reach to be old and will have to rely on younger people to help them. Hopefully this man will get a piece of his own medicine when he finds himself in a time of need!

If I could rate this company negative 5 stars, I would!!!Where do I even begin, it was a red flag from the beginning. I tried calling multiple attempts with no answer from both phone numbers on their website. I finally was able to get in contact with the owner who told me to call back in 30 minutes because he was on the road. I called back as I was instructed and he told me that I had to wait and call back on Monday because I had waited until the “cutoff” time to order. This company’s customer service is garbage, you don’t neglect the consumer in this way because customers like me keep you in business. I always try to support my local businesses in the community versus online or big retailers, but some take it for granted. I will order from amazon.com as soon as I finish writing this review to warn the rest of you so you don’t have to deal with this unprofessional attitude.
