Fantastic experience and service. We went in knowing exactly what model/trim/package we were looking for and Lazaro Salado took care of us and was able to get us the exact vehicle we wanted. Laz was extremely helpful from start to finish and was overall highly professional. He answered any questions, showed us all the features of our new vehicle and worked hard to get us a good deal. I knew from the beginning he was going to provide excellent service.John Sanchez in finance was also extremely easy to work with, was knowledgeable in his area of expertise, explained everything to us with extreme detail and also answered any questions we had regarding the financial aspects of the vehicle. He was also very friendly and exhibited highly professional qualities.The overall experience at Acura Miami made us feel like a part of the family. Absolutely LOVE my new 2020 ILX! This is my 4th car with Miami Acura and they are absolutely amazing to work with as always! Last week I returned to this dealership as a loyal and happy customer. My Sales associate, Jose Camus, always provides excellent customer service and never disappoints. He made sure that I was satisfied every step of the way and that the leasing process exceeded my expectations. Overall it is a perfectly good car dealership, I know they pride themselves on service but the lack of artificial sweeteners in the waiting area and the employee saying no, just sugar is disappointing. Also, the cost of shop supplies is high. You cant do business without shop supplies. It is a cost of doing business in this industry. Instead of inflating prices, supplies should be factored into the price. It is a known cost, if you need to charge shop supplies, then factor it into the price. The idea of shop supplies makes you think there is no profit made from the fee. Yet the contract expressly says it represents profit for the company. Charge what is needed for the oil change and stop the hidden fees. NO ONE likes hidden fees.

I made an appointment for a test drive via the link on the main website. They texted me back and I asked to inform me if the vehicle I was interested in was still in stock. They confirmed it was still available and Imade an appointment to test drive at 11am. They advised me to ask for Barak. I arrived while it was raining and Barak was at the door ready to greet me and had the car prepared in the front ready for a test drive. We went for a ride and from there started the process when we returned. I was unsure whether i wanted to trade in my vehicle or sell it privately. I ended up trading it in and it saved me a lot of time and headache. Barak was very informative and understood my situation in regard to financing. I would definitely recommend Barak he is a true professional and was never pushy on the buying process. From there I sat with the finance individual by name of Tiffany. WHAT an incredible person!! Usually Finance runs your credit 101 times and submits your file to a bunch of banks for financing. We sat down and reviewed my case and determined to submit directly to a bank I was already Pre-Qualified with. She explained some adds on which I politely declined. She was very thorough with explaining which each one of them were and how much they would cost monthly. I was very happy with the payment and offer I received. She was a great person to carry a conversation with and was never pushy on anything. Miami Acura did an amazing job and will get my business for years to come. I purchased a certified preowned car there past week and I was impressed at the ease I experienced throughout the entire purchase process. My first interaction was with Candis who was amazing, she recommended that I speak to Erwin when I arrived, who ended up being my sales representative. He was accommodating, he thoroughly explained every component of the 2017 Acura MDX and he followed up with a phone call a few days later to ensure I was satisfied. I enjoyed my experience at Miami Acura. The only thing I would suggest is that the cars be detailed with a bit more love, because they sit so long in the weather, it feels better to ride off the lot fresh and clean. I did purchase late in the evening, but I feel the same time a s effort should have been put into ensuring my car was detailed.

The absolute worst experience I’ve had at a dealership. They wanted to charge me almost 6,000$ for a 4,000$ used vehicle. 800$ of that was dealer fees (to a car that they put no effort into cleaning/painting/buffing out.) The worst part is I took a 4 hour trip to see this car and buy it outright. Not to mention that the salesman said, and I quote “We aren’t making a profit off this car.” When they are making almost 1,000$ on the car.

Beware!!!Do not bring your personal vehicle here. I live on the road where their back gate is located. The immature young technicians delight in hot rodding customers cars down my street. I not only see them but mainly I HEAR it! I have called the manager 3 separate times and zero has been done to stop their reckless racing down my street. All I can say is dont bring your personal car here unless you like some kid driving it around and beating on it. Better to bring it anywhere else for service, trust me.

Extremely unprofessional staff. Half the time the salespeople are using inappropriate language, the other half they are too caught up in their inner office relationships to assist customers. When they finally do assist you, they try to sell you product by being condescending. Fortunately, purchased our car elsewhere and always tell others to go anywhere but this dealership.I was there with my father in law, not purchasing a car for myself.I am not interested in helping investigate, simply being on the floor will open your eyes to a lot of your personnel issue.

Bad service, Miami Acura dismisses oil consumption issue with ” its normal to lose oil as you drive the car”. I’m now having to change the oil more frequently then the suggested oil indicator, otherwise I’ll get a low oil light. Recently Acura extended the manufacture warranty to 125k for oil consumption issue, I’m currently reaching the limit of the warranty and it seems as they are just stalling/ making we wait till I pass those miles. If your having any oil consumption issue I strongly suggest taking your car elder because you won’t get any help from the folks at Miami Acura.

My husband and I dont enjoy dealing with dealerships and car sales people, but it is not that way here at Miami Acura if you follow my advice. After a bad experience I met the general manager Debra Canter who helped me and referred me to her salesman John Sanchez. Both have treated us very well. None of this back and forth and misinformation you get from most about price and what you get. John has been nothing but wonderful with following through like a great salesman should. He calls to make sure we are happy with our purchase and if we have any questions. I have called him numerous times with questions over the past three years and he is always there for me with an answer or will find out and get back to me. Worked with Gary to fix my bumper - someone had swiped it at a Publix lot and disappeared and I also had a dent from another incident. Gary is the guy who coordinates bodywork. He was SO nice and helpful in every way. I had a lot of questions about different things and he was honest about what I should bother trying to get fixed, how much things would cost, etc. Gave me a written estimate in two parts (as requested) and when I came back to do the work outlined on one of them, was super helpful. Super friendly, good deals.Barack hooked my boy up with a great deal on a new Acura and theyve been treating us like royalty ever since. THE SERVICE CENTER IS AMAZING! They hand wash your car and rims and treat it with great care. I purchased a 2001 Acura MDX on eBay from Century Motors of South Florida and had a 24 hour money back guarantee. The Carfax showed it was dealer serviced at Miami Acura for its entire life so I made an appointment for a wheel alignment and free 35 point inspection. What an amazing dealership!! Service department is going through a total rebuild and was awesome. Felix was my service advisor and provide an amazing experience. From the second I got there he came out and walked me into the waiting area where they have an awesome espresso machine, comfortable chairs and great showroom. Felix went above and beyond my expectations.. He reassured me that the records shown on the Carfax were correct and even let me go into the service bay to inspect the undercarriage of my vehicle and show me what they were doing. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Thank you again Felix, you are awesome at your job!!! Wheel alignment and spin balance were done perfectly and the vehicle drove like new. Made the 24 hour drive back to Buffalo, NY with no issues what so ever.. Highly Recommended!!

Moved into South Florida I have always taken my car to Miami Acura for service. My service adviser Chris Brown has always been courteous and kind. I bought a 2007 Acura a few years ago and the service I received from Chris has remained the same. Friendly, courteous, and attentive to my concerns during servicing. I believe that Chris is one of the greatest assets to Miami Acura. Although I could get service at a lesser cost, customer service is very important to me. I had the absolute worst car buying experience at Miami Acura. I honestly started to leave the car there and just settle for something else. The staff there are very unprofessional and extremely rude. The finance staff attempted to side swipe me with different fees and amounts and belittle me. It was quite intriguing initially as someone who works with numbers for a living. Because I was a young female by myself the finance personnel appeared offended when I asked for the break down of my options.Honestly, I was reviewing the positive reviews and I honestly think that perhaps I was treated so poorly due to my gender and ethnicity. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from them. I am extremely upset with the service and treatment of a dealership of that caliber. The staff comes off as inefficient and unable to effectively communicate which results in problems after problems. Do not solicit them for business.One highlight- Mgr. Medina was helpful in the end however I still would not return. The fact that I took time out my day to warn you please beware.

Recently purchased a TLX from Miami Acura. Miami Acura made the process simple and painless. Manny took the time to help my wife and daughter look at three different models. After looking at their inventory online, I was able to get their best price through email. It was a very good price. Two days later I went to the dealership and again Manny spent plenty of time with me looking at different cars and SUVs. After I had made my decision, Miami Acura gave me the average trade in value for my car, which was fair. Acura also had a special 0.9% finance offer. Overall it was a great experience. Oh, I also love the car.
