Awful experience. Had to scan some important documents, the quality was terrible!!!, had to redo the job again in another place. I even paid an extra fee they charged me for the rush I had, thinking I was paying for quality....not even close. If you need quality jobs better look for another place.

Went to this store for the first time today to print on specialty paper. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Was in and out in no timeDefinitely recommended!!!

I came to print some important documents and had issues printing one of them, so I staff member came to help me out since couldn’t be printed in the selfservice area he asked me to go to the counter and I left some copies on the self-service area and in less than 3 minutes that I spent in the counter another incompetent staff member throw away my documents.

Send a package they didn’t check my prepaid label because it wasn’t necessary, and they didn’t realize it was a P.O. Box the address that the package I’ll be delivered, at the end they send the package to a wrong address that wasn’t in the label and now I have to wait 24-48 hours for them to find a resolution worst store never going there again, fedex price for package are high so at least they should check what they are doing

The staff was all friendly and as quick as they could be considering there was a line to the door. Overal is quick and easy, the only con is that it was pricier than I’d expect for small boxes.

Great place for fast poster board printing. The staff is always able to cater to your needs and if there is an issue with the printout they are more than happy to correct the issues and print your poster again. I highly recommend this location for your package drop off if you dont want FedEx to leave a package at your door. They are open late until 10 pm most days.

Theyll show you the envelopes you can use to send a trading card gift, then tell you to just not buy it because its not that good. Then theyll tell you it costs $100 to send a single card to Portugal. Absolute scam.

Do not use this store in particular; this is the second time they steel from us and the package arrives empty. I filed a complaint against the store because I mailed important documents on 9/2017 and they were stolen ( a passport and birth certificate). Please do not use this store to ship your valuables.

I read the reviews on this location before I decided to go drop off my package... And surprisingly they werent that great. But I decided to drop off anyway, because how bad could it be just to do a drop off !? ( package was already paid & had a printed label ) well I was WRONG!! It was bad. They are completely understaffed and unorganized; and to be honest not very personable. I waited in line like everyone else, patiently for 10 minutes and when it go to my turn... The clerk scanned my package and gave me a receipt and I went on my way. No big deal right!? Well.... 1 week later and my package still shows in the system that I have not dropped it off at a location. I can say that I am not disappointed because I had a feeling something like this was going to happen when I walked in to that store.... hopefully my package isnt LOST.

My office uses this location for color printing of promotional campaign materiels. The staff is alway friendly and attentive. If there is any misunderstanding of my order, they will call to get clarification. They are quick and professional. I will recommend this location to any of my business partners.

The store was a bit messy and I had to wait for someone to assist me when I was the only one their. However, transaction was easy and my item reached its destination on time. No one there to ask for help. Just people standing behind the counters. Not bad, but definitely not the best.

Customer service is terrible! Employees see and hear customers walk in and dont acknowledge them. When they finally decide to take care of the customer, they are incompetent and lack a sense of urgency. You are better off driving to the other side of town.

Not cool, this store lost my potential purchase on two different days I came into store .Four people behind counter and not one asked me if they could take my payment.On a positive note I made copies and paid at coipier kiosk, thank god if not I may still be there standing in line.

Wait time is too long. Management always seems to sit and hide in offices. They rarely make eye contact with you. Its really a hit and miss. They need to improve their greeting time and hire a front office greeter manager.
