Excellent grocery store with everything you need for the home. Super clean and very nice staff, and the prices are all very competitive. Highly recommended.

I often shop here!. Its conveniently located near my home and it is typically not crowded in the evenings. The only issue Ive had with them is that their fruits are not usually fresh or of good quality. Sometimes i find myself shopping for those items at Costco or Publix. Otherwise the prices are fair and they service is good!.

Visited on a Thursday morning... everythings clean, in order, lighted up bright and staff is awesome. looks like updated produce section. the person running the customer service counter does an awesome job.

So terrible the experience with the Cashier ALYSSA in this supermsrkey. she doesn’t matter the food the people buy, she dont care about food, she threw all the food and broke an egg and also she started talking to another person who did not work there and had not finished serving us… TERRIBLE!!!

I wish they had better isles signs that can help to find the products or items your looking for. Employees were nice and helpful.

This is the 3rd time I come to this place and when I visited the food service I am always standing in front of 5 employees and no service. They dont even look at me and tell me to wait a minute. These people need to be trained on customer service. Its so sad I have to asked them to help me. Never again I will come this Windxie .

This Winn-Dixie always has something to be desired. Very limited on product selection.Would definitely only recommend the deli.The older Hispanic woman can definitely cook authentic Cuban food.

I went there yesterday evening only one cashier other employees standing around one lady Manning the checkout forcing people to do it. Actually could have opened up another cashier very easily ask them to they ignored my request

This Winn-Dixie has a poor selection of items. Cashiers appear to go through the motions with very little effort. Deli and hot food section is very good. Good tasting Latin food. All other sections of the store have a lot to be desired.

They are selling bad meat.I bought a leg of lamb from here, it was rotten made the house smell like death.I am never going to buy meat from here or fresco, gave them enough chances.People need to watch out, THEY ARE SELLING ROTTEN MEAT

My first job in the USA was to work as a cashier at a Winn Dixie store, then working at the Warehouse. We go there for most of our groceries, in particular vegetables as they are fresh and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Stood in line for what ot felt like an eternity. Counted 2 registers open and 8 people waiting as the cashiers were having casual conversations with eachother. Manager didnt seem to care either. Lesson here, always shop at Publix!

It’s always something, if not freezing its you have to wait 15 min for them to clean the slicer. You would think the deli would ready. If it wasnt that you dont have any other choice I would never shop here.

I thought the store was fine. We were able to find what we were looking for easily, but nothing stood out to make me want to give it a higher rating. The parking lot was crowded whenever we went, so parking was a little difficult. I think the store is fine if youre looking to pick something up quickly.

Some of the organic products were not as fresh as expected. The store was clean and organized. The cashier was professional and patient. The produce worker was attentive and helpful; went out of his way to find me some lemons I needed. Thank you for the great service!

The staff that works their particularly the cuban female cashiers are very rude, all have bad attitudes, and no customer service at all. With the exception of three cashier ladies that are very nice, friendly, and give great customer service. I will not be shopping at this Win Dixie store ever again!!

I love to shop here the food is fresh. You can rely on this Super Market i have been buying here since way back when we got hit by Hurricane Andrew . The only Suoermarket that was open to buy ice and water was Winn Dixie to serve our community. The people are friendly and nice they go out of their way to serve you.

Disappointed with the poor selection of vegan food. Pretty much non existent. Posted a pic since I went looking for vegan burritos and there was none! . I would recommend Target . They have a huge selection of vegan food. From plant based milk (also this store didn’t have) , vegan meals and more. Winn Dixie u can do better . Only two registers open so you find long lines even for two items. Floor was also dirty. I went at 2 pm on a Sunday.

You go to deli at 7pm and they have thrown out the food already and are starting to clean up. This deli closes way too early. Look at all the expiration dates especially frozen items.

When you enter this Winn-Dixie you would thank that youre in Public super market. The Vegetables are fresh. The most of all the Fish man is the best he steam the fish or what every you what with his special mix. Also in bakery I love looking at this older lady making cakes .The dinners or Cuban dinner but the favor is outstanding this is a place to go. The personal at checkout is with a smile. I forgot but when they do a sell the products is there.

Came to this place on a Tuesday at 08:27pm in he evening. Asked to have ham and cheese fresh cut and the staff was there but said: we just closed. I don’t understand how it says the store closes at midnight but you can’t get fresh cheese and ham.

Look at deals online before you go to get the best price.

This store was recently remodeled, it looks very nice and like its competition, it is very well stocked. Its location is very convenient for Miami Lakes residents but it is also easy to get off-on 826/Palmetto Xway on your way to other areas. Plenty of parking.

This winn-dixie is not the greatest. Meat availability is usually low. Most of the time theres only 2 open registers. Go with a sweater. Its always cold. The only good thing now is the new small cafe that allows people on a rush to buy food and go.

This place has the worst customer service. They only have 2 registers open at all times. If you need to buy a giftcard, they only let you pay for it at the customer service counter and they make you stand there more than 10min until an employee decides to show up. The manager has no consideration for customers. I have witnessed her asking an employees to step away from the register to bring her cell phone from the office while there are customers waiting in line. They should close down this place.

I bought cold brew coffee with almond milk yesterday, I tried it today and it tasted really weird. What do you know, it expired two YEARS ago.

Quick and easy, in and out, Ive never waited long in line. The store appears to be clean employees nice.

Ive been to this Winn-Dixie on different days of a given week at different times of the day, but there are four things that are always consistent about this location:1. The floors are dirty with these humongous black streaks running several feet long in several lanes.2. The awful smell. I cant tell what the smell is, possibly spoiled food or it could be a refrigeration issue, but it it is most unpleasant.3. Produce is not fresh, some of it rotten. Lots of flies hovering over the potatoes section.4. Not enough cash registers open. The conveyor belts that move the groceries to the cashier are dirty, like covered in a syrup.With these four issues they have the audacity to increase the prices on many products over the past few months.I dont understand how this place has so many positive reviews, probably fake reviews or people like shopping at a dump.The one positive this place has at least is that the products are well-organized and easy to find.I rather drive to a Publix or Fresco that is farther away. The Winn-Dixies in Hialeah are much cleaner.

Location was great, but not as stocked with variety as Im used to at home.

This is the absolute worst grocery store I have ever shopped at. I only go in anymore in an time sensitive emergency as I live less than mile away. You are guaranteed to get moldy old expired food from almost any area of the store. This last time is the worst. I used the bathroom and the urinals were overflowing with urine. The toilet stall had toilet paper filled with waste all over the floor. It was foul and stunk, had to have been days without cleaning. Bought sealed packaged bread, when I got home found they were all moldy. Previously took a picture of the bacon as it was room temperature. The store is very dingy dirty and inventory is left to rot. Store managers clearly dont care, neither do any district managers or higher as this place is a dump.
