I love Gauchos and I have been coming here for years now, but today was a horrible experience, my order was perfect but my Cashier was rude and did not care for anything. She even was using her phone and didnt hear my order clearly. Her name is Angela and I think she gives a bad image to the business.

The prices are a little high, but the empanadas are amazing. They do have a wide variety of flavors and desserts as well. I love this place and would come back when I feel like splurging again.
By far, my favorite place every time I visit Miami. Huge wine selection, but you can always ask the managers for suggestions, they will find the best fit upon your pairing and along the price you are willing to pay, they are fantastic people!Food is amazing and fit perfect for any occasion. Favorites include, but not limited too: Capresse Empanada, Entraña and/or short rib (Get the sweet potatoes and tostones for your sides) and provoletta! Also if you want to make a parrilla at home, you can get everything here and cook it at home... yes, also the appetizers or tapas for all your guests.BTW, they opened a full bar in their Miami Lakes location, and it has a great happy hour. Totally in love with this place!If you are in Miami, you MUST visit any of their locations!
Food was good but the service was under par and slow. Asked for water 3 times and no one came back. Finally had to get up and go to the front and complain to the cashier. As for my group, we wont be going back.
Went over there for argentinian empanadas. Very nice and clean place, good and fast service. Recommended.

The service was mediocre. Ordered coffee and had to wait a long time that I had to remind them about my coffee. I ordered a cappuccino and instead received a cortadito. I asked for more milk and they never brought it. The empanadas were stale and the cheese app was as well. Unfortunately, I would t recommend this place. There are so many other great options.

One of the best places I have ever visited. Meat is always good but today we order some pasta and it was even better. A good wine to go with it, and Dont leave without tasting the tiramisu. Yummy
Unfortunately we were greeted by a new employee that didnt know much so after 30 minutes waiting for our food that never came I decided to ask the manager for a refund, she gave me the refund but still charged me the coffees that were part of the breakfast meal that I ordered. I said that I should be entitled to a full refund and she decided to ignore me instead. Never going back to this place!!.

Great food but terrible service! The staff is not professional at all and give attitude to their customers. What a disappointment! For what you pay for the food, the service is lacking heavily. Hopefully they learn to train their employees on having better customer service skills.

Unfortunately a simple breakfast took more than 30 minutes and nobody even came to our table to explain the delay. And at thr end it wasnt even that good.Not a place for a quick breakfast. But the bakery and wine selection is great!

I Had Fries and they were not fully cooked and Ordered a Creme brulee and was Frozen I did not had a good experience, the only good thing about this place was the Chicken Empanadas.

Im not going back. Ribeye was just fat and vacio was ok. Tabla española was pretty much empty . You have to go to the counter every time you want something. Not for me. For the price you could have better meal and experience overall somewhere else.

Here Empanadas are the real deal . My first time at Gauchos and I’m glad I did. Was greeted right away by a lady staff which assisted me friendly, polite, and made suggestions when I asked about Roquefort cheese empanadas. The Diced beef or Cortada a cuchillo was delicious overfilled with premium beef,olives, raisins, hard boiled egg right on point as suppose to be; The Quattro formaggi also delicious. I Don’t get it the low negative reviews given to the venue . I didn’t experienced anything like that at all. Maybe because the demographics of the area some people are dissatisfied that they don’t serve Rice & Black beans. By the way they offer as well Empanadas de Guayaba for the “purists inhabitants”of the area . Good stuff!Great Wine Selection!. Like Arnold said... “ I’ll be back “ or rather “Hasta la vista baby”

We where 10 peoples going to breakfast all locals and frequent clients. One of the girls was turning 50 she is diabetic so they made a sugar free little cake, we went to your restaurant likealways but we had to leave because we couldnt bring the cake inside .
This is the place to go in miami for a nice wine and great food.Awesome selection on wines to choose from Europe to locals they have it all, this is not the regular wine from CVS this is a good bottle for a increible priceThe food is outstanding here the Argentina grill (parrilla) is another world, you can taste the prime selection here and if you want to take it home they have it too
The entraña was soft and delicious but the best part of the meal were the empanadas! The ham and cheese ones are probably the best Ive ever had.

My experience wasn’t good 40 minutes waiting for the orden arrives for two peoples . It is not a place to go on a Saturday night. thats why it was half empty.

Great food, amazing place and extremely clean but the waitress needs more training. Very slow service lack of organization and do not order over the phone because after a long wait on the phone you never received the correct order.
It was our first time at this very comfortable coffee place. This is more than a coffee shop, it also is a restaurant and a market.They have a full menu and the market sells things from desserts, wine, cookies, ham, meat, and so much more.We had coffee and some desserts and they were fantastic, with good prices, delicious taste, and one of the best services!! They left us there without asking us to leave for three hours, so my friends and I enjoyed the coffee and also our time there.The background music was superb, I loved it!

I been here 3 time since March 2020 and if I need to satisfy my need for a great steak and good wine, this is the place...unfortunately, service is not great, hence the 3 stars, but the great selection of wines and good food make up for the lack luster service...

Expensive place, for what’s offered. Ordered a vacio steak, medium well. Served well done, really hard to eat. Empanadas are ok, had better and cheap on other Latino places. Definitely won’t be back.

I’ve been here several times already and the food never disappoints. The meat is juicy, the side dishes are delicious and the desserts are very good. Customer Service is excellent and prices are very reasonable. Keep in mind this place is more like a mini market with eat in service, great for a quick lunch and a glass of good wine.

Bad experience overall. The burger was raw, soup was too salty, and the service was mediocre. We should have not been charged for that nasty burger.

Food here is pretty good with decent portions. You order your food at the cashier and they come bring it you at your table. It looks mostly like a market but there is a limited amount of seats inside and outside. They sell a variety of deli items including caviar. This is a good place for a quick lunch but I wouldnt recommend to come here for a nice sit down dinner.
Bottom line.., horrible customer service, horrible food. Very disappointed 😞.
I don’t know where to begin ! I had a bad experience, I was standing to order for over 25 minutes . 11:09 when I finally got to the register the lady tells me they stop serving breakfast at 11:30 am it was now 11:37 am , I looked at her and told her we have been here since 11:09 making the line which only had three people in-front of us ,( they have shortness of staff ). Really bad service due to there delay on taking orders . I will never go to this place .

Very good experience, some of the waiter were like in a rush, may because we get there at 7 and they closed a 9:30 pm, but good prices, delicious food, and the best part is that you can smoke outside.
Food did not taste at all fresh and was made without any care. The baguette taste horrible, theres no crunch to it and the proscuitto on my sandwich looked very old.

I went there today at noon ask for a grill chicken sandwich and a chorizo sandwich! The chicken was so dry it looks it was cook at least a couple days ago I ask for mayo it was none the chorizo sandwich well that one it was Tomato and lettuce because the piece of chorizo was almost non existent and dry and cold I used to go there once a week to eat and buy other goods but you just lost a costumer and you charge me $ 25 dlrs for some bread with lettuce and tomato shame on you

The empanadas were very good and so was the service. Unfortunately the flank steak was terrible. The meat was under cooked and so stiff i couldnt even finish it. This is not the first time I have this same issue with the meat. Its a shame because everything else is actually very good.

A wonderful place to sample Argentine food. Their octopus in garlic sauce is sublime as is their other main courses, appetizers and desserts. The service is always excellent and their selection of wines from around the world is top notch. Always a place I look forward to visit to relax with a fine meal and great wine.

Not sure if I would recommend .When you get insite, it takes from 15 to 20 minutes for someone to go to your table with o ly 4 customer insite. Then you order and after they charged, a waitress go to your table requesting an other charges for an slide of cheese that they put extra. I was so shameful!!!Buy the way, this is not the only time a situation like this happened to me and my friend. I used to come here every other day. To bad!!!

Really bad service!!!!! I ordered cheese plate, and because they exactly didn’t explain what kind of cheeses are and they are some kind of cheeses you can’t eat, I asked to exchange it and Cinthia told us that basically if we don’t like it she can’t do anything about it, what kind of customer service is this..... never going back to this place my first and last time!
Terrible service, very, very bad attention, it is an Argentine restaurant and at 10 in the morning they could not cook meat or sausage because there was no lunch schedule, it was disastrous and to have breakfast with the family at this place
