Dr. Giannie is the best in the biz! She gets my five year old to both cooperate and get excited about visiting the eye doctor. Her number one priority is my girls’ vision health and takes her time during our visits. Definitely on the very top of my list for recommendations. She works with adults too!

All the staff have been amazing with my child. She was 4 at her first visit and Dr. Rozada and staff were super patient with my child. She has now returned again for a checkup at 5 years old and again everyone was super friendly and patient. Dr explained everything very thoroughly and answered all my questions. Eye candy was also very nice. All in all, I’d say this is great place especially for pediatrics.

I had an excellent experience! After making my appointment, there was follow up through email to prepare for the appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted by a lovely young lady at the front desk. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. My doctor (Castellanos) was beyond excellent! She was very thorough and knowledgeable. The young lady with the frames was also helpful and pleasant. Overall, an outstanding experience.

The glasses are great for their ages and variety of colors to choose from. Her staff are friendly and great with the kids. The location is great for parking and we never wait long before being seen. Dr. Castellanos is amazing with kids! She has been seeing my son for just over 3 years and it is always a pleasurable experience. She is extremely patient with him and quite thorough in her exams. Things have gone so well with him that my husband and I now use her for our eye care needs and exams as well.Her office is always very clean, her staff friendly and there are always treats for the kids after their exam is over (a treasure box full of goodies!). We are glad to have found a doctor that is good for the whole family.

Great experience with everyone at Infinite Vision Eye Care. I have gone for both myself and my daughter. Their schedule is great, and they’re open on Saturdays! The admin at the front desk was nice, the Dr was great, the admin to help you choose your frames was nice - truly have no complaints. FYI - the dr is very patient with children, it’s not easy to do eye exams on kids - but she definitely knows her way around. :-)

I was in and out in under one hour from the time I walked in until purchases my glasses. Prices are also very affordable. They have glasses for all budgets. Great experience.

Its so hard to find a doctor in any field who genuinely cares about your betterment and financial position but Dr. Castellanos is the most considerate doctor Ive ever had. She takes her time with you and then she and her staff help you arrange a way to make sure your vision is improved. The office is cutely decorated and they have a great, stylish selection of glasses and sunglasses from brands like Oakley and Ray Bans. The staff is so sweet and bubbly both on the phone and in person. Great customer service and a great overall experience at this optical!

Terrible first and last experience. Waited an hour after my appointment to be seen, then doctor in and out helping other paciente with the rest of the staff doing absolutely nothing. Front desk girl could not be more rude.Better off going to a Target Optical, cheaper and better equipped practice.

I used hard contacts for 20 years before needing to switch to soft. It took me 10 years before I found a Doctor that was able to provide me with comfortable lenses that I could actually see with without getting a headache. As well as providing a seemless transition from contacts to glasses, which always gave me a headache as well. If I could give 10 stars I would. Anyone who has similar issues should not hesitate to come here.

I scheduled my eye exam with Infinite Vision Eye Center, first time ever coming here. Can only say amazing things about the staff and Dr. Castellanos! Everyone in the office is extremely knowledgeable and truly went out of their way to make me feel right at home. I am constantly having to change eye doctors because of one thing or another. I am a very happy customer and will definitely be returning!!!

Dr. Castellanos was kind and pleasant. However, as a business, they are very unethical. They quoted us a price based on insurance. My wife paid before I could review the itemized bill. I requested to review it but they said they would email me later. They never did. I called back the next day to discuss why the bill was higher than expected and it was revealed that I was misquoted and then charged a higher amount. I asked how it could be rectified and the response was “once you swipe all sales are final.” And “that’s why we encourage you to read things before you sign them.” It was a mistake going there and I’ll make sure I tell everyone I can to avoid this practice. Go somewhere else for vision care!

Loved my visit with Dr. Castellanos and her staff! They helped me pick the best fit for my face shape and staff was very knowledgeable on lens materials! Will definitely come back for my visit next year. :)

Really such a shame I decided to drive over there to get better service because over the phone I really wasn’t understanding what was going on and they were asking for $15 just to make an appointment** and they don’t except walkins so it’s like they don’t leave people a choice..... so I just came in, after looking for their location I got lost for like a good 15 minutes because it’s in the back through an alley(even though it was nice once you get upstairs and you find it LOL)But then they tell me that they except insurance for my son but it’s $35 mandatory?? I said well what if I use the prescription that I already have for him they said no you have to do a new prescription here which is understandable but $35?? I have insurance that’s what the insurance is for him....... I just hate it when companies try to take as much money as possible out of peoples business as it is supposed to be about customer care and about making people feel good ya know ...That was not the case with this company which is weird because they have a lot of good reviews~but maybe they just oh food marketing ? Lol (with all the extra $ they charge on the side ?). ........Never in all 12 years of my sons life have I ever had to pay anything for his eye exams and he’s always had the same insurance that’s why I tell you that this company is just trying to get some more money you know sucks

Their selection of frames offered by your insurance plan is garbage. They open a draw with about 10 pair of ugly frames that you could probably get in Goodwill. They used the old bait and switch so you will go for the more expensive frames displayed on the wall. I chose one and when I went to pick up they had an ugly brown frame that I didnt choose. The optometrist service was good but the frame selection is a scam. Will not come back again next year.

They helped me in putting on my contacts and learning how to put them on. They are very proffesional and they are really nice about the whole process.

Dr. Castellanos has been our optometrist since she started her practice. She is very knowledgeable and professional. We made our appointment two days prior and she was able to work us into her Saturday schedule. I felt like she did a very thorough examination and really took the time with my husband whose vision has deteriorated within the last two years. She was genuinely concerned and kept examining him even more.I love her staff and friendly service. Her assistant really helped each one of us with our glass selection. Great glass selections. We got Ray Bans and Costas.Her office is in the heart of Miami lakes. Easily accessible from Palmetto expressway.

ZERO STARS-Worst experience ever, rude staff front desk , insurance scammers. Unacceptable service. I have filed a claim with the insurance contracted. They try everything in their power to try to make you pay out of pocket &/or charge both the insurance and the customer. When they noticed I caught on, they denied to make my sons glasses, they told me because it was too much of a hassle. The young girl in the front desk is rude and unethical. I reported them this morning to the insurance company, and also advised them to read the reviews below where they have done the same scams clearly to whom ever they can get their scams by. SCAMMERS FIND ANOTHER OFFICE.

If i could give zero stars i would!! Worst place to get glasses from in my experience!! Ive been wearing glasses for over 20yrs and i have never had such a terrible experience! Paid damn near 400 bucks for some basic glasses only to have they LEGITIMATELY break out of no where. Both legs broke in less then 6mth of having them! Then when i called they could do nothing to helo NOTHING! worst customer service ive ever dealt with! Then i asked to have my prescription mailed to me so i can go else where n its been 3mnths n NOTHING! I call to see whats going on n she tells me im pretty sure we mailed it UM OBVIOUSLY NOT OR I WOULDNT BE CALLING AGAIN SMH! I hate this place go else where they r not worth it

They overpriced on a pair or glasses for my daughter and assured me that we would have them in 2 weeks...well it took 3 weeks and 2 days and every time I called they would keep me on hold. Didnt even offer to call and find out why the glasses were taking so long, nor did any one apologize for the inconvenience.

I came here today because I called prior to my appointment to confirm prices regarding lenses and glasses exam, they had told me I had a 10$ copy for my glasses exam and a 65$ MAX copay for my contact exam, when I came in they said they were going to charge me a max of 86$! I wasted my time coming here because I was misinformed due to the lack of knowledge of the people in the front desk.

En atención al cliente no puedo quejarme porke si tuvieron mucha paciencia con mi hijo, pero con respecto a los resultados pésimo, porke el doctor le puso un tratamiento nuevo pero súper exagerado, creo que como médico podría darse cuenta que el cambio en la vista de un niño no podría ser tal cual, hasta una asistente de atención al público cuando fui hacerle las gafas al niño con las nuevas medidas se dio cuenta que no podía ser tanto y lo que hice fue perder mi dinero
