Very professional, clean, and your first wax service with them is free! They also have a “wax pass” where you basically prepay services and save money by buying them like that instead of one at a time. Very convenient hours. Been a customer since 2017. 😁

Amazing customer service. Carroll the manager was very nice and professional. She answered all of my questions. Stephanie was my wax specialist and she was super professional and made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything with detail. The facilities are super nice and clean. Nice place, my waxer Michelle was good. My issue was that I asked for an upgrade to a service that I have a pass for already, and I was charged incorrectly as well as not given the correct change that I was owed and on top of it the lady had an attitude. Last time I go here. Tried to understand why my receipt says a certain amount but I am being told a different one. Front desk was not helpful at all. Not a good feeling walking away from a place that has screwed you over.

NEVER DO YOUR EYEBROWS HERE! My sister went because she wanted to do her eyebrows and they took off a whole chunk of her eyebrow. She also did her mustache and thank god they can’t mess anything up there. Then they had the audacity to charge my sister for her mustache. Worse place ever! Never go here even if you are desperate.

I had a great service, the personnel was great but my only complaint is that I’ve been coming to European wax centers for years however I’ve never been denied a service due to lack of wax maybe because of the time but not wax. My waxer wasn’t able to add my full legs because they had ran out of wax.. I’ve never been to a center that doesn’t have wax.

Angela is amazing! Angela started doing my eyebrows about 3 months ago and she completely transformed them. My eyebrows were a disaster, overplucked, and uneven. Now, thanks to Angela my eyebrows are sooo beautiful! I get compliments on my eyebrows all the time. She truly cares about her clients and she makes sure you leave satisfied.

Had to wait a bit but it is was worth it! (They apologized many times for the wait) The whole team and management (Carol) is so sweet and wonderful. The service was spectular, I would definitely recommend yula(julia) especially if its your first time(didnt even feel my Brazilian lol). So happy that they opened this new location, will definitely come back!
