I have done curbside pick up a few times now and it’s super convenient and the staff in Nashua are very nice

Ive ordered these cookies so many times, almost weekly since theyve opened. They get delivered fresh and warm. Not a huge fan of doordash because they can never seem to get my address correct but thats not on Crumbl.

Drove 40 minutes away for these cookies because my friends had said they were awesome. the place was super cute and the employees were so sweet. The sea salt toffee cookie was amazing and huge but as for the rest I wasn’t a fan. Half of them didn’t taste cooked all the way. The strawberries and cream short bread fell apart and was super dry. I was most excited for the peach cobbler as it’s my favorite fruit. It came in a super cute little pie tin and the flavor was great would be a great fall dessert. However while eating it I bit Into something hard and tried to bite it again thinking it was a but of some kind but. It hurt my tooth so I spit it out and it was a whole half of a peach pit. That’s really not safe and sort of ruined the cookie for me. Overall the idea and concept of the store is cute. I like the new flavors every week but $16 for 4 cookies that aren’t cooked, are bland and almost break your teeth just isn’t really worth my time.

The cookies are huge and Ill give them an A+ on presentation and how quick you get the cookies after placing an order. Been here twice and as much as I would really like to love this place the taste of these cookies is not anything out if this world and all the cookies Ive bought are not fully baked. Idk if thats a thing they are going for or if its meant to be like that but I personally dont enjoy eating a half baked cookie. Either give me the fully baked cookie or give me the cookie dough but dont give me both. Cookies dont have a phenomenal flavor for the price youre paying for, tastes like flour and whatever topping they have on top. Will I recommend this place, probably not.

The best cookies in the history of cookiedom!Nice and soft, almost cake like. Always coming up with new flavors too!Great service! And they make sure it stays that way. There was one rude guy and he only lasted about two weeks.All in all I give them 5 stars.

We got cookies from there yesterday. The smell was coming out of the store and we couldnt resist. We should have resisted! The price for four cookies is $14. I almost walked out after seeing that but the smell! We got the carmel pumpkin, cookie dough, sugar cookie and chocolate chip. My husband and son love cookies and we usually cant keep many in the house. There are four half eaten cookies in a very pretty pink box on my kitchen counter. None of us could finish our cookies. The caramel pumpkin tastes like it should have cooked for five more minutes. They were worth $14. The staff was very nice and serve was quick, but we wont be back.

Crumbl has creative flavors and very good quality cookies. I feel as though I don’t even need to leave this review because everyone knows this. The only bad thing I would say is that some people, not me personally tho, do not like some of the cookies that have a lot of almond extract in such as the pink chilled sugar cookie.

So undercooked that the chocolate chips didn’t even melt! Hazelnut so full of goop it was a dripping mess.All cookies were one bite and into the trash !Sadly deleting the app now because I will NOT return.

I tried this place for the very first time a couple weeks ago, and I must say I’m highly impressed with the flavors and the amount of work they put them in, you can definitely tell the love and compassion they put in their work. Definitely dedicated to their services and wonderful customer experience. Will definitely be going back again, and look forward to new flavors and more to come!

If you love sugar cookies with that hint of almond extract, you won’t be disappointed. Best cookie I’ve ever had here was the Cornmeal. Nice way to give a thoughtful gift.

I love their cookies! They are extremely delicious. The chocolate chip is soft and gooey. The people working are very friendly. I want to try some of the Crumbl Cream soon.

Good cookies and they work quick even when busy. My only complaint is one time I went for a curbside pickup and went they went to my car they said my name but when I got home the cookies only had 2 correct. I should have checked there and maybe because they were busy they sold out of some and just gave me two chocolate chips so I still got 4. I wish they contacted me saying they had to replace the cookies if that’s the case. Either way the cookies were good and the service is good and that’s the only time something like that happened.

The place looks nice, very clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was a bit shocked at the price but I heard good things about the size and flavor of the cookies so I gave it a go. The cookie is a decent size but not for the amount you pay. I was also disappointed with the cookie itself. I got the chocolate chip and it didnt taste very fresh and Ive honestly dont get the hype. Maybe I should try other flavors, but I doubt Ill go back.

Ive been wanting to try this place for awhile now and finally decided to drop my to grab some cookies for a Thanksgiving dessert. They were out of the pumpkin cookie which was the one I was looking most forward to so that was a bummer, but we did manage to get chocolate chip, peach cobbler, salted caramel cheesecake and oatmeal chocolate chip. Aside from the peach cobbler one being much smaller than the others, the cookies were truly delicious. Kind of expensive, but they are a good size cookie! Definitely worth it for a special occasion or a fun outing. Staff was very nice and hard at work, cookies were fresh and warm. We will be back to try other flavors in the future!

I could smell the cookies through my mask. You can order on a screen on the wall. The Cookie n cream cookie I ordered was served warm and packaged neatly in a cute box 🎁. Good, not great. kinda gimmicky. only had like 8-10 flavors to pick from.cookie flavor rotation idea...meh.(change out some of the flavors every week i guess). chocolate chip cookies are one of my favorite everything and theirs was just okay. good size though but pretty expressive visiting it didnt wow me. it was a good destination for the day and even though my daughter would probably go back I wouldnt go out of my way. terribly

I first of all do not appreciate the fact that the cookies change every week. I feel like there isn’t it enough time to order a cookie again, and for a cookie to grow in popularity. secondly these cookies taste like they were made with only the ingredients of butter and sugar, we went and tried every cookie there and didn’t like any of them. the price is outrageously expensive we ended up paying 30 dollars for cookies!!! overall hated the experience and i would recommend you go to a different cookie shop if you are in the mood for a cookie. anything is better. store is nice though don’t let it fool you

They have some really great unique cookies to share with friends and family. I recommend trying a box and cutting up them to share!!! Super fun and unique dessert to bring along to share.

Love Crumble cookies. I have tried about 8 or more flavors and have only been disappointed once. The fruit ones are the best. Just wish they offered free bite size samples so you would know if you liked it before spending over 4.00 on a cookie and not liking it.

The cashier was nice and got the cookies quickly and efficiently. I was really disappointed in the missing flavor and sold out flavors- snickerdoodle and brownie sundae. I got the lemon glaze and semi sweet chocolate chip cookie, and was also disappointed because this was my 1st time ordering here. I have tried another Oreo cookie at a party and had high expectations. Overall good service. The cookies were good. The semi tasted good, even though it was basically a regular chocolate chip cookie!😌

I have been hunting around for a great cookie place and was told about Crumbl by a friend of mine who lives in Methuen. I got them for her as a surprise for one of our dinner dates and was blown away! I now trek the 22 min from North Reading to Crumbl Methuen any time I’m craving a cookie because every cookie I have ever gotten from here has been INCREDIBLE! It’s 1000% worth the drive and money! The curbside pickup is super convenient and always fast. I love that they have new flavors every week so there is always a new flavor to try! I love that they are served warm! You can’t go wrong! Absolutely try them if you haven’t!

To be honest I was expecting these cookies to be wayyyyy better. The nutella cookie was undercooked in the middle around the nutella and way too sweet! The chocolate chip cookie was ok. My son liked the sugar cookie but my daughter tried the sugar cookie she said it had no flavor. Maybe this wasnt my week for cookies. I will try again another week when they have different flavors.

These cookies are amazing! I got two of each flavor (flavors change weekly) in a party pack and was not disappointed even though it seems crazy to pay almost $40 for 12 cookies.....trust me they are worth it! Im not even a person who really likes sweets, but the frosting on the snickerdoodles, while it seems like theres a lot on it at first, is perfectly balance and isnt a sugar overload at all. Cant wait to go back and try more flavors!

Love! Ive tried way too many to remember. They are delicious, customer service is great. I had sent one order as a gift, my friend says they were never received, I call Crumbl. They made a new order and had it sent out again. Ive had only positive experiences. Even I there was an issue they are quick to rectify it.

My daughter and her friend drove all the way up to Methuen to visit this bakery. 4 cookies is almost 15 dollars. Yes, they are large, but this price is outrageous. They tasted them, and did not really like them, so bright the cookies home for everyone else to try. Well, if you like super sweet confections that are dense, then these are for you. My first thought was that the chocolate chip cookie tasted like a bag of sugar extra was out into the recipe. I only tried the chocolate chip. My husband tasted the sour patch one, and immediately put down the rest of the small bite he took.The worst thing- 4 of us tried a part of the Chocolate Chip cookie- not even eating the whole thing- and the 4 who ate this have had tummy issues since about 2 hours post tasting.(Ongoing for hours and hours so far, with nothing else the same thing eaten)

The cookies are on the pricier side, but some of their flavors are simply amazing. Its not something I have often, but when a weekly flavor seems interesting Im willing to pick up a 4 pack.The banana cream pie cookie is to DIE FOR and the Samoa coconut caramel cookie is decadent and utterly delicious.

Some cookies are amazing. The milk chocolate chip ones are an easy skip. Too many flavors with cream cheese icing. I look every Monday and 2 of the 4 have it, 1 cookie looks amazing, and the other is some flavor thats not for me. I usually skip most weeks.Unless theres a Churro cookie.

When we arrived in the store we got a very warm welcome. Everyone said “Welcome to Crumbl!” It only took around a minute for our 4 cookies to be ready after we ordered them. The cookies were delicious so we will be returning!

The service was really great, but they change thier specialty flavors it can be a hit or miss. Like going and getting the most delicious cookie one week, but the next week its no where to be found.

The curbside pick up is fantastic since the line is always out the door! The cookies are huge, and we love their rotating cookies, we tried the biscoff last night and it was outstanding! I highly recommend trying them.

It was my first time in the shop and my initial thought was “wow so cute!” The store looks clean and there was space to stand 6ft apart. The employee was very friendly and I told her it was my first time. She gladly explained how it worked and was patient with my order. The wait was short and the cookies came in a pink box!! (I love pink, don’t come at me). The cookies come fresh and warm! Each one was better than the last! I would def go again. I hope more locations open near me!

I’m not quite a sweet tooth, and personally, Im not too fond of cookies in general. However, crumbl has changed my mind, and all of my friends can testify for this. Ive lost count of how many times I’ve been telling people how much I love crumbl cookies until the point they said I should be paid for the times I promote for crumbl. Lol. My most favorite is churros (the one and only that made me eat cookies and love crumble), then comes brownie batter.

Great cookies from what my family tells me. They love the variety and different flavors each week. I wish that there was a gluten free option for myself and a dairy free/vegan option for my husband because I have never been able to eat these cookies. I also think the price is a bit much for a cookie that usually only half of is eaten and the rest doesn’t save well.

Went into Crumbl for the first time this morning. Yes, at 9:30AM and it was amazing. Super clean, immediately greeted by the staff, the smell was incredible and the display of cookies has my mouth watering immediately. The owners were there and took time to greet me. I got an assortment of cookies which are to die for. What an awesome place. Must try!

Crumbl gives my family and I so much joy honestly. Every week we look forward to seeing the new announced flavors and want to go there every single week. Also, these are literally the best cookies I have ever tasted and I’m not just saying that! They are always perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and every single flavor so far has blown me away, especially Raspberry Cheesecake! I’m now back in college and really wish there was still a Crumbl near me! I cannot recommend this place enough also it’s always so clean and organized.

This was my 1st visit today. I purchased 1dozen of cookies, 4 different kinds. I tried the Heath Crumble and thought it was amazing. Let me just this, I live an hour away and couldnt wait to get home to try it. I also was impressed with the staff, very pleasant and nice to deal with. This will not be my only visit, if you love cookies, than you need to try Crumbls.

I ordered 90 cookies for my daughter’s baby shower and I knew the cookies would be great but what I didn’t know was that the quality of the customer service would match the quality of the cookies. The staff that handled the order and my never ending questions were fantastic. All of my phone calls, and there were several, were handled with patients and the staff knew their stuff. The cookies were a big hit, they barely made it out of the bags and onto the table before people were crowding around ready to pick their flavor. So very happy with the cookies and service!!

The young man that comes out for curbside delivery is an amazing young man. He knows about the products but was also able to help us with a few other questions. The only issue is that when you do the drive up you dont know where to park because nothing said the number or name of the company we are picking up from. That may be because people park anywhere but it would help.

I love everything about their cookies! The best part is they have different types of cookies for you to try weekly! The app is very helpful because they update it every Monday with the flavors of the week.

The place and overall staff are really nice. We were served very quickly. The cookies had a nice presentation. The cookies are overhyped, they are ok but it’s so expensive for just one cookie. We tried Confetti Cake, Buckeye Brownie, Honey Bun, Chilled Sugar, and Orange Creamsicle. My least favorite was Chilled Sugar… there was too much frosting, it had a strong taste of almond extract. And the cookie base was like sand. It made a huge mess everywhere. Still a very nice place to visit :)

Overall its on the sweeter side. If u hv the craving for some sweet cookies this is the place for you.

Place was very well designed visually, staff were very nice and checking out process was very enjoyable. Cookies are decently sized, they taste very avarage at best. Some of them were straight up bad, such as the water melon one and the oreo one was very disappointing. In general the cookies are overpriced and they arent nearly good enough for the price. Maybe the place was over hyped and thats why I was disappointed, but regardless even for the good cookies I dont think the price is quite justified (maybe for some)
