Is a nice store, it loiks very new, the variety at some articles is not so good as other walmarts. Decent staff.

Shelves were well stocked. Place was very crowded. I noticed the cameras didnt make an annoying sound when you walked under them. Groceries available but I saw a small refrigerated section. Long lines at checkout.Subway and RedBOX BOX, though its a blue 🔵 RedBOX BOX, available.Facemasks required to enter store. Isles marked for which way to travel.Parking 🅿️ lot is very busy.

This supermarket has many things in the place and at a good price .. I have been to others of the same and they are practically empty and everything has to be ordered online, they should be well assorted.

Called all departments countless times and they didn’t bother to answer any of the calls. It automatically hung up every time after a long time …??? It’s ridiculous I don’t want to drive 40 minutes to see if they have the product I need I rather just call them but they don’t want to answer!

Went for mens clothes and they were pretty well stocked. Found what I wanted quickly and even found a check out line with just a couple of people in it

This store has the most RUDE, IGNORANT AND UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE TO THEN FEEL LIKE A DISGUSTING THIEF BEING TOLD YOU HAVE TO SHOW ME YOUR RECEIPT ITS A REAL SLAP IN YOUR FACE! Really poor customer service....I ordered online , went to pick it up , I was instructed to go to cashier #7. I follow instructions. There were only 2 cashiers open and #7 was one of them. I waited more than 30 mins in line to pick up my item, when I get to the cashier I was told by the manager, Nichole, that I would have to wait again because another person was in charge of the pick up and not her. Mind you the items I was looking for were right behind her, I had my receipt and confirmation number for pick up.I had to wait another 30 mins for another staff to come and give me my items, mind you I actually had to go and ask one of the staff who was at break if he could help me find someone that could help me. This staff had to go back to that same manager I encounter the first time to ask for help. Was this all necessary?She (the manager) couldve given me my stuff and I couldve been out quicker. Very frustrating. Will most definitely avoid this place.

Annoying that no one ever picks up the phone and I swear I heard someone pick up the phone and hang up on me after I’ve tried calling repeatedly times to see if I can get a return or exchange for an item that broke 1 day after I purchased it. Now I’ll have to go in store just to get my question answered, hopefully it won’t be a waste of time and they’ll accept it back.

Easy place to shop, but the car traffic can get a little crazy.

Store has great items at great prices, but the checkout is awful, only two open, lots of people in line, they will send someone to open a register, she will call over some people, doesnt put the light on to say she is open, this has happened the last 3 times I have been there, very frustrating. There was also a long line at the self checkout. This is before noon, cant imagine what its like at a later time. The cashier was very nice which helped.

Not my favorite walmart but when your in a rush its conveniently located and you can find what you need. Store has gotten alot better overall.

The male associate in the Outdoor Living department was very helpful. He loaded a 140 pound item onto a cart and helped me put it in my vehicle

I always come here after a bus ride from the movies I come get snacks and they have great offers on electronics and lines get big at times

This place is not bad but not the greatest, it could be bette with a few more staff helping out. No greeters @ the door? I mean I personally dont care but Im sure most people wouldnt mind a little welcoming to the store. A few times I tried looking for a member and I couldnt find anyone, just to answer a few questions about a product. Its a hit or miss with this place.. theres better days than others, where you wish you never stepped in there.

First time I have ever just left a full carrage of items and walked out. They must havec20 plus cash registers and ONLY TWO WERE OPENED. Hate to say it, but u are not the only show in town.

I only come here for small things usually Im in and out. Employees can be very rude here, and they usually are out of stock quick with their clothing, cleaning supplies and childrens diapers(bigger than size 4 n wipes)

Had to buy a car battery. Online said it was in stock. They didnt have it.Manager was no help to see if other stores had it. Finally an associate called the other stores. I give her credit not the manager. Also, the manager said they couldnt look in their computer system to check other stores. Find that hard to believe in this day and age.

I love Walmart its one stop shopping for everything you need. Got a pair of steel toe work boots for $30. Instead of $150 else where and they rock!! I dont want to take them off!!

The one Walmart that makes you feel like you’re a criminal went to buy two cans of spray paint couldn’t take them myself to the register had to have a cashier bring them straight to the register when I wasn’t even ready They never know where any of the products I’m looking for no way around to ask questions so you spent most of the time looking for a sales associate to help and the list goes on needless to say the Methuen Walmart completely sucks

I tried to ask him a question and he just looked at me and walked away which isn’t how a store Lead should behave and the store manager witnessed it all but didn’t do anything.. methuen walmart needs to b shut down or something because this is not acceptable

Horrible! One register open and not a single person knew how to use the self check-out.Mind you two people in front of me were to busy talking to notice the self check-out register open. Until I said something of course.Because Im so nice like that. I really want though.Just saying! 🤷‍♂️😆

I had no luck searching all over Lawrence Massachusetts for a place to make copies of my Freightliner Truck keys... until i saw a video of YouTuber saying that in Walmart they can be made, but had to ask for copies for a DODGE key number 19R2... and they do work for my truck!!

I love shopping here. Great variety, almost always find the items I want. Time of visit is important though since the parking lot can get filled up quickly but thats for you to figure out 😉. Supercenter means just that.

Great location to go shopping but it’s very important to have milk in your store at night time very important at least for me it is and I go there a lot what’s good about this location some of the employees care more about you than themselves I’ve had four employees dish out a dollar out of their own pocket not much but it’s more than what it should have been given .. very great feeling because people should do this more often this help out the person in front of you or behind you it will come back to you when God wants it too. It might not come back at all you might be just forgiven for something that you have done in your past I’m doing good but others can do that for you too very great location once again very helpful

There was only one register open, with a very long line of people waiting in it to check out. Nearby the isle I was waiting in, there were 3 female employees gabbing back and forth in Spanish for several minutes. Dont bother to get another registered opened. I really HATE going to this location - its a dump!

I went to this Walmart and I got my first COVID 19 vaccine shot and the pharmacist that gave it to was very nice and polite. She answered all my questions and booked my second appointment. She checked on me a few times before I left there. I love going to Walmart. I go to different Walmart locations

The weekend before Halloween 🎃. We stopped by Walmart. This store is always well kept and stocked. I bought some SD cards for my dashcam. There was a wide selection for performance and regular use. The price was reasonable, but I saw a few places that sold them cheaper. In most cases, they will match prices. Also picked up Marvel Legends DareDevil.

Curbside pickup never answered the phone for more than 10 minutes, there are no curbside designated spaces. Had to go in and wait in line to get things I had already paid for. Horrible experience. Management should be ashamed. Probably only had the one person managing pickups.

Walmart is a good store with great prices but unfortunately me and the local Walmart store both are in Lawrence so maybe people shoplift alot because when i go in the Manager gives me if only i can throw you all in jail so i shop quickly and get out.

They dont deserve a star. But in order to post my experience I have to give a star. They are lousy in pricing items. This is the 2nd time that I go and I find a sales advertised in the store and once you go to the cash register the wont acknowledge the advertised sales price because it was a mistake. In other Walmart or stores they will acknowledge and give you the item for the advertised sales price but not in the Methuen Pleasant Valley St. I had a very nice sales lady that told me that she will tell them that it was 50% off and it should be given to me at the advertised price but Adaly and Digna managers said no. that it was a mistake that that sign shouldnt be there. so they only said that I can only have one not two. this has happened to me before. but I had enough. Ill bet that if I was one of their family members or friends it would have been ok. I hear that a woman has her nice who works there gave her the sale of the tide detergent that was advertised by mistake at 2.99 she got a whole cart full of it and the niece was the one who did the transaction. She needed them to send in a blue barrel to the Dominican Republic.how fair is that. And when I grabbed a few I was told that it was a mistake and that I can only get one not 3. Im letting corporate know how the Methuen Walmart displays sales and then they wont acknowledge it when is time to pay. That they only acknowledge the price if you are a family member of the managers.

Waited two hours for clerk to receive refund said sku was not on pk. It she only spoke Spanish and so did everyone else! So needless to say it was a bad day for me! Need to get English speaking personal inreturns! Everything else in store is great! Thanks for being there!

Very busy but I still felt safe with the mandatory mask rules in place. Found what I needed and was in and out.

While checking out in Walmart at the self service machine it ran out of money. I received 2 dollars change instead of 14 dollars. I asked for help and had to wait for almost 45 minutes for someone to come with the money. I thought I was in a 3rd world country. Maybe I was too white.

No sales associates to help with finding items or answering questions. I have never see the store manager anywhere.

The pharmacy has no intelligent people working there. No one has any idea what they are doing or how to deal with people. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I wouldnt go there if my life depended on it. Total lack of respect. Apparently they only hire idiots who cant get a job at a real pharmacy.

I had two price discrepancies at the self-service checkout. It took ten minutes for the mistake to be acknowledged. The solution was to get into a line with a cashier so the correct price could be entered by hand.

I had a bad experience buying a five star brand (1 Sided) notebook and it said it was $.25 but when I paid for it it was $2.62!! This girl named Sayreme, saved my life and gave me wonderful customer service and even gave me the notebook that was regularly $2.62 for $.25!!! She was the best worker there!!!

Is there a way to post a negative star???, I’m not sure where to start. I went in for baby formula and it’s all locked up, which I understand because people steal it, but it shouldn’t take 30 minuets for a costumer service rep to come open it. I was told by another employee to go find the person who had the key on the other side of the store. I literally had to call customer service twice from my cell phone to get an employee that would help me. In the end I gave up and went across the street to target. I love Walmart but this store completely sucks, never again will I shop there.

Great for family shopping. Usually when people shop at big stores there is problems with cell phone signals but not at this walmart. They have you covered with their free fast WIFI. Now The family can split while shopping with no problems communicating thanks to their WIFI signal. Great parking lot and good pick up at store service. Close to highway

I went to buy my son a video game. Firstly, no one in electronics, had to ask some one from photo. Then we tried to use a Visa gift card my son had gotten for his birthday. Guy ran it as a debt, and I have no clue, I dont work there. We had to walk away with out the game because I didnt have a pin number. Turns out the card is supposed to be ran as a credit card. An employee should know that.

I gave this Walmart a 3; because they have everything we need. What I hate about it is that every-time my husband goes someone is following him around as if he was a criminal or something like that. This has happened twice already. And when I’m cashing out, their like there eyeballing acting like I’m going to steal, when there are many more customers checking out too.
