Great customer service, I went in to take my laptop and it was all nicely done

Im giving Experimax in Methuen an A+ for their service. I have purchased 2 computers (at different times), a GoPro camera and all the additional accessories earlier this year to do videos. I am not tech savvy at all, so the Rep, John, took the time to explain everything to me, he also took the time to do a test run & training with all my equipment as well while there. John, was also kind enough to help me in adding the all the apps on my phone that I would need to do my videos for business. So grateful!!Today, after two days of trying to fix my computer, I finally decided to call Experimax in Methuen, MA for help in restoring my system as I had inadvertently clicked on something and lost some of my info. Once again, John had saved the day and fixed my problem within minutes. Experimax has very knowledgeable employees who are kind, very patient and very helpful! I highly recommend them for their products and services!

Visited for my Google pixel 3a phone crack. The guy at store was really helpful and explained everything very nice. Price was very reasonable.

These guys are great! Spilled water on MacBook Pro and it wouldnt boot up. Jason was awesome, did a very thurough analysis and helped me understand the costs for repairing an older machine. Kept me constantly updated as he worked. The repairs work flawlessly. I would not go anywhere else for technology repairs.

John at the Methuen location was excellent! He was both personable and provided expert service and addressed my computer repair concerns. Ill definitely be coming back for any/all of my technical problems

I had 3 latops all experiencing 100% Disk problems and driving us crazy - Justin @ Experimax had us all fixed up and running FAST in a day for super short $$ - it was awesome to get them running like new - and they took 6 old computers off our hands and properly recycled them!

Im a professional organizer, and one of my biggest challenges is finding safe and environmentally friendly ways to dispose of my clients old cell phones, iPads, and laptops. I was so happy when Experimax opened! If they cant sell the old devices I bring in, theyll destroy the data and then recycle the devices. I always walk in feeling like Im about to dump a burden on them, but their staff cheerfully takes it off my hands and I walk out ten pounds lighter! They have great customer service and are just good people. Highly recommend!

I met with Justin in hopes he could help resolve a problem. I was having trouble with my iPhone accessing my gmail and calendar for work. Justin was extremely professional. He helped me remove an admin feature I did not realize had been enabled by our previous IT support person. Justin saved me so much aggravation and time. I had previously gone the the Geeks Squad and Apple for help. Neither Apple or Geek Squad could help me access my gmail or calendar and left me feeling that there was no hope to correct this. Now I can go see Justin at Experimax and I know he will do everything he can to help me. I also plan on buying my next laptop there. I am so grateful for Justin’s help. I cannot tell you enough about the superior customer service at Experimax! I stopped in about a week ago with my old MacBook. The problem couldn’t be fixed and I end up selling it back to them and the value went towards a new purchase with them. I couldn’t be more satisfied. My iPhone 6 Plus screen needed to be fixed too, they did it at a very reasonable price; done within 20-30 mins. Very impressed! Would recommend to anyone in the area. Fast. I love Experimax Methuen as my IT provider. The staff is knowledgeable, great customer service and professional. I was looking for a year and half for a company that caters to small business and its needs. The IT companies I contacted only dealt with large businesses and were costly. I was concern and wanted to have security and protection to my computer system and internet in my business.Experimax Methuen is reasonably priced and caters to small businesses like mine. I am not technological savvy but any time I have problem with my computer or have any questions the staff or the owner, Greg call me back and answer all my questions and concerns. They educate me on staying safe using emails and the internet. I can honestly say I have peace of mind that I know my systems, computer and internet connection are protected in my business.

Greg and the team at Experimax are terrific, I had an employee who had the charger to her lap top damaged during a work day remotely and they were able to replace it on the spot so she could get back up and running!
