Karpet Korner is an amazing and reliable company! We had some damage to our carpet that included pet urine that had seeped through the carpet, pad, and into the foundation. Karpet Korner responded very timely and even looked at the job and estimated the cost less than 24 hours after the initial call. The carpet was ordered the next day and was fully installed one week later. John answered the phone and responded to text messages very quickly. Everything John said they would do they did even better! Extremely professional company and the price was very competitive. We contacted 4 other companies including some of the big players and hardware stores. The other 4 companies didnt respond timely and wanted 2-4 weeks to complete the job. This was a no brainer in the end and we would use Karpet Korner again as they were amazing.

My wife and I just recently had John (ownership) and his men take care of two rooms in our house for us, our daughters bedrooms, and we are very pleased with the results. Not only did John personally come to our home to view the job(s) and quote us on a weekend day, and with not a whole ton of advance notice (I wanted to do the job sooner than later and requested he come on a weekend day,) but he even came back to sign the contract at another time that many people might find inconvenient, a weeknight at around 6:00PM to 6:30PM, as this is the time that worked best for me. His pricing was very fair and honest, his level of customer service was outstanding from the time of the quote to the end of the job, and he even made our pets (cat and puppy) feel safe and comfortable by petting them gently and soothingly and talking to them in (successful) efforts to keep them calm and let them know he was not a threat. The gentlemen he has helping him/working for him are very skilled at what they do, and they give his company a very good face, so to speak, when he is not around. The workmanship was wonderful, and both rooms came out better than we thought they would, even though that sounds a bit cliche. If I ever choose to have anymore carpet installed, I know who I will be calling. If you are looking for timely, honest and skillful work, call John and you will not be disappointed.-Joe

We have had several rooms carpeted over the years by Karpet Korner in Methuen, MA and have been more than satisfied with the price and excellent installation. John is a great guy and I would not hesitate doing business with him in the future and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking good pricing, good quality and professional carpet installation.

So I decided to look at local places for having the carpet done as opposed to going to a major company. Karpet Korner was located only a few miles from my new home, I called and spoke with John who promptly came right over and took measurements of my condo and was able to get me a quote based on 2 rooms, stairs, a small hallway and a main family room. I came by within a couple days and he showed me a few neutral colors to pick from he had in mind. He then provided tools to me to remove the carpet myself, this took several hours but was not difficult just time consuming and according to him would save me almost $200 on the installation costs. John and a colleague of his came by the next week and promptly got to work and even worked around a huge couch that was a challenge to move. John provided great service. He also came by multiple times to help me out, provide tools for the carpet removal and even recommend some of the best places to find pizza and such in the area. I would highly recommend him to others, the carpet looks great!
