This auto body shop is the best! They’re all very kind and always willing to help no matter what’s wrong or needed for your car! Even if you have a claim with the insurance they take care of everything, if you need a rental car they set it up and handle everything with the insurance. When I took my car to get repaired the front bumper and reinforcement bar were dented and cracked and the frame was off because of the collision. I brought over a new bumper and reinforcement bar and they did a perfect job painting, on installation and relining the frame to the way it was before. It’s like it was never damaged. Definitely will be going her for all my auto body needs

Took my car to E&W Auto Body in Methuen. The crew did a superb job in repairing the damage to the front bumper. Another body shop told me I would need a new front bumper. However, Wally the owner, said I did not need a new bumper and that he could make the repair. Sure enough, the work performed was awesome and I am extremely ppleased. He saved me a lot of money and repair was done in a day and a half! Highly recommend this auto body shop.

I give them one star because I wouldnt been able to put this review out there. E&W is a total RIP OFF I am extremely disappointed in them. Every time I take my car to them they always have some type of excuse, or they tell me to bring the car at a later time. I also feel that they do a mickey mouse job with their job, they pretend to have fix your car so then they would charge you for the labor so then you would have to bring it back to them again for a later time to then get charged again for the labor once again. Especially Wally Correa hes the main Scam Artist, he tells you one thing when it comes to a quote but then after working on your car hell then call you with a different price. This has happened to me more than once with this guy. On another note be prepared to leave your car there for more than just a day. Once again they are Scam Artist they do Mickey Mouse jobs, they quote you one thing then it becomes another quote once they are working on your car, and they love to jack up on prices, and the icing on the cake be prepared to leave your car there for more than a day. My experience with E & W was beyond amazing! I loved how helpful, their hospitality and how reassuring they were! Wally was so nice and friendly, he helped me with my car. I had taken my car to get fixed to another shop and they had did a horrible job my radiator support and other things were tied with zip tie can you believe that! Wally was so appllaed by it he reframed everything the right way! Mind you I had gone in for mechanical problems! i really would recommend E & W AUTOBODY to all my friends and family! Honestly couldnt Have thanked them enough. Its by far the best body shop Ive came across. I was in a car accident and was referred to him for his great job. The staff took care of contacting the tow company, took care of getting the rental ready to go, and contacting the adjuster. My car was worked on a timely matter & honestly couldnt have looked better than what it looks now. The paint job looks amazing. This shop is honestly the definition of above and beyond when it comes to customers. Couldnt be happier & pleased with their work and services. E & W is a hidden gem !!! I found them through the tow truck operator. They did a fantastic job on my Jeep bodywork, then gave me a bargain engine replacement (its a Jeep, right?), all in a very fast timeframe. Wally (the owner) is a very likeable and capable operator, who gives reasonable prices and has a crackerjack staff of smart and hardworking and effective mechanics and body workers. They did such a great job I had them fix up (body and mechanical) my Honda Odyssey, which they have humming now like new with 178,000 miles. Now they are working on my Porsche Boxster. Many folks would not trust a local ,body shop with the highest order of racing car repairs, but my faith and confidence in Wally, his Chief Mechanic Antonio, and the whole crew, is 1000%. Try them, you will be hooked for life !!!!

They dont get back to you. In order to finish the job you have to be sitting in the office making sure they are working on your car...

This auto body shop replaced my sons damaged front bumper on his Acura TSX. It took two days to repair and the results were very professional. It looked like a brand new (well aligned) bumper on completion.My wife also used E&W Auto body to repair her damaged front bumper and to replace a damaged front parking light and to touch up some minor dings. The results are even better than what I expected. Her Land Rover looks brand new again.Thank you Wally for all the professional work youve done for my wife and son. Bad experience, the technicians that worked on my car were unskilled, when installing my rear spoiler they made 4 extra holes that were not needed, they tried filling the holes but now i have small bumps. I actually removed the spoiler my self and aligned it correctly to give it a nice flush look.
