Amazing service, incredible selection and the guidance and the expertise of their staff made all the difference for the fixtures needed in our home.My spouse and I went online, and to the typical big box stores, but we couldn’t find the right fixtures she wanted. Her quote was, “I’ll know it when I see it!”From unique statement pieces, to quality and affordable bedroom fans that our new home needed met all our needs. To top things off the staff suggested dimmers and fan controls to each room that we now use everyday! Great store, loved the unique options for fixtures. We purchased fixture for our former home and now our current home. Even though it is now a 2 hour drive, it is well worth it!The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and directed us to light fixtures we love. The chandelier is on back order, however, well worth the wait. I only wish theyd open a store closer to our new home.

We had a great experience, the staff are helpful and take their time to assist in design. We are happy with the lights we purchases. Had an issue with a fan receiver, they helped us switch it out no problem.

The owner Scott was very informative and knew anything and everything about fans and lighting. He got us set up with fans for our home and got us a great deal on a new chandelier! We are building a house and need to put in fans and lights throughout. The showroom is very nice to be able to get an ideas. The sales team is very knowledgeable about different lights, different kinds of bulbs to save energy, knowledgeable about all the different fans and motors and how much air they push. They have installation available.

Waited 3 months for a light they didn’t have in stock (no Swarovski crystals or anything special about the light). Original time frame was 2 weeks. I had to call for weekly updates, and every time I did, there was a new shipping timeframe and a new reason for the delay.This was my second time shopping at this store and the first was a very similar 2+ month experience. Needless to say, it’s my last time setting foot in the store. They don’t have much in stock other than the 10 lights on the wall. I understand different suppliers can be a pain, but add that to zero accountability or communication on the store side and it’s a lose lose for everyone.

The store has a great selection. My problem was the lack of follow up by the lighting specialist who came to my home. I am doing a complete remodel of my home including replacing all of the lighting. Because it is a large project, I wanted some advice and requested that a lighting specialist visit my home. The specialist came many months ago and seemed to have some good ideas. She promised to get back to me within a few days. Unfortunately, she never had the courtesy to contact me following the visit to my home. I ended up taking my business elsewhere due to this individuals lack of professionalism.

TLAFS helped us choose every lighting fixture, bulb, and ceiling fan in our newly-built home. Everyone was amazingly helpful, friendly, and customer-focused as we planned everything remotely from the other side of the country. Their recommended installer was amazing and got everything up quickly and professionally and explained the most efficient way to operate our fans (youd think it was simple, but theres a science behind it). The design team was careful to listen to our tastes, but also came up with ideas that were better than ours - and often at a significantly better price than we were finding elsewhere. Its a small, independent shop and locally owned (I believe). The staff was helpful and they have access to multiple vendors.

I am always for supporting family owned businesses but this place went above and beyond to get what my wife and I were looking for! I will never go anywhere else for lights or fans!

Small selection of light fixtures on display and they dont keep any if it there in stock, so we would have had to wait 6 weeks for delivery. We did not end up ordering anything but the lady who helped us was very nice and friendly.

I went to the store at noon on Monday. Employees were inside with a customer and refused to allow me in the store which had only 2 people in there, Im wearing a mask. Outrageous. Taking our business elsewhere

I walked into this family owned store about two weeks ago. The owner spent about an hour of his time giving me his one- on- one attention. I felt bad, because I left without buying anything. I wanted to compare and keep shopping at other light stores, as well as wayfair online. I found what I wanted on wayfair online but then remembered the owners great customer service and decided to call him on the items I found. Not only did he have the items, but they were 8 dollars less a sconce. When youre remodeling that adds up when your buying eight sconces and chandeliers. Before you buy a light online... check with this store first!

Very good experience we purchased 2 light fixtures they had a lot of nice choices and the prices were good. This is the 2nd time we have purchased from them.

They didnt have what I needed and referred me to someone out of business.
