This is a nice, clean DQ with friendly staff. It has a few outdoor tables, and it is in a nice little area with other shopping adjacent. For me it’s well worth the extra drive from Gold Canyon to skip the DQ in Apache Junction and come here!

Clean and nice staff. Felt bad for them they are short staffed and worked very hard to get customers their order fast and all of them apologized and smiled . Great job !!

Ice cream was good service was lacking and ingredients where out because of the shortage but overall a pleasant experience I still think that Sonic is a better price

DQ ice cream is always great! BUT, do not visit this location on a Fri or Sat after 8 pm. Slow service leads to long lines and it takes FOREVER to get your food. Go to one on Greenfield and the 60 instead.

Everything on their menu is out of order you cant even buy half of the stuff that you want because they dont have it! Brought here to get my daughter a blizzard they dont even have their inventory together. Im done with this place! You have one job, thats make ice cream! luckily nobody cares much about ice cream as they do burgers because if McDonalds didnt have things on their menu people would lose their minds! I dont see why this place should be any different! All we did was going to get ice cream which is the only thing you sell thats decent and you dont even have 90% of the stuff on the menu. After a frustrating day thanks a lot dairy Queen you added to it! I was really looking forward to a good blizzards! Now my daughter and I and my six kids will take our business elsewhere, and at birthday parties will be done with different cake from now on! Peace out Dairy Queen!

Probably the best DQ Ive been to in a long while, helpful, patient and friendly drive thru guy with colored hair. Only 4 stars because it was way too busy for a week day evening. Line was backed way up around other buildings. The line was moving at decent pace but feel like they could be staffed a little better and avoid that issue some.

They need to allow more seating inside. But everything else was great.

This Dairy queen was very efficient. Got what we ordered and was satisfied. Hard to get what you order nowadays.

I agree with the other person about a bunch of SLOW kids working there. DQ has changed and not for the better. I ordered extra side of cheesecake for a Blizzard and it amounted to 10 tiny cubes!! Thats not right! This is one of the reasons that I go to Culvers. They have great customer service and are not stingy when they give you a side of something that you pay for. Their ice cream is excellent as well 😊

Always love going here for a family treat. The service is always quick and friendly. The food is nicely priced and delivered to your table fresh and hot. The ice cream is so delicious and love the different choices. The hamburgers are excellent! So handy by the hospital too when you need a break from visiting sick loved ones.

Fast and convenient and great blizzards to boot! Im a one trick pony at Dairy Queen, I only get the blizzard. However, my better half always mixes it up and loves their soft serve dipped cones and whatever else shes in the mood for. Close to home and always waiting for us to have a craving. Great customer service and quick!

Dairy Queen is not a bad place to go for ice cream. Obviously there are less convenient and more expensive places you can go. But its pretty good. I dont recommend DQ for celiac sufferers as cross contamination abounds. Even a small bowl of vanilla caused my wife to have a reaction. There is gluten everywhere so be careful with that. They have some interesting flavors and reasonable prices. The service I have received was pretty good. So go enjoy a nice blizzard I find the mini size to be perfect.

Ice cream was good, but a bunch of kids running the show and they really need to learn customer service skills. I would concentrate on teaching them that for sure.

Just have to give a special Thank You came in late Sunday evening needing a sheet cake for Monday morning. Not only did she make the cake but went above and beyond and decorated it perfectly for our theme. All I told her was we were having a soccer themed party and colors were white, black and green. I told her she can do whatever she wanted with those colors. The cake was awesome and my daughter loved it. Way to make her birthday even more special. Thanks

I had an Oreo Mocha Something Blizzard that was very yummy.

They tell you one thing when you call and then when you call back they tell you another thing... Tried to get my in-laws a ice cream cake and this place is so dysfunctional and no staff members are on the same page here. They told me when I called to come in lobby to pay and get my order. But when I called to double check the lady who answered was so rude to me and yelled no you have to go throw drive thru. Wont be going back to this DQ for sure. DQ back in Texas is way better than the ones here in AZ for sure.UPDATE !!!THANK YOU TO COLONIAL BELIEVE WAS HIS NAME FOR BEING NICE AND APOLOGIZE FOR SOMETHING THAT HE DIDNT DO. Dont go to this one. They chinced on the toppings, forgot the fudge in my Blizzard and charged me $6 for what equated to a a small plain ice cream.

We are blizzard lovers and have never had a bad one. They are always full to the top and have plenty of ingredients in them... we have been to a few other locations that barely have anything in them.

Went though the drive thru. They were out of 3 top featured blizzards (snickerdoodle cookie dough,berry pie and heath whatever its called). I took a moment to decide and the person on the intercom became very impatient. I ordered a cookie dough brownie blizzard and they forgot the brownie. They took it back, added brownie and gave it back overflowing with a messy cup and didnt give any napkins. Not at all recommended...

Just left this new DQ location. Spectacular is the way to say it. The kids working the counter are really friendly. After visiting the location in AJ, this new location is our forever DQ - we wont go anywhere else. Cleanest fast food place Ive ever seen. Manager was in the lobby cleaning tables, smiling and chatting it up with customers. Really good vibe here.

Dairy Queen just refused to serve me! Because I asked them to wash the spindle before making me a blizzard! Wow they were very rude. They asked why, and I said I have an allergy. They said our owner refuses to allow us to serve allergies and I cant serve you. I said Im not asking you to guarantee anything. I just asked if you would watch the spindle first. And they said our owner will not allow us to serve you! Wow, I have never been so rudely treated by any restaurant before!Dont go to Dairy Queen!

Ice cream was great, but wait was long due to large number of customers in drive thru line.

We have been there many times before and always received five star service. However this time was a disappointment. We ordered 2 medium Blizzards and took them home to eat later that evening. There must have been a new person making the Blizzards because all the mixings were on top. The bottom half of both of the blizzards were all white soft serve ice cream.

I ordered a large ice water and large mm blizzard . Cashier short changed me 5 dollars . I went back for a refill on my ice water and the cashier grunted / sighed and said more water . I Sayed yeah .

While we were there a few customers came in hoping for real food. Just so everyone who sees this knows this location is mainly for sweet treats not dinners.

Ellie, the night time manager, is always very personable and friendly. She does a great job of being professional and she is able to relate to and connect with all the customers. It seems like everyone that works there is having fun and it is a good environment.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have problems every time I go to this location. Tonight they did not flip ANY of my blizzards... Which means you get them free! When brought up to the manager she said she had no idea what I was talking about. Are you joking?!Im noticing my review is not the only 1 start review.

Do not order cake from this location. I have Never had a problem at the Higley store. I paid in advance for the cake. Said it would be ready by 12pm. Went at 3:00 and the cake wasn’t even decorated.They have no idea how to make a freeze either. Seriously worth the drive to Higley!!!
