Large lot with a lot of product. This is definitely the place you need to go to get a trailer. From basic trailers to hydrolic to horse trailers. If they dont have it they WILL find it and get it for you. All the staff is incredibly helpful, friendly and genuine. Great experience overall.

Looked at a new Dump trailer last week. Spoke with Derek and he was very helpful and to the point I dont think I even asked one question, he was spot on for what I needed. Went In today, Angela had all the paper work done before I got there and I was out in no time at all. Trailer was parked and ready to go. I will always send people that way because of the outstanding and friendly service. We bought a new 2019 Trails West living quarters trailer at Hays in Mesa Az. We had problems with two bent axels. Instead of helping us with the problem they had the repair place deal with Trails West. My husband went over to Hays to try to get them to help and he was told to leave and never come back.I dont recommend buying from Hays.

I got a trailer from hays trailer in July now December comes by and I need some warranty work done now 2 months later still waiting for the parts called 2 weeks ago and was told I think the parts came in I’ll call you to schedule a appointment. Don’t buy a trailer from hays sorry to have to write this but it’s been way to long

Service guy wasnt very helpful, seemed to not be interested in helping me out for the part I was looking for and immediately sent me to another place. Which Im glad because the other store was more than accommodating.

Wonderful line of luxery trailers.

I was in the market for a car hauler to bring my car back up to Canada and found a car hauler which suited our needs at Hays. We compared the quality of other trailers and they just didnt compare to the quality Hays had to offer. Not only did they have a great trailer but the service they provided was over the top. Due to circumstances beyond Hays control I could not bring bring back the trailer with me on the same day. Because I could not bring it back with me on the same day, Lindsey , who I purchased the trailer from, offered to deliver the trailer to my door step from Tucson to Casa Grande. It isnt too often you find a place that is willing to go over and above for customers as Lindsey did. Thanks again for the wonderful service and if I am ever in the market for another trailer I will definitely return to Hays for it.

Denny is a stand up guy and shoots you straight. Has a lot of trailer knowledge. Once you have your trailer picked out you will be out of there in less than 30 minutes. They wont try and sell you something that you dont need. Thx to Hays Trailer Sales for a bad a$$ trailer.

I was overseas and while online found the exact 3-horse trailer we had been looking for on the Hays site. Called in and found the most helpful staff. They arranged a sale and held the trailer for me while I was overseas.More important AFTER it was paid for (which is usually when customer service seems to disappear at other businesses) they remained super helpful including being sure it was transferred (at no extra charge) to their Tucson (Marana) location for me to pick up. They saved me an extra 3 hours round trip to get it.I would completely recommend Hays Trailer Sales, either Mesa or Tucson (Marana) locations. Mary in the office and Denny in Sales at Mesa and Cort in Marana and the young woman in the office in Marana were fantastic to work with. Helpful, knowledgeable and honest folks. Five stars all the way.
