Picked up a new hat. They have a nifty stitching machine that does custom embroideries. Customer service was 10 out of 10! I left with a sweet hat and will definitely be back for another should I find the need for another hat!

Chase is the best in the biz. We started out there one day getting a hat custom-made. He did such an amazing job. We have now gone back to other times to get other items embroidery. Chase knows his stuff. He’s always very informative as to how it’s going to look. Explains what he needs to do to make it look fabulous. And boy does everything look fabulous. Going back next week to get wedding present embroidery.

Went in to spend my stimmy on hats. Dude in the store told me i cant come in they are at capacity. So i decided to wait outside the door. Then the guys story changed to actually im going on break we gotta close the store! 1 person working at 5pm on a Sunday? Guess im shopping online. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Took my hats in to get embroidered. They did meticulous work, a lot of attention to detail! I definitely recommend using them for your embroidery needs!

Said they open at 11:00, and the guy was inside with gate closed at 11:40. Also required a mask, but said they don’t have any to give out.

Went into the store to get more hats embroidered. They lost the file that I paid them to create for me. Woman is the store was not helpful. In the past Andrew the manager was awesome, helpful and always made things happen. Now store employees are not of the same caliber. I am waiting on customer service to help me. I will add another review based on the service I receive. If you are a new hat buyer.... beware, make them give you the file after you pay for it. Then you can get hats made of you bring your own file. Very unhappy!

I always order online and have my husbands hats shipped to the store for free. My husband loves strap back hats and they dont stock many anywhere in stores. Each time I pick up the store reps are cool, nice,keep a smile and they chat with me.

I’ve had great experiences in this store until this past Saturday when Andrew, that’s what he told me his name was, ruined my shopping trip with my two young sons buying a gift for their fathers birthday. He was overly pushy and rude; did not make me feel welcome in their store and harped on a policy that I didn’t even ask about. As long as he’s there I’ll take our families business to another LIDS location. I did email their corporate Customer Service line for an explanation, acknowledgement or apology and the sent it on to the store. It’s been several days and I’ve heard nothing so it’s clear they don’t care.

Just now 10/26/2018...I wanted to embroider Make Orwell Fiction Again on a hat and was DENIED service. This is absolutely unbelievable. What kind of unamerican company denies FUN - free speech for a Halloween costume. Regardless of anyones politics leanings...limiting CLEAN FUNNY SPEECH is pathetic.They said they wouldnt embroider Make... on anything. Give me a friggin break. So, if wanted to put Make Peace Not War or Make Children Laugh or Make Me Laugh...those would be denied too? The level of stupidity is beyond comprehension.I guess the C-level executives at Lids, Hat World and Genesco love their tax cuts so much, they violate my free speech. Greed and Capitalism at its most disgusting.THE BEST PART...them denying me is exactly the kind of fascist Orwellian behavior the hat was suppose to make fun of. The Irony is comical.

I ordered a 2017 World Series Dodgers hat on April 11th 2018 took them about eight days to contact me. When I finally got to the store to pick up my order the hat wasnt even the hat that I ordered it was a used Los Angeles Rams hat that was dirty with sweat all over it and a filthy bill. The customer service here was horrible Im really unsatisfied with my order. The girl named Lauren did not help at all or did not try to accommodate me. I got a refund but no hat😡

Last few times I have came to this place it has been very displeasing. I have yet to see a competent employee... I get it tho its a mall job that requires zero skills or brain power to do. But when the customer service is as bad as there selection in blank hats its really hard to not just shop online or go up and deal with hat club... But besides the fact I thought what the hell i need a new hat and instead of waiting a week on a online order one I will go in and purchase one. There was few others in the store and mall closes 45min to an hour. So going thro the sad selection of hats i finally found one i can live with. Go up to counter to purchase my item and have in embroidered like I had them do all my company hats in the past. 9 letters 1/2 tall takes 15min including set up time.... but today the kid said he wouldnt be able to do it today that it would take too long. Like your kidding me. The machine wasnt even running hats! This is a epidemic of pure lazyness with todays youth and The company Lids has lost my personal and companys business in hat/embroidery.
