The whole team delivered exceptional work from quote to installation, billing and follow up. They installed counter tops at my home and my office and I will use their services again in the future.

I have to say I’ve use many services for countertops and cabinets. But I’ve never met a better team than Leah And Vera. There communication is on point easy to work with and very understanding. The installer are awesome don’t know if I will ever go with another company. Thank you guys for your awesome work keep it up.

RCS was unreliable. Job was slow to deliver. Cuts were inaccurate. One counter was not delivered with the order and RCS took about a week to finally get the missing piece of granite cut and delivered. Installers were very good but failed to put up plastic sheeting when they were cutting granite in the kitchen, thus making the entire house dusty. I would not recommend them...After reading my original post, RCS countered that there were design changes. Not true. All measurements were taken by their man at the outset of the job and nothing was changed after that. Perhaps they have issues with the measurer. My original post stands.

Customer service, communication, product and installation from start to finish were awesome! We shopped around at several different counter top places and this one was by far the best customer service we received so we went with them. They showed up when they said they were going to show up, they communicated if anything changed, they did exceptional work, I highly recommend!

This family owned company is beyond compare. Their attention to detail and their care with customers is unprecedented. They are efficient, professional and service oriented. I always feel heard and respected when communicating with any of the staff.

Been meaning to write a review for these guys for a while. They redid my whole dental office and did an outstanding job. Cabinetry was great and if we had a few issues here and there after the fact they came out immediately and help make the necessary adjustments. I would highly recommend them to other people. Casey was great and easy to work with. It’s been almost a year since they put cabinets in my whole office and they’re still in great condition.

We’ve been waiting for our countertop install for close to 2 months. They’ve cancelled the install appointments 3 different times because “they need to order parts”. Seems like in the 2 months they have been working on our small job they would have the knowledge of what “parts” they need. They will only install on Saturday which seems so odd to me. Very poorly run company with no regard to working with the customer. I would not recommend this company at all.

They did such an amazing job with my kitchen counters. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable when I was trying to decide what would look best in my kitchen.

We had them install countertops and cabinets in our spa room. They have a great price, the cabinets and counters look great. I would recommend then for sure.Pam

RCS completed a rebuild of a bathroom vanity for us. Our initial appointment to have someone come out and take measurements was scheduled for May 8th. The project manager was a no call no show, and while I understand that situations arise, someone should have contacted us to let us know he wouldnt be out for his appointment. On May 9th, he came out and measured the vanity. He advised that they were very busy and it would take a few weeks to have the vanity rebuilt, however he also assured us that since it was such a small project they would not remove the existing vanity until the day before the install of the new one. On May 19th, our vanity was removed. Over the next 2 weeks, we were told different dates of install just to have them cancelled at the last minute. I was honestly surprised when the installers showed up today (June 3rd) because of the prior cancelations and again, the lack of communication as I was not provided any kind of timeframe for when to expect them. The cabinet does look very nice, I just wish the experience with RCS was better and mostly I wish my family hadnt been without a useable bathroom for 2 weeks unnecessarily.

Really great work. The crew went above and beyond to get the backsplash to line up under our tiled wall since it wasnt level( not their fault). Very happy with our new countertops!!

Had a lovely custom hickory kitchen designed, fabricated and installed and was very happy with the speed quality and value.

The customer service provided by Nick and his team have been horrible. From damaging our new cabinets to forgetting to glue the countertop down to unprofessional workers. I would go with someone other than RCS. I hope they take this review and redeem themselves going in to the future. They deserve to have great success however their business skills need improvement. Their exact words...”we make mistakes too” THEN FIX THEM!!!!

There is no company in Arizona that I would rather go with for my countertops and cabinets than RCS. Their finished products are beautiful.
