When I called to get an estimate, they said $150 per spring and $35 service call. Once the tech came, he said it was $200 per spring, $175 for the service call which took him 20 minutes, and $75 per steel cable. Work was quick and seems to be good but the cost was way off from what I was told on the phone.

Called late Friday afternoon and they were here within 2 hours. Great service repaired within 30 minutes.

Called and was told $145.00 plus $35.00 service call for 1 of 2 springs. Guy was on time, comes in and tells me I have 2 different size springs. He then tells me he guaranteed the second spring would break in a month. Now he wants $440.00. I tell him no thanks and he says $350.00. Got a recommendation from a friend, he wants $275.00

I had previously called a different company and they were supposed to be out at 9am that morning. After waiting around till 12:30pm I gave AZ Garage Pros a call. They had someone out by 1:30pm. He sold us a nice new steel garage. We love it, and while he was checking the cables the other company finally called at 3:30pm.They were able to replace my garage quickly.They were fast, friendly, and prompt. A little late installing they were supposed to be here between 8-10am but the guy came at 1pm. They did let me know he was running late. When he did get there the guy who installed the garage was great.

I arrived home from an out-of-town trip and my garage door was not working. The cables on both sides had come off the spools and so the opener would not work. The door was hanging unevenly. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had. The technician claimed he called me the morning of and left a message because I didnt answer. He had the call center call me and claim I wasnt answering my phone. If my phone doesnt ring, how can I answer it.Secondly, I was charged $130.00 each for springs. Heres the problem. The exact same springs I found on the Home Depot website for $37.96 each. I called the number I used to set up the appointment and asked why the springs were so much. I was told Those are the prices we charge. Now, I understand theres is always going to be a mark up or nobody with there own business we ever stay in business. But, when I am charged three or four times more than the actual cost of the springs? Thats just ridiculous! I could find somebody in my neighborhood who has the experience or even the tools and watch a youtube video and do it myself for $300.00 less than what these scammers charged.Do not use them. I was stuck with them the morning of my appointment when the technician never quoted me what the price was going to be and then thrust the bill in my face without any breakdown. I was in a bind and had to go forward with the job. I am seriously considering returning the springs and doing it myself.Again, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS despite the two or three positive reviews. There is obviously a better way to do this.
