Exciting inventory. This store has it all. Yards and yards of fabrics. They also sell wood floors, carpet and sheets of linoleum. The staff is very helpful.

I’ve bought fabric from them with no problem. But the flooring department is absolutely the worst! Not only did they get the order wrong they installed it wrong which interned they had to come and tear up and fix it multiple times. The manager tried to get us to dish out more money to fix their mistakes and then tried to get out of Finishing the job. Our contractor had even said that’s several other of their clients I’ve had issues with this company. Overall their customer service is not good and their managers don’t seem to care very much wanna complaint is brought up whether it’s over the phone or in person. DO NOT DO FLOORING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! It’ll most likely cost you more time, headaches and more money to have it done right.

Good local store. Best for blinds (Graeber), carpet (several name brands) and flooring tile. Saw a nice selection of concrete tile. Unfortunately, we went for fabric which used to be the great attraction before their old location and stock were devastated in a fire. Very sparse fabric selection now and only really sample books.

Excellent customer service, went home with samples and ordered additional samples direct from Shaw. I knew exactly what I was looking for. It helps to do your homework first.

Although my transaction got off to a rocky start, the overall experience, especially the efforts of the owner and installers was 2nd to none. Our carpet was installed yesterday and today and I must say, the installers were impressive. Phenomenal sense of urgency, great attention to detail, fantastic coordination, impeccable cleanup and super polite every step of the way. The carpet itself is top of the line and looks fantastic.

We purchased wooden shutters and would like to say they were the best Christmas gift ever. The entire staff is pleasant, professional and most helpful. The products really changed the decor beautifully. Thanks to Kathy and Tyler.

This place is amazing. I have been shopping here for many, many years and the changes that they have made in the past few months are incredible. I love how they now have samples of each fabric attached to each roll, so that you can just take a sample home with you. I had Mesa Sales do the floors in my house, shutters on my windows and I bought fabric to upholstery my furniture, and all at a very low price. The employees were able to give me information and help me learn to upholster my own chairs. I praise Mesa Sales and tell all of my friends to shop there!

Forget Tempe Sales and go to Mesa Sales Inc. Cleaner shop. More options especially when it come to foam choices. I was impressed with the cleanness and selection. I will say this, they seem to know there stuff but do your homework. You will know your project best but still ask lots of questions if you need advice. I was happy with the service and staff.

We recently did business again with Mesa Sales after purchasing our new home. We needed new flooring and everyone at Mesa Sales was a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and non-pushy. Their goal is to make the customer happy. The installation staff was kind, also, buying my wife lunch while she waited at home. Great company. Great place to buy tile and carpet. We used them to install new carpet and we bought 1,100 sq ft of tile. Good quality products, kind sales associates that have integrity. One of the boxes of tile was broken when the shipment came, they said they would order a replacement box and they followed through without me having to ask them. Now days that just doesn’t happen very often. Good prices and great staff. We will go back.

I was so happy with the time the salesman spent with me showing me carpets that would be good for my rental as well as carpet for my own home. He also introduced me to some tile for my kitchen and bathrooms. After I made my choice, the Installation was scheduled, and all went well. A nice place to do business!

NO! I love this place, have for years. Right now they are in a temporary location and have NO stock at all due to fire. No tack strips, no batting, no foam, but some nice encaustic tile you can order.Best place in Phoenix to get upholstery supplies. Great prices

Their old store burnt down in spring of 2019. This new location is much smaller, but they have a large selection of flooring and friendly staff.

When this company came to my residence they made a point to say they had a good reputation and wanted their work to be good so thirst reputation would be upheld. However, the man who came to measure was very rude and judgmental. I never recieved an itemized statement orc description of job. They owner got involved when it was time took close our the bonds before the end of the year and and called meet everyday to collect there money but could not figured ore how to take things od the bill for work I completed myself or that thirst company never did.All in all the installation was great but the customer service was poor. Be careful for getting charged for things they never performed. Its all about the money for the owner.

Their measurements were incredibly accurate, leaving almost zero waste. Im very impressed with the workmanship, knowledgeability of the staff, and competitive cost.

Ive been dealing with Mesa Sales for over 12 years. In my estimation theyre the best. They carry quality merchandise, have a wide selection (especially in fabrics) and do an excellent job whether it be window coverings or floor coverings. I refer all my friends there.

The selection was great. Found just what I was looking, nylon cord for RV Day/Nite shades, for at a very decent price per foot. With several different thicknesses available.But I asked for 50 yards. Half of what comes on the reel. Thought Id save money. Had already asked and it was just a few pennies more per yard for 50 yards as opposed to the per yard price on the 100 yard roll.Hard to believe they do not have a measuring machine! They measured it by hand! I felt sorry for them that the company was too cheap to buy a simple hand operated measuring machine for cordage. And surprised. Those wind up measuring machines are very common. Felt bad for holding the line of customers up while they slowly counted out 50 yards by holding up lengths against a yardstick stuck to the counter.And then when I got home, found they had overcharged me. It was not what they had quoted. I could have and would have gotten the entire 100 yard roll had they told me correctly to begin with. It would have saved me over $5 too.

I have had nothing but problems with the ladies in the front desk. I do not know why the do not have the people with experience in the industry so the can help the customers. Not just some one they hire off the corner. They do not stand buy there product even if you have been a 15 year customer. For just a normal customer you will be fine. You will pay a high price. For a shop I would use some other company. Any of them are better then this one.
