Patterson has helped our practice a great deal. They have done everything in their power to help us with a smooth transition to our second office. Their support is outstanding. If I were to open another office Patterson would absolutely be the company I would go with. Not only they help me with choosing the best of technology and all the supplies, but also helped me with my marketing needs and all my business needs. Mike and Kristen or Tempe reps have been outstanding.

All Dentists should take note!! The way Patterson is helping dentists out is to call asking for payment on invoices just over a month old. We have been customers of Patterson for over 20 ;years and never been behind on our bills. Now our office has been closed for several weeks so the invoice was not paid yet. You can bet we will not be using Patterson in the future. Hope everyone will stop using them and work with a company that has some concern for their customers.

I have been a Patterson customer in another state for 13 years and have always received excellent customer service. I have been practicing in the Phoenix area for 3 months and have found Patterson here in Arizona to have excellent customer service as well. Pam in service goes above and beyond, she has had service out for my CEREC at 7am to make sure it was working before a patient arrived for treatment that day. My practice rep Robin is superb, she has helped me get my equipment in working order, stock my office appropriately and affordably and answered several questions about local requirements and services. I appreciate their personalized service and wealth of knowledge.
