Very clean and organized. Being a former Goodwill management member myself it was definitely at Grand Opening standards. The staff is very friendly as well. My husband just started working there this past monday and when I went to drop off some money to him for lunch I instantly was very impressed.

I love this little strip mall! It has Chase Nails, Red Mountain Restaurant, Bosa Donuts, and Goodwill plus lots of other good places.

They have the best mens selection for clothes... I love their shirt selectiom

Bathroom was disgusting. There was a puddle of water on the floor in the hallway to the restrooms, slipped and fell hard on my knee and hands. Huge bruise now .

Its a Saturday and is steady with flow of foot traffic. Expect a line for registers at this time. I wish they would bring back the half price Saturday. The prices are of the deep end for a thrift store. Pretty crazy.

Some items are dirty, broken, and in bad shape. Some items are cheaper brand new at the dollar tree ; than at Goodwill.

Goodwill. Great-friendly sales people. Save a bunch of money on clothes. Some that I purchased today still had tags on them for about 30 cents on the dollar.

I bought a couple of shorts here last week and had to return. Goodwill has increased the prices, almost doubling the price. There are other thrift stores around with good selection and decent prices, Ill be going there now.

I deep cleaned and was donating a LOT today. The sign directed me to the rear where a very nice young man efficiently removed everything for me! It was nice not to have to carry all that inside!!!

Plenty of stuff to find and cleaner and organized than most goodwills.

This location shut its doors on April 2nd and didnt contact employees. Common courtesy would have been to let them know. We understand there us a crisis but you have a responsibility to take care of your employees by letting them know.

The staff at this store is awesome. Friendly and helpful. I am sorry to the woman whos daughter got punked for her dollar. They are a donation based business. Maybe it would have been better for the little girl to explain what she was trying to do with the dog rescue when she asked about the dollar she found on the floor. You could have also asked for the manager. He is amazing. As for the prices being higher than other goodwill stores...whatever. I am a goodwill shopper...from Apache Jct to N Phoenix. I know where over twenty are and they are all overpriced. You have to pick and choose what you buy and check prices AT ALL OF THEM!!!! At least I know when I go to this store I will get a smile from the staff.

Convenient and easy to get to

This is an excellent Goodwill!! It is clean and organized! The staff are helpful and friendly. The prices are good too in my opinion. Watch for the tag sales too. If you like a clean, organized Goodwill for a change, check this store out. But save a few goodies for me ok?

I would give 0 stars if I could. 1 prices are pretty high compared to the other one I have been to. And 2 my son works hard for his own money. He went in today bought $13 roller blades that lasted less than 10 minutes. He made it to the neighbors house and the rubber wheels split and came off. Who ever inspects your items needs to be trained. So disappointed that he is out $13

My 10 year old daughter found a $1 bill at this store on the floor. She really was excited and wanted to keep it (she is trying to earn money to donate to a dog rescue) but thought she should tell the store in case someone else lost their $1. The store took the dollar from her and put it in as a donation to the store. They never offered to let her keep it or ask if they could keep it or anything similar. They then said, Thanks for letting us know. Right after, they said, Would you like to donate a dollar to our program. I was so irritated and annoyed that I replied, I just did! Dont ever ask me to donate extra again... as far as Im concerned anyplace that does that to a kid (especially one that is honest and trying to do the right thing) will not receive any extra donations from me again. That $1 that they took from my kid will turn into multiple dollars not donated to them again. Really poor ethics. She found money once before at a gas station and it was literally on the counter. She asked the gas station if it was theirs or if it belonged to someone so that she could give it to where it belonged. The gas station was wonderful and said that it wasnt theirs and that she was allowed to keep it. Im glad some places respect an honest kid.

!!!*OVER PRICED*!!! They have books more expensive than buying it new. One book was listed way more than it was valued new online. It was an old outdated textbook which is worthless really. Listed at 19.99I have been at Goodwills all around my place and I have never seen a $20 used book ever.There staff is trained how to value things like that. they shouldnt just make outrageous prices when there a discount used goods store

2 times that I got the bad service from the rude guy, he is the white old man and work for the cashier sometime, or manage everything in the store. He is discrimination probably I have a black hair.

A guy came out but never offered to help unload my donations. Im a senior with back problems. Bumbed me out. Think i will look for a different thrift store other than Goodwill to shop and make donations

This Goodwill has pretty great stuff. The staff is friendly and the isles are clear. The only bad thing is that the store smells pretty stinky.

I think the merchandise is good but I cant say that about the clerk that helped me I needed help with something n my car n I asked her was there a guy that could help me n she told me she was the only person there .I went outside 2 c if I could put this small cart n my car myself but needed a hand I went back into the store to c if someone was willing to help me n I saw a Male clerk at the other register n I asked him would he help me put it n my car which was right n front .the clerk turned her head when I looked at her because I was wondering why would she tell me that .there is always more than one person n there i wanted 2 fuss her out but I left there mad so I dont know if I will b returning at that store again.

Cashier was quite rude, she didnt make eye contact or say anything to me at all during the entire transaction, not even so much as a smile. She also didnt even bag my large items, and when I asked if I could get them bagged, she just stood there and shrugged and made me bag them myself. Pretty bad customer service if you ask me. Kind of ruined the whole experience.

Its an okay goodwill. I got my last two desks here. I feel like its a little overpriced for a goodwill. And the store feels a little ghetto for the neighborhood.

Rude staff. Donation drop off sign is above a door in the front. When you get to that front donation door, another sign says to use the main entrance and walk to the back. When you walk to the back using the main entrance you get harrassed by staff for walking in to the donation center. Taking my donations somewhere else next time.
