Zach, one of many computer fixer uppers came over to my house to help me with my laptop. He was very kind and relatable. He was very focused on his task even though he would have conversation with me. He was very helpful with the problems that have occurred on my computer and gave me advice so that the problems wouldn’t reoccur again. I really appreciated he told me what the problems were on my laptop even if I didn’t know what they were. He was very patient with explaining to me and wouldn’t get frustrated that I had no idea. I would give him 6/5 stars. I would totally recommend others to get help from the people at this computer business.

I was given a quote for diagnostic repair and parts. The tech came to my home didnt have to repair my computer but run the updates. I paid the diagnostic charge cash was emailed my receipt. I checked my bank account. That night an a unauthorized withdraw of $399.99 was taken out by Geeks Plug also going as Geeks 2 U. My bank and BBB were notified of this. Weeks later the transaction was reversed. George the dispatcher was untruthful and dishonest.

We googled computer repair and this company popped up. We read some reviews and decided to call them. They were quick to respond and were very informative and professional. The guy they sent out to our house was Damian. He was very pleasant, very professional and listened to what we needed to have done. This company is not just worried about making money, they want what’s best for you and your situation. I had Damian set up a homeOffice for me and took care of everything. I needed a new power supply and had bought two because the first one was faulty, but the second one didnt work either. Lawrence was able to determine the second one was faulty as well. He offered me their own power supply I could just buy straight from them which was much cheaper. This saved me from getting scammed and buying an over priced power supply AGAIN...

Quick and great job ... I have a 2017 Dell which needed battery replacement, after trying to DIY i figured out it is way more complicated than the regular laptops. They fixed my laptop within 2 hours and charged me reasonable price for that. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Someone from microsoft called me, and I let them remote into my computer. They charged me $300, and then wanted another $2000. I then realized I was being scammed. I decided to give the folks at Geeks 2 You a call, and they sent a technician over. He was able to remove the scammers from my computer, and got all my data back. He even helped me place a call into my bank to get the money that the scammers took from me back. Geeks 2 You are the best, and I highly recommend them!
