The fix is a good place to grab some fun flavored teas. But I recently decided to stop tipping because I have gotten a few beverages that havent been great (unfortunately) and the demeanor of the workers change when I dont leave a tip on my card. I have avoided going as often as I did because of these two items and I really did enjoy this location and the Tempe location. :(

I absolutely love THE FIX💜💜 I enjoy the plant based energy drinks they have called Lotus Energy Drink! It is the best. And they have monthly flavors, you will enjoy!

Love this place!! It is my fave place in Mesa to get an iced latte. I always go through the drive thru but they also have a walk-up window and some outdoor seating, no inside area for customers. Much faster than Dutch Bros and Starbucks and less expensive. Wish I could go w wry day!! Friendly service every time. They take Apple Pay.

I ordered the Box of chocolates mocha, a Valentines day special. It was good but too sweet. I wish it had been a little warmer too. My husband ordered an Americano. He said it was good. Im glad I tried it but wont go out of my way to go back again. Friendly barista.

I was excited to try this place. I ordered 2 regular coffees and a latte. Unfortunately all 3 are a huge disappointment: no flavor and very watery.The only positive, friendly service.

I feel a bit guilty in admitting this, but we were initially attempting to go to Starbucks just down the road. The reason we came here is because they were open when the other place was not. My girlfriend and I were pleasantly surprised at how great the coffee was. The prices are about what you would expect. The workers were friendly and got our order to us quick. Will be returning for sure.

OMG! This place is the best.. friendly staff and nice selection on drinks. I cant drink coffee too often so Ill get the Fix Fuel..red bull and a flavoring 😋When I get coffee its not bitter, big sizes and lots of flavor selections... must try!

I try different drinks all are pretty good my favorites a German chocolate mocha. The staff are pretty friendly and upbeat. One of the times we did go we had a piece of glass in our drink. No one was hurt though.

Today I ordered my favorite coffee the Mexican Horchata latte as a treat for surviving a morning of blood work and medical test. I asked for a stopper as I was driving and didn’t want it to spill in my car. When I got I took a sip of coffee and felt something odd in my drink. When I spit it out into the sink to my horror I saw that it was a dead fly. I am to say the least appalled and ended up throwing out the whole cup of coffee because there was no way I was finishing it. So much for my treat. I think this may be my last trip to The Fix Coffee Shop

Not for coffee connoisseurs. We got an iced chai, and an iced french vanilla latte, and they were both pretty watery. The flavor of their espresso was a super harsh bite, and I wished for a flavor profile that didn’t cut through so harshly. It reminded me of a chocolate covered espresso bean after you’ve chewed it and the chocolate is gone. If you like sweet coffee drinks that don’t have too much going on this place will be fine for you.

Typical fast food style milk & sugar focused espresso drive-thru. My first mocha was already cool (not hot) when I got it.The girl at the walk up window was kind enough to make it over again, so I requested extra-hot. She made it extra-hot and then proceeded to pour cold milk into it to cool it off. What the! Once again, tepid mocha.I just wasted $5. Very frustrating. I wont be back, of course.

We go here regularly. The Irish Cream Breve is excellent, as are all of their drinks. The service is fast and the employees are very friendly. If you want something that is not from a huge conglomerate, with great tasting coffee, then this is your spot!

First time here and we loved it! We got a prickly pear red bull fizz, a French vanilla iced coffee, and chocolate vanilla shakes for the kiddos. Also got a blueberry lemon muffin. Everything was so delicious. Staff was very helpful and super friendly. We will be back 🙂

I ordered black coffee with little ice. I got a full cup of espresso with a full cup of ice. Then I went back and asked him why did they give me a full cup of ice with black coffee and the employee said oh that’s how we do it here. And then I said I’m completely unsatisfied I asked for black coffee and I got espresso instead and you didn’t tell me that that’s what it was. She said sorry you drink it already. And I said I didn’t know there was a full cup of ice until I drink it. She said I can’t help you that’s how we do it here. If you’re the business owner and you see this review contact me so I can get a refund. And also inform your employees that you don’t do black coffee it’s only espresso. This photo is after an hour.

First time here, got a large vanilla latte and a large cold brew. Both were very good and will be visiting more often.

Their latte was delicious and made with care. The espresso clearly wasnt burnt tasting and so it was far more satisfying than other chain coffee places lattes.

Fantastic customer service with delicious drinks! I unfortunately abide a gluten free lifestyle. With a long line behind our vehicle, the barista took the time to check their syrups so I could enjoy a a wider selection. An iced French Vanilla Late is highly recommended and gluten free! 😊

My husband and I love this place! We come here often. Weve tried a variety of drinks - smoothies, lattes, mochas, freezes, iced coffee, tea - and we are always pleased with whatever we get. We love the prices and sizes of the drinks too. Staff is very friendly but not over the top.

The coffee here is really not great. I have had the Cold Brew (bitter) and the mocha (flavorless).. Super friendly batistas both times, though.

This place is great, the coffee is super strong and the service is amazing. I highly recommend going to the walk up window and placing a order I always get the same thing where ever I go for coffee but it being so close and on my way to work it cant be beat.

Ive been twice now. They have a good latte, reasonably priced, and even a kids menu for my littles. Very nice baristas both times. Glad to have found this little gem.

They are stingy, strict, and ask for tips after they show it. Makes things awkward every time. If it wasnt for their mailed half off coupons I would never visit again.The drinks are ok, but Dutch brothers has a monopoly on Phoenix coffee and for good reasons. Like generosity and friendliness, bending the rules out of straight kindness.THAT is what deserves customer loyalty.

I am actually very picky about my coffee, but this place will not disappoint ! They have a drive through, and a nice small outside patio. My favorites are the German chocolate mocha and the Irish cream breve !

I went to The Fix for the first time today and asked what was the most popular mocha, it was the German chocolate mocha. So I got that and a blueberry muffin. The mocha was good, good flavor and not overly sweet, as expected but I wasnt expecting the muffin to be so good, it was like a muffin youd expect from a bakery. My 9 month old and I loved it :)

Great, fast service. My only issues are hopefully in the future they will have a speaker to order prior to getting to the window, and a more detailed menu on their website. Other than that, I have enjoyed everything I have tasted! They also have kids sized drinks as well!

Will never order here again. Ordered a cold brew with no ice and was advised there was a $1.50 upcharge. Ice shouldnt be a requirement for a drink. Just another way for them to skimp on the product and overcharge to get what you actually ordered.

They used to have really good service. Drinks are great but the new people have messed up my order the past three times Ive gone through. They need to pay a little more attention to what the customers are asking for.

Great selection of drink and also not afraid to let you create something new. Drive thru is normally pretty quick but sometimes those more custom orders take a bit longer.
