Exceeded my Expectations! They cleaned up my 1965 Mustang trunk, hiding my amp, sub, and battery. They even made my stereo sound better. Better yet, they actually went UNDER budget!

Cant say enough about these guys! I had taken my truck to another local audio shop to have a stereo system installed. Unfortunately, that shop did a horrible job with the installation. Wires were loose and just hanging out of the dash, none of the door pins were reinstalled and had to be ordered from dealership. They couldnt even figure out to turn on the internal audio for the hands free function. I walked in and talked with Kelly at about my problems, he came right out to my truck and made the very serious wiring corrections and turned on the hands free mic right then. The following week he made all other repairs. I would recommend this outfit to anyone without hesitation!!! Thank you Kelly for all you did to fix this situation!!!

I first had Kelly install a new car radio with a backup camera in my 2008 truck; and his price was reasonable, and it was nice job. I then had the following installed: LED daytime running lights/fog lights, new headlight covers, LED light bulbs for the headlights, and LED light bulbs for the reverse lights. One of the LED bulbs for the daytime running lights went out, and he installed new one, citing that the daytime running lights were on warranty, but he didnt charge me for labor. The light for for my cruise control button went out after the daytime running lights were installed; and he had to troubleshoot a couple of times before diagnosing the real issue and fixing it for free. His prices are very reasonable. Kelly is very reasonable, responsive, professional, and nice to deal with. I can count on him to be honest and do a nice job. What more can anyone ask? I fully and highly recommend him.

So words cant describe how amazing Kelly is. Ill try and post a photo of the box his team made.I have had a full-on stereo system with a sub in every vehicle Ive owned but Im in my 30s now and I actually need a trunk. I went to Kelly with a new car because I wanted an upgraded sound system but I also wanted my car to look as stock as possible.Kelly replaced the door speakers, put sound deadening throughout the whole car, and created a beautiful wrapped box leaving me with about 80% of my trunk and Stellar sound.I also had him install a remote start... There were some complications with the remote talking to the stock ignition and lock system but Kelly called python and had the issue resolved it in literally a day.There might be some companies that might be able to do cheaper work... But noway they could do it as professional or as clean as Kelly can. Nothing is chipped or broken. He took the time to ensure that my Amps were as hidden as possible... Id easily have paid more for his work. Bottom line Kelly genuinely cares about his customersUpdate 2020One sub wasnt enough so I had him add a second one with a hidden box and battery. This is about a year and a half post install. And again, Kelly is amazing. Unfortunately adding two W6s meant I needed a high output alternator and adding the system before upgrading the electronics created some issues (for anyone reading this with a ten generation civic Id consult the forums and just upgrade the alternator first the one from the factory is puny probably because the engineers spent a optimized the car for gas mileage). However, Kelly had handled every issue professionally and has fixed issues not even related to his work. His customer service, skill set, and the way he treats people just make him a good human. 11/10 stars.

Level 10 Audio & Performance is a great shop. I will come to them with any future work on my car. Small group of friendly staff that each have their own specialties at the shop. Very interactive with customers and theyll keep you updated on your car while working on it (or you can watch the bay from the shop area). Taken my car a couple times there for different things. Also, they can offer great prices on installs and whatnot because its a family owned & operated shop.

I called about every single custom auto place in the East Valley when we were getting our Lexus SUV tinted and fogged. Level 10 was not only one of the best priced, but by far the most professional and knowledgable about what they were doing. I am not the type of person to review places, but have been so happy with their customer service and product that I had to. I would refer anyone to Level 10, and will be returning for any other auto needs in the future.

I was a beginner car audio enthusiast and drove a modified 2002 indigo blue VW golf 1.8T model car, custom built by me. I met with Kelly after another fly by night car audio shop in mesa Az, (Intense car audio, mesa Az) damaged my electrical system. I paid for a new Clarion remote paging alarm, 2 brand new Massive audio cw 10s subwoofers & 1 Massive audio competition 1500 watts amplifier but was sold used damaged Massive audio stereo. Intense car audio owners son & friends, did a quick finger twisted wire job done on a Clarion alarm install. Kelly gained intell on me and could of taken my kindness for weakness. If Kelly was a bad business man, Kelly can rob me blind. Kelly reinstalled my damaged Clarion alarm, Massive audio competition 1500 watts amplifier, Massive audio competition cw 10s and made a custom sealed incloser for my Massive audio cw10s subwoofers. Kelly showed me the correct way to wire up my amp & subwoofers. 5 years later nothing is wrong with sealed incloser built by Kelly for 10s (subwoofers) , never had a problem with alarm or other issues. Kelly installed new twin mtx 10s in a sealed incloser for my dads truck and again has done a fine job. Level 10 Audio and Performance has done some very good car stereo work on my brother Randys Toyota Tundra 4x4 truck. Till this day iam still sending people down to Level 10 Audio and Performance.

Had trouble getting my radio out . It had broken clips and he was able to get it outwith some special tools . It gave him some trouble but he was able to get it done

I really can’t say enough good about Kelly and his attention to detail and the customer. My wife and I had a very true “nightmare” experience with Slangin’ Sound, so much so that my wife only wanted to go back to her broken stock stereo/entertainment system for fear that everyone will mess up her car. Luckily, I found Level 10 Audio and Kelly who listened to me, offered multiple suggestions (even suggesting a much more affordable fix) then did an incredibly professional job...with follow up calls! He even fixed our sunroof for no extra charge...something else Slangin’ broke during their non working partial “install”!When we picked up the car (finished on time), Kelly sat in the car with us for about an hour showing us all of the cool functions of the new system. He is a great guy who obviously loves what he does and is available even after the sale and being paid. As a side note, he is also a clean cut, intelligent guy who doesn’t look like the stereotypical sketchy installers at every other car audio place I had visited previously. My wife was not scared to talk with him. :) GO TO THIS PLACE!

Level 10 Audio and Performance, What a great experience, I needed a new head unit as my factory install died, I did some research on line and then started calling shops with questions. Of all the shops these guys did a great job answering, not trying to sell me something I dont need or want. They were courteous, knowledgable and friendly. I got a professional install. If you are not educated in car audio or a ful blown audiophile, check this shop out.

After reading the great reviews others left I was stoked to go to these guys, DONT!Ill never let them touch my car again (besides the fact they seemed to be terrible at driving stick). I was in a rush to get new speakers before I went on a trip, so I gave them a budget and asked them for component speakers up front and an amp to drive them, installed. They recommended some gear and it seemed to sound okay so I said do it. I got my car back twenty minutes before I had to leave. They had installed completely different equipment than had been agreed on (much cheaper equipment) and gave me a receipt for the proper gear (Super Sketchy!). They used sub par wiring. They ran the rca cables next to the power cables (a big no no) which caused a ton of alternator whine, they didnt sand down the ground which led to even more noise, and when I finally took it back to get the proper gear that they had recommended to me, it sounded like garbage anyway. Go *Anywhere* else but here for car audio. Maybe they can tint stuff pretty well though.

They have done several things for us over the years from tinting to alarms and helping fix other shops mistakes. They have always been great. You wont be disappointed!

Level 10 is a great shop i could not be happier with there service and knowledge of there staff they have great products to choose from look at there website for info,also i was impressed with the way they installed my componet speakers in my doors 3/4 MDF board for speaker rings,they did it right,some stores would not take the time to do this. do your research on prouducts they have and ask questions and sit in your vehicle for final tuning of your system thats the service they did for me and i couldnt be happier.
