I needed corner roof tiles that keep on blowing off our roof. I called for directions and they gave me very good instructions. Purchased 4 tiles and it was quick. They were friendly and helpful. So were the fork lift guys who loaded the tiles into my car.

The entire staff . Alex ,Meghan, Mike, Christian and the yard staff ,at Mesa RWC is the best , i am a contractor and have been doing business with them for years . I prefer RWC and the honesty and integrity of the staff over every other supply company out there and i have dealt with all of them .

DO NOT GO HERE!!! RUDE, unhelpful employees, my truck was almost hit TWICE by golf carts in their yard, and much worse, they sold me the WRONG ROOF TILES that dont fit or match, and had the guts to REFUSE A REFUND on the wrong tiles they sold me, a pathetic business! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

The fork lift operator Christian offered great advice letting me know of the conveyor services so I dont break my back lifting 5 tons of S tiles on a ladder to the roof! Front desk gals are also fast and friendly and quite honestly its great to see ladies chat about roofing!

Serriously really need some customer service courses at this site. Kinda felt like I was bothering them to buy stuff . grant st store is better. Had to load my own shingles to boot. Guy pulled up on fork lift and sat there.. Guy in store had the personality of a skid..

I Had a discrepancy with 2 bundles of shingles I purchased on 10-2-18. After explaining the issue to Alex (the Manager) and Derick, they took care of everything and swapped the bundles for me and made things right. Ill be coming back for my future roofing supplies.

I worked for a building materials supplier for 8 years in Mesa, AZ and understand the reasoning behind restocking fees for special ordered items, but items that are regularly in stock like the shingles I ordered for my roof, is blatantly sticking it to a customer and taking advantage of them. This is not only unethical, it is a pathetic attempt by any materials supplier or retailer to generate additional revenue!All of my dealings with RWC up to this point were great. They were helpful in every way in getting me all of the materials I needed delivered to my home on time. The reason for this poor review is first them not letting me know by either telling me or printing it on the receipt that any returned items would be subject to a restocking fee, and then second charging me 20% to return unopened bundled shingles. I understand restocking fees for special ordered materials or not even accepting returns on special order items at all, but a restocking fee for materials they keep on hand every day is again a pathetic and greedy attempt by any supplier or retailer to generate additional revenue on regularly stocked items.

It was ok. Had very little to no problems. It just seem to take for ever to the the stuff that you have ordered. But then this could be a office thing.

Counter guys were super friendly and helpful, lov3d them! But, guys in back doing loading were very slow and inefficient, got just one item at a time on forklift made 3 trips for just 5 or 6 items (2 rolls UDL, 2 channel metal, 1 bag of crete...10 tiles) took 40 min to load, i think they easily could have loaded it all in one trip and I even ended up loading my own barrel tiles bc it took them so long.

Lot of choices for roof tiles, not all (as per them) and helpful staff. They dont have the floor tiles inventory at this location. Also its located on the Center street not on the S center Street (Google maps) which leads to a dead end to skateland.
