Great place! The staff over there are kind and so helpful & patient with me! They never turn away my antique junkers, like most other places. They always have the knowledge and network to keep me going. They have always gone the extra mile to help me figure out what I need, and I dont know where Id be without their help! What a great place. From sales, to customer service the folks there are just great down home people. Im glad we bought our boat from them.

I dropped by before they were open. They were there and gladly helped me anyway. I was looking to service my boat that was running rough. They didnt service my type of engine; but, recommended another shop that did. Then they told me the area that typically caused the kind of problem I was experiencing. I did some self diagnosis based on their advice. It worked! Thank you so much for your friendly service and advice!

I took my boat into the local shop here in Yuma. They told me they fixed the issue after having it for a month. Went back on lake and same issue. So I made the trip to Mesa and went to Martin Marine based on these reviews. These reviews baled me out. Mike was amazing. Kept me informed all the way and the boat runs smoothly. Go see him. He knows his stuff!

Great customer service and very knowledgeable and straightforward staff. They are great at educating the customer instead of just selling stuff. We went there as a last minute stop while we were out so they are far from the closest boat shop to us. There are at least 15 closer to our house, but this is now our go-to place.

Went there today to get a rebuild kit for my distributor. They were so awesome, taking the time to talk to me about my boat and how I use it. Talked me out of buying it and saved me money. They will certainly get my business in the future because of the great service I received. It’s great that there are still family owned businesses like this that are focused on great service. Martin Marine has always been in my family my dad was going there when I was a child and I started taking my boat there when I purchased it they truly treat you like family and go out of their way to make ends meet for you for example I was in there today and purchased locks for all my compartments well they dont make them for my boat anymore so he went out of his way to find and stayed there with me at the store while he was on the phone finding my parts truly they treat you like family I will always go to Martin Marine

I have had several service appointments with Martin Marine and have always had great experiences. Most recently, my outboard caught fire while fishing at Saguaro lake. I took my boat to Martin Marine. Mike readily identified the problem, ordered parts, in a few days fixed the engine perfectly. Katie did a great job with the paper work and insurance matters. Fair price and great service.

Absolutely horrible-!!!Do not, and I mean do not take your boat to this nasty place-!!They will do you and your boat wrong.Spilled oil on my boat carpet. Didnt clean it up. Greasy fingerprints all over the upholstery.Didnt wipe them off. Chipped fiberglass and scratches left in and outside the boat. Very shotty, careless work. They changed the spark plugs and boat runs very poorly. They actually broke one of the boat seats and just put it back in place and didnt say anything about it.I am 50 years old and this is the first time I have ever written a review on anything.My point being I feel so inspired by such a horrible experience, I want others to know so they wont go through the same thing. If you care anything about your boat stay away from Martin Marine...Absolutely Horrible-!!

Very unprofessional. Mikes a down right liar. He cant even remember all the lies he spits out. I have a 96 tracker that had a leaking trim seal. First he tells me he cant replace the seal and that he would have to replace the ram and seal together. Said the part was $210 and would charge 1 hour labor for $100. After looking around for about two weeks I decided I didnt want to mess with it and called him back. This time he tells me it would cost me $600 to fix the seal and that I should just buy a whole new hydraulic. Obviously I wasnt buying that lie. Called bass pro, they had all the parts I could want for my hydraulic. Seal, pump, everything. I go out of my way to try and support small local shops and this is what I get in return. DO NOT TRUST MARTIN MARINE! ESPECIALLY MIKE! Just one lie after another after another. REDICULOUS!

Id like to thank Mike and Heather, I had issues finding an old control box and cables. they went above and beyond to make sure I had the right one and he narrowed it down with just pictures. Thanks again I will be boating this Labor Day weekend!

These guys did a great job, found a problem I did not diagnose or even imagine and fixed my Mercruiser for far less than I had budgeted. I will be back when I need repairs.
