We had custom cushions made last year for our outdoor chairs. lt was such a pleasure working with them that we returned to have new padding to our patio chairs cushions. Great service, and wonderful end product.

If I had a choice of no stars I would have! Dropped our boat off September 2020. They told us 3-4 weeks for new upholstery. Started calling every Monday in February 2021 and Terry was never available so left messages for her to call. NOT ONE RETURN PHONE CALL! Finally drove down to Mesa (140 miles) and showed up to find our boat and upholstery in the very same place we left it. Just as we walked in a guy comes running from the back and said “I was just moving your stuff into the shop to start” 6 MONTHS AND NOTHING!! We picked it up on March 4th, 2021 and took it to another upholstery shop. They did however give our deposit back with an argument. I understand there’s a pandemic throughout this but NO communication at all! Everyone uses a pandemic as excuses but we’re General Contractors but we’re still able to keep our jobs rolling 🤦🏼‍♀️

Work was done well enough but customer service was some of the worst Ive seen. Lady was very rude in every interaction on phone and in person.

Terry was great to work with we had our boat carpetReplaced and seats reupholstered they did a greatJob the upholstery looks like factory we were so impressed.

Always world class work here. Have had bimini and now a jeep top zipper replaced and both came out brand new.

Outstanding service. I took in my Boat tops to have a zipper added so they could be put together. I took it in and they jumped right on it and had it done in 2 Days. Yes 2 Days. When I picked the top up I came into the shop right after the Owner had to deal with a Bad customer (See Below) and all she could do was apologize to me if she seemed distracted.How Nice. Nobody is perfect an d Mistakes happen sometimes people I would absolutely recommend this place to anybody who wants a personal touch to your business. They really do seem to care about the work they do and holy cow was the turn around fast. Good Job to Everyone involved. I will be back for sure.

They take there sweet time to finish your boat mine sat there for a month before they even started on it I dropped it off may 20 an got it back yesterday July 12 an on top of them not having it finished before the 4 of July like they said it would be ruining that weekend it’s missing the canopy so I have no shade if I go out to the lake this weekend all an all they give you a date it’ll be done by an it doesn’t happen then when they say it’s done it’s missing something I personally will never do business with them again an I will never recommend them to anyone

She made a top for my golf cart. Nov 2016 I contacted her that the sides had shrunk and I could not zip the roll downs anymore. She said she had used the wrong plastic and it had shrunk from the heat and the sun. She said she had 5 others and was going to replace the plastic in each one. I called her every couple weeks and she kept saying she was too booked and I would have to wait another week. It is now May 2017, 6 months later and she is still giving me the same run around,.The grommets on my top are now pulling out of the body of the cart. If you ever want work done right or just done even, dont go there. Please tell your friends. She has got to learn how to be a better business person.,

Took my old boat, with my 1987 Force 50 out board motor for repair. I thought I had a spark problem because it would run only on upper cylinder. Turns out it was only the fuel pump , was getting so much fuel it could not fire. Fuel pump rebuilt, starts and runs great..I was tickled because they could have ripped me off for all kinds of electrical parts and I would not know. I WOULD RECOMND MESA MARINE FOR ANY REPAIR ON ANY BOAT MOTOR.
