Excellent sign and printing shop, they were able to install my reflective window decals for our A/C Masters Cooling & Heating business while I waited! You might be able to find a cheaper price at a smaller sign shop, but I have had problems with cheaper sign shops getting decals crooked or having wrinkles or air bubbles, I never have any of these problems with FastSigns. Very pleased with the quality and their workmanship, will definitely be back when we have another vehicle that needs signage, thanks for your great work!

Terrible experience. Requested a quote and waited weeks with nothing. Was supposed to print a banner for us and even after an approval never returned a call or email indicating that they would move forward on it. Sent a rendering of a building sign to us and mutilated our logo - wasnt even close. Gave the job to another vendor. Would never recommend!!!

I have been a customer here for over a year and literally have spent over $2,000 is signs, posts, cards etc. Last week I asked Debbie to make up some new business cards for me. I was blown away that first the price of 500 cards would be $150 but also she wouldnt even show me a rendering unless I submitted a payment in full. I sent her an email reminding her that I am a CURRENT customer and that just two weeks prior had spent over $500 with them. I told her that I wanted to see the rendering first as I was not about to pay for something that I hadnt seen first. She apparently just ignored my email and never responded. Terrible customer service! Needless to say I got my answer and will be taking my business elsewhere! Also pricing is very high I also asked them to install some signs for me and they wanted over $300 I called Listerassister and they charged me $50. I will not be using this company again and advise all to stay away!!

Im not one for leaving 1 star reviews. But the experience and customer service was horrible.I called on 7.12 and spoke with the sales rep. We talked about color, size and all the other appropriate details. I followed up via email with the requested documents. 7.16 the following monday. We where emailing back and forth about the correct file type . 1st it was vector than PDF so we sent both and tried being very diligent with meeting their requirements.Than they asked for the size of the banner again and this is where I became a little irritated. So I went into the emails weve sent. Scrolled up and screen shot our previous conversations. I was shocked that this company had no organization and didnt even have the patience or skill set required to look thru previous emails to find information about the project.So I cancelled my business with them and found another company.The company I found, did every thing same day.I spoke with a sales rep at 11am and had a beautiful banner on the same ink and material with in 5hrs. Plus a 3yr warranty on the ink and they where 25% less than fastsignsSo my advice, is to shop around and do your research.
