Great store and great customer service!!! We dont live in the area and our order was mixed up a bit (my husband picked up so he wasnt aware until he got home). The owner was great to deal with and made it right in minutes. I will most definitely be giving them all the business im able to!

This place is actually awesome, I don’t know why I haven’t gone sooner. I think I talked to every associate working in the store (I’m not a baker, I had many questions) and everyone was unbelievably helpful and kind. I won’t go anywhere else from now on!

Cant believe Id never gone inside this place as many times as I passed by. Lady at Walmart heard me looking for a specific mold that I couldnt find at Hobby Lobby or Michaels so walmart was my last resort but they didnt have it either so she was kind enough to speak up & tell me about this place. I wanted everything lol. I will def be back very often! They have everything & the staff is very kind & friendly.

A pretty wide selection, prices are reasonable for a shop, but not the best you can get. They also have classes if you are interested in learning. Not too many pans.

I was looking everywhere for sprinkles and candy molds for my daughters birthday. I found this place online and was excited to see how much they have! My favorite part is that they have an entire wall of sprinkles and you can mix your own for 55 cents per ounce! I was able to make a mermaid themed sprinkle mix for my daughters cake and it only cost me about $3. The same mix online was going to cost me $14! I also got a candy mold that only cost $2! Great customer service, reasonable prices, and everything you could ever want for baking! I will be back for sure!

To be honest I didnt expect this place to look like an old school cake supply store. Old school pans up for décor. But other than that the food coloring and flavor extracts are a good price to buy here.

When entering the store I gave a happy greeting to Miss Nancy. However, I didn’t get a very good greeting back. She was helpful for me to find my items, however when I asked a question she responded in a “don’t bother me” tone, and told me that she was not Knowledgeable in that product. Which is fine, I was more bothered by her attitude toward me about it. So I didn’t bother to ask another question 😏. You have a great store, but your staff really needs some work. I’ve been there on several occasions and I get the same thing every time! Please!!! Get a nicer staff!!! 😉

Great variety of anything baking related plus more. Also very clean. The staff members were kinda rude and their payment set up is not for a big business like this. You will not get greeted when you first walk in or even asked by anyone if youre doing ok. Your on your own when it comes to finding stuff.

Awesome place for pastry/baking supplies. Classes are available at reasonable prices. The staff are always ready to answer questions and assist with information to help with purchases. There are other places in the valley But None are the quality of EVCS. They also have punch cards for $$ ,spent to give you discounts. Shopping here is a pleasant experience.

Im only rating two stars for the fact that you guys have a very big inventory but your staff needs alot of work. I try to only come in and out because the only time I asked someone about decorating cookies and the lady responded but as if she didnt want to. Ive been here several times and everytime I go in the staff is in a bad mood or seems like it.

This is a wonderfully, well-stocked supply house for cake decorating and beyond! Just about anything you need, even for the professional baker. They even give classes on how to decorate. I went for food flavoring and amazed that had racks full of a variety of flavors (I was looking for pineapple, and they had it) and even in different concentrates and sizes! Hard to go in for one item, and, not purchase several.

An excellent cake decorating supply shop in the east valley. They dont carry absolutely everything I need, but pretty darn close! Because of the shading on the windows, it always looks closed, but if youre there during regular business hours, dont panic, theyll be open.

Every time I come in I find something else I didnt know I needed. I love this place. I own an online bakery and this is my go to place for everything.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up finally finding what I needed--luster dust! Prices seemed reasonable and the store was tidy and well-organized.

Way too overpriced. Sketchy neighborhood. Questionable customer service. I wasnt even greeted or acknowledge when walking through the front door. I was the only other person in the store! It was very hot inside, I couldnt even be in there for more than a few minutes. Not what I expected. Bummer.

I ran in just about closing for last min items. I was never rushed and had a great experience with the staff. They didnt think odd of me when I sat and counted containers for several minutes and still ended up miscounting in the end. A good variety of items and well priced. Will be headed back soon.

Good place for specialty items like specific food coloring or cookie cutters. They were friendly this time but not so much on previous visits. There are signs everywhere with negative messages like no food or drink, must show ID with credit card (which is a violation of Visaand Mastercard merchant rules) and no returns for this or that reason. I work for a public benefit program and we would never allow that type of signage andthis is aforementioned profit business. I only go here if I have to. It just doesnt give you a good vibe going in.

It is your one stop shop for all your baking supplies. Their bathroom is locked with a key that you need to request from the front desk, this is a downside for me personally. I believe some classes and a bakers club meeting hey hosted. You can find some goodies like fondant, icing and filling. They are a little bit pricier than other big stores as Michaels but definiatly have more inventory of supplies. Their return policy is a bit strict, 7 days on some and no return on other things, which is understood due to sanitary and resuse purposes.
