They wore great, the paint job was perfect. They did a good job. Service was also great, real good guys at this location. We took a second car to them for a small repair. And still will go back in the future. Thanks guys we appreciate you.

I would like to thank Steve, Tom and Brandon . I interacted with each one of these employees while having my car painted. The paint job was done professionally. And I feel like I got what I paid for. All three of these employees had a positive attitude and wanted to assist me in getting the paint job that I had requested. I have heard many horror stories about Maaco , but I want to put that to rest . They did a great job. I recommend that you go in and asked to speak to any of these guys .

Got some work done there. The customer service is great. The work was for my bumper and quarter panel. No major damage, buffing and paint. I got my car back and it was filthy inside and out. The part number was still on the car, my car is covered in some type of protectant they put on, and my bumper was not attached properly. They told me to scrub out the protectant and it would cost me $55 to have my bumper fixed properly (AFTER THEY TOOK IT OFF). Maaco customer service is great However, I will never recommend them or take any of my future vehicles there.

Everyone told me I would be crazy to use this Macao shop to paint my Classic Austin Mini Cooper. They were all right!I am crazy about the fantastic paint job I received from this shop.

They gave me an estimate online that it would cost $900-$1500 for the paint job. I drove 30 minutes to the shop and they gave me a new estimate for $4345.73. If the overall price could be $4345.73, the estimate needs to say $900-$4345.73. Not $900-$1500. Since I obtained a contract at another shop for $1200, I would not have driven 30 minutes to this place if I knew that I could pay almost quadruple the price. Just be honest.

I called for a free estimate and was seen the same day. The quote was lower than I expected and I had the work done. I was pleasantly surprised at the paint match and body work when I picked the car up. I would refer anyone to the store on Main Street and Lindsay in Mesa. Top job!

Brandon was great to work with and they did a great job fixing the dent in our car. Brandon could have recommend a very costly solution but after seeing the damage he recommended a simple solution that worked out great and was a lot less expensive. Very impressed and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Job finished in less time than quoted AND at less cost than quoted PLUS they took me to a lunch spot while I was waiting. In todays world its tough being nice. All the staff was pleasant and helpful.

The business provided me with direct no hassle service. They were professional, excellent service, and on time. I had a wonderful experience with this business and my daughter thank you too.

What seemed like a seamless problem turned out to be quite a mess. I got my truck quoted at $1,800 for the paint job that I asked to be preformed. Two weeks later I was called and told the quote that I was given and that it was actually going to cost around $3,800 due to them not including the rear cab and fenders in their initial estimate. At this point it was to late to just pick up the truck because all the paint and fenders were already stripped. In the end management agreed to meet in the middle for a price. Upon picking up my truck, the front driver seat leather interior was ripped in two places which was not present when I dropped it off. The management stated “this is a 15 year old truck and the leather is old, we aren’t responsible for it tearing. It could have ripped at any time.” After arguing and trying to have them do what’s right I left with ripped seats and a paint job that cost more than I was initially quoted. If you want a paint job done I would recommend checking out other company’s in the valley. This was a headache from the beginning.

I feel that I was over charged for work I had done on Saturday June 13th @ 12:45pm.I requested a piece of double sided tape be applied to my tail gate protector to prevent it from rubbing the paint. The advisor told an another employee to use 1/4 double sided tape to secure tailgate protector. Approximately 5 minutes laterthe work was completed. Was asked if I had a $20 and replied that I didnt at that point I was charged an additional $5 to use my debt card.The current price for 36 yards of the same tape is just under $20 equals about $0.55 per yard.An estimated labor cost @ $100 an hour for approximately 5 minutes of work would result in about $8.30 worth of labor. Totally just under $9 for the supplies and labor.

I bought a car for my 16 year old child which had some paint issues due to its age. Maaco gave me an excellent price for what I needed and delivered ahead of time. They truly helped me understand what I should do and did a great job in the final product. I would definitely use the Mesa shop again.Thanks guys.

I have worked with Steve for over 10 years and am going to have some work done on my truck next month. Straight shooters, fair.

I took in a loose rear spoiler to have painted. It is fiberglass and was brand new. I also took my fuel filler door so they could match the paint. I dropped it off on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and they called to say it was ready on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. The paint itself looks amazing. However it is not even close to matching the paint on my car. Now I don’t even want to bolt the wing on the car and I am out the money I spent having it painted. I’m not sure what to do now as I have a couple other things I need painted as well but I need them to actually match my car. The turn around time was great and they were pleasant to deal with. The paint looks great I just wish it matched.

When I picked up the car yesterday afternoon it was a hundred and eight degrees. The brief walk around left me with a very positive impression. This morning when I can actually take more time, I find some flaws small ones, I hope that its something that can be rubbed out or buffed out. Im hoping that I can get a positive result when I take the car back. Overall Ive been happy with customer service and the overall look of the car.

Nice, high quality shop, however very overpriced. I had my Mustang painted last year at Maaco, and it has already started chipping in random spots, and fading the majority. My mustang is garage kept and only sees daylight maybe twice a month. I spent thousands for this paint job at Maaco, and it looks like ****.

The customer service at the val vista and main store was horrible. I set a appointment with them two weeks prior so they would have enough time to get my sons truck done before school started. Well we took it in and it sat for a week and a half before they ever got to even bring it in the shop then they came up with a bunch of excuses saying that they over booked their work. They called me one day and said that the truck would be ready tomorrow. Then the next day when I called them the truck still hadn’t been in the shop. Then I called him again the next day and still wasn’t done but they had promised on the receipt that it would be done five days prior. I then called corporate and they gave me the runaround. The owner of the store was supposed call me back but was too chicken to and when my wife confronted him the next day he said he didn’t know anything about me calling .i talked to one of his guys at the shop. And he said he just saw him and would get him on the phone with me . That didn’t happen either. I would not recommend using Maico for any paint job on any vehicle because their customer service is the worst all the way all up to corporate.

Wow, totally blew away my expectations. First they did a great job, and got my vehicle back to me a day early. I had a chip on my gas tank cover, that I forgot to tell them about. When I picked up my car, the chip had been repaired at no additional cost. Nice job, guys!!

Macco did an excellent job on my Mustang. I had several custom new body parts as part of kit that needed full prep and paint in addition to a new fiber glass hood that needed repair and full paint.Along with the high quality prep and paint, Maaco also worked with another third party to have my convertible top completely replaced during the process.My car was a masterpiece when it was done, and the paint has been flawless for quite some some time now.My hats off the the excellent workmanship, body work, and paint of Maaco.

I had my car repaired at Maaco in Mesa, Az recently and I was quite pleased. They not only did a beautiful job on the repair but touched up a few other scratches for no extra charge and washed the car. I would definitely recommend Maaco to family and friends.

Im not happy of how my car came out when I had taken in my 2015 to be fixed after my rear fender bender. My rear bumper was not put back on right and they should of done any thing possible to make sure that it was done correctly and not consider my 2015 an old car. I dont recommend Maaco cause they dont guarantee their work at all.

Took our mustang in after the rear quarter panel was damaged in an accident.( Honestly we were turned down by another shop because it had been repainted by maaco once before.) They did an excellent job on the quarter panel and paint but the bumper cover alignment was a bit off and it took them a whole week to perform the repair? Thats why they only got 4 stars this visit....

Friendly staff. Tom explained the service provided and warranty coverage. We had some cosmetic issues and Tom checked out our concerme and immediately resolved the problems. Very pleased with the services provided.

Paid 1200 to have car repainted and they didnt put the chrome lettering on the bumper correctly. They were all uneven and some looked like they were falling off. When I called to ask if they could fix it they told me I would need to buy more of the chrome letters because of the glue. You would think that all necessary detailing issues would be covered by the amount of money I paid.

My brother in law truck clear coat had been pealling ever since I knew him. The truck looks brand new.

This place does lousy work and has horrible customer service. I brought in my car for body work and a complete paint job, received an estimate and and approved the work. 1 week later I was told the estimate was too low and it was going to be another $200. When I picked the car up there was a bubble in the paint on the hood, I was told to wait and see what it did, a month later the paint was bubbling off the entire hood, I took it back and was told it was not their fault but they would fix it. 1 week later I went to pick it up for the second time and there were still bubbles in the hood. This time I was told by Tom that it was not their fault and they were not going to do anything about it. I paid good money for a lousy paint job and now I have to take it somewhere else and pay again to have it fixed. BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

1) drove in to get an estimate. got the estimte and pick 2 colors to choose from.2) got a call to come pick up sample color paddles. did so.3) called to confirm appointment to drop off vehicle. I am not on the schedule????? well will you out me in there please....ok I did he said.4) returned to store to choose another color because those two did not look like the book and were very dark. Sat to look through the book for a while. Chose 4 more colors. Oh those cost 35 dollars each. What? I said for a sample paddle of color? 35 dollars thats a lot. Oh well it takes a lot to mix up the paint and there is a lot of waste that goes right in the trash can. well maybe someone should have mentioned this when I was first here I told the guy. By the way will you check to make sure I am in the schedule. Oh you are not and we cant get you in now for about 3 weeks. hmmmmmm The manager was supposed to call me today, nope never happened.

I brought my Honda del sol here to get a rear aftermarket spoiler put in and some other things they put an old guy on my car who couldnt even improvise and put in a simple spoiler by using longer screws in this is the first and last time I ever come here these guys are expensive and thier idiots. Now they say they cant install after market rear taillights these guys are complete idiots never take your car here.
