The best part about this business is theyre service after installation. They installed a fantastic entertainment system for my home. It was a significant amount of work and they delivered a great product! Its now two years since install and Im continuing to get fantastic service from Kevin. These guys are fantastic. I gave them my budget, explained what was top priority to me, and then they patiently educated me about my options. Invoice was clear and detailed. Install was clean and professional. Completely transformed our family room. The video and sound couldn’t be better. Most of my contact with Automated Environments was with Jason. Jason was excellent in communicating with me about my project from my initial call, scheduling the work, and even followed up with me well after hours on a Friday when the project was completed to ensure I was satisfied with the work that was done. Pat and the team who completed the work were professional and completed a very clean installation of my equipment. I own a business with multiple employees and I can say Jason, Pat and Automated Environments have customer service and professional installation nailed down!

Just had Steve out at the house with Automated Environments. Steve was extremely knowledge, helpful, and personable. I had troubles getting other companies out to the house but did not have any issues getting Automated Environments. I would recommend them to others.

We had a Control4 system installed by another vendor from Scottsdale earlier this year and when we experienced a problem with the remote control, after repeated requests for assistance resulted in no response, we contacted Automated Environments, Inc. Their online rep quickly relayed our contact information to Jason the company owner who contacted us within less than a half hour. Within minutes he had us up and running like new. We were extremely pleased with his responsiveness and flawless customer service. We are now recommending Automated Environments to all of our neighbors who have had systems installed by the original vendor so that they too can experience what great customer service is all about.

We recently moved to the area and wanted to upgrade the existing home surround sound system. We called several suppliers and selected Automated Environments. They were great to work with us through our remodel, and made recommendations to maximize our budget and meet our technological needs. We have several zones and ultimately added a full outside system. I was suspect at first about how that would work, and now could not imagine hanging outside without it. Coach is fabulous to work with and we appreciate their support plan that allows us to reach them at any time.

Finally a HVAC/Control 4 dealer that knows how to problem solve! Brian and Steve have been great. Steve came out here and troubleshot 2 speaker issues that have been going on for years in a matter of minutes! One of my C4 amps was showing a short and he fixed it, which fixed the 2 left speaker problems we were having. Honest, reliable and quick to respond is why we have given them a 5 star review! Will update as we continue to use them.

I was in search of a control 4 company to install my system. I reached out to this company and Jason got back to me immediately. I spoke to Jason numerous of times and I think he is a honest and trustworthy person. The only thing that went bad was with the email communication from his sales person who came to my house. I have no issue with Jason or his company, I just believe that his sales person who came to my house could have communicated better with me in his chose of words via email.

I highly recommend Automated Environments!! I was having problems with my Control 4 remote on a Sunday which also happened to be St. Patricks Day. I was looking at their website when one of their representatives named Jason contacted me by chat.I explained the problem I was having to Jason and he informed me a Service Technician would be calling me soon. Their company didnt install my system but he was still very helpful and within about 20 minutes their Service Tech named Kevin called me.Kevin asked me some questions and then remotely connected to my system. He not only fixed the problem but updated my software as well.This is outstanding customer service especially considering the fact that they didnt install my system and they didnt charge me anything to help fix my problem. From now on if I need any home automation installation or work done they will have my business! Dont hesitate to contact them for your home automation needs!

Great Service! Kevin was great at helping me decide what would work best for my home. Ive used AE for a security system and multiple sound systems.

Automated Enviroments work on our new home is my favorite features. We can control thermostats, lights, television, sound system and door locks with our smart phone. Automated Enviroments also improved our spotty cell phone reception in the house. The customer service is second to none. My contact Kevin even responds to questions or issues on weekends!!! The television, Blu-Ray players and sound system are all controlled by one simple remote or on our phones. And the multiple zones allow TV inside while music is playing outside. We even got the garage wired for sounds!!! We could not be happier with Automated Enviroments. Highly recommend!!!
