I was out visiting family this summer and rented an ATV for the day with my son and my brother. We had a great time and while there was a little snag at the end of the day, Eric and his wife were on it right away and were absolutely amazing to deal with, I really felt they went above and beyond to make the experience great and I would highly recommend them for a rental if you need one.

I was able to speak directly with the owner explain what my goals were for my 2021 Can-Am X3 Max smart shocks And he pointed me in the right direction. I was not up sold and got a very fair price. I even had a special request to get the work done on a rush and he was able to do it for me. This company deserves your business.

Eric is a very likable person, I took my 2005 Polaris Ranger 500 in for repair and he started working on it the same day I dropped it at his shop. Nice shop well equipped and also has a parts department. I had all the fluids changed, Starter installed, wiring repaired, tune up, carb rebuilt, He also has a gated lot for secure over night visits. SO far for me.. these guys have been great. Bought some items from them at reasonable price. Had some small 2 stoke work done there with no issue. Seem knowledgeable about the bike I had and suggested some carb settings that worked out great. Owners are super friendly, and will have a conversation with you. Instead of just asking for your money and rushing you out the door. Definitely will be going back as needed.

Renters BewareSpent thousands there as a new customer. Bought a used quad from them and Eric told me to let him know if there are any problems. Called him on a Saturday after 15 minutes of using it and informed him of an issue in the steering and he said to bring it in. A mechanic I met in the field looked at it and said yeah it’s lose but it would not hurt it. Rode for a total of 2.5 hours and took it in. I told him it felt loose when I loaded it and he tells me I bent the metal on the steering. Yeah bent the steering with a 53 year old wife going 25 on a easy green rated trails. Buyer beware if you use this business beware and if this is how he works. RENTERS be very aware. Look at absolutely everything on the rental or you might just be accused of breaking something when you bring it back.

After multiple phone calls with a very helpful front desk worker i dropped my 2017 rmz250 off today for the tune up package and they were very quick and courteous with me. They were pretty packed but still managed to get me in with a 2 week work period. Haven’t got the bike yet but will for sure be back to leave a review after the 2 weeks hopefully! I’ll let you know how the service has kept up! 👍👍update: Great service! Got the bike back even earlier then they said they would have it done and they were almost super helpful on the phone prior to pick up. Staff is super friendly and i would definitely recommend !

My son Triston,took his 2005 Honda 450R in for diagnosis and repair. The bike mechanically needed quite a bit of work which we authorized and paid for,,,,,,including a top end rebuild. Bike ran and continues to run pretty well.Our dissatisfaction is the bolts on the exhaust muffler were left loose so first time he went to ride it, it fell off and beat it up pretty badly. We called Gateway and they offered for us to bring it back in and they would try to hammer it out, expensive exhaust, hammering it out not ok in my opinion. We took the bike to get a paddle tire installed, no bolts/loose bolts on all the plastics, fuel selector switch, etc.....they had to install/tighten a total of 8 different bolts/screws. Would like to have some more attention to detail for sure as well as better option for my now ruined exhaust than hammering it out. Come on, really?

Carb rebuild on my 2005 Bombardier Outlander Max 400. Runs like a champ now. Eric did great.Also rented a Polaris Sportsman quad for 10 days on a commercial project. Ran great, no big problems.Great shop, honest service.

Not sure what some of these reviewers are complaining about. these guys are awesome. hes got a lot more stuff in that little shop than you would think, prices not far off internet pricing and id rather support local business than order stuff online. Eric always gives me sound info even if i dont spend a dime in the shop. I do a lot of my own repair and I will be buying parts and tires at Gateway Motorsports.

These guys are awesome. Very easy to rent from and super friendly. Eric goes out of his way to make things accommodating so all you have to do is pull up, hook up a trailer and UTV or ATV and off you go for a day or more of fun! I’ve rented from here multiple times and always got great service!

Finally a great rental experience!!!!! The rental was in perfect condition and very capable of going everywhere we wanted to go. The trailer road smoothly. The pick up and drop off went smoothly. This was my forth time renting an off-road machine. The first 3 times were 3 different businesses and they ranged from bad to really bad. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a great rental experience.

Rented 2 Razrs, we had a trip from hell. We broke the trailer jack (thought we bent the trailer) Not only did Eric tell us we didnt bend the trailer, but reassured us it was like that when we took possession (which we didnt see) He was super transparent and honest. We left camp in a hurry and left a bag full of helmets and goggles behind. I felt terrible, we were re routed through globe on the way home due to a forest fire and ended up getting back to his place way late, I called him when we were ten minutes away and he met us there and helped me unload the razrs. He could see in our faces we were burnt! I could not find the lost helmets and he wasnt worried about it. Super good guy! I Called him the next day to pay for 5 helmets and goggles which were much cheaper then I expected. Great place to rent from. They wont hammer you for normal wear and tear marks and most importantly he is honest!! Thx Eric

Had a quad tuned up recently. I was charged the maximum amount plus more. It wouldnt start when I came to load it. Owner blamed that on me. Then one week later went to start it for a ride that day and couldnt get it to run. I will be looking for a new shop.

Charged me $100 to bleed brakes! On estimate he put $20-$100. Charged me max plus charged for more fluid. When I asked about charge, it was because he had to diagnose problem. He got mad and stormed out of room. Finished with another person. I got on my bike, headed toward street, and brake went to bottom! He forgot to prime it. Its been a couple months, and my brake is back to where it was before. I spent another$100 to have master cylinder rebuilt.

Eric is great. He’s worked on two dirt bikes and a quad for me. Fork seals, tires and carberator rebuilds went smoothly. No issues with his work or his prices

Took a while to post this review due to circumstances surrounding it. I took two sport atvs to Gateway Motorsports neither were running at the time. Eric was able to diagnose both bikes in a timely manner. He did not do any work prior to my notice which is s good practice. He was able to get my Suzuki LTR450 up and running in no time. The price was reasonable for the amount of work done. Next was my nightmare bike a Honda 450er that has been a headache since I got it. After the diagnosis I decided to go all out and swap the HRC kit for a 501 stroker. He had the bike done sooner than I expected and even let me set up a payment plan. The bike ran great and was super fast. I sold the quad soon after getting it back. The guy I sold it to had some issues with the bike and Eric still honored his warranty for the complete rebuild. I dont see how anyone can say anything negative about him or his wife. They were straight shooters, courteous, and fair the entire time. I will continue to do business with them and refer as many ppl as possible. Thanks for everything.

Renters of ATVS (Razors) beware you will not end up with quoted price. When returning the equipment rental Quads will be checked the same way as when you left. But not the Razors the owner will checked the Razor differant from when you checked out the Razor in the morning trying very hard to find something so that he can keep your Deposit . I rented once from them . I will not ever Rent anything or buy something from this Place .Response Dated 4/19/2019I am not complaining about a $35.00 deduction for a missing mirror . That it may have not been tighten or installed properly by some one . But A charge of $211.00 that you forgot to mention . Razor was not tipped not crashed not driven in a matter that I may have caused a damage . Razor was not even scratch. I was driving two small kids in the back . It is not the first Razor I rent .I gave a Deposit of $1300.00 $1000.00 for The Razor and $300.00. For the quad I rented .I was returned $1054.00 yes $35.00 for a missing mirror . And $211.00 was for ??? Damaging ??? Thats okay you can keep the deposit. I am just never going back and the differance from the past and now is now We can let other people know so they are aware and not surprised like me .Like I said Renter Beware.

Gateway... very awesome help...Counter person (Karen Carpenter) was so friendly ...we are duners too, so we love helping our fellow dunersIm out of town....To get a fire use permit for the ISDRA you need to be able to print out your fire permit...I had no access to printerKaren Carpenter to the rescue she let me take fire test on her computer... did I say shes nice?I also got my out of state ohv sticker...TY Gateway Motorsports!

Dont recommend this place. Price was really high and the service did not make up for the high price. Owner has a thing or two to learn on how to treat a customer. Im sure he will find our down the road unfortunately.

I called tonite at 6:15 just to check and see if they could swap a tire from one bent rim to another on Saturday morning. They said bring it down now as we`re open till 7. I left my house at 6:17 and arrived at 6:23. I literally walked out at 6:28 with the swap complete and aired up. I`m home writing this at 6:41. If that`s not customer service then I don`t know what is. Thanks very much. I will be back for service on my quad.

I can start first by saying customer service is consistent here for sure. Eric has again and again shown me respect, honesty and knowledge when Ive came in for repair or needed parts/misc.Just recently i bought a 2008 RMZ250 that i needed fork seals done on, i called the shop at 6 and was still shown respect and patience when i asked questions and needed a rough quote on how much it would be to fix it. Dropped the bike off and also had him do the multi point tune up on the bike just to cover any loose ends. Fast forward to today when i picked the bike up and it couldnt have ran any better if i took it to Suzuki themselves! Very happy with the price and quality of work, ill definitely be coming back in the future for parts and labor, along with referring friends and family to come here!I even dropped my wallet in the parking lot when i picked the bike up, everything was still in it and i even offered to buy them lunch but they declined!If youre looking for a good place to drop your bike off and want the work to be at a great price and of even greater quality, look no further than Gateway Motorsports with Eric.

Save yourself time money and a headache!!! I had him install a new bumper and nerf bar on my sons quad . Parts were not installed correctly bolts were loose and had the nerve to changer me more then he quoted me !!

Brought my bike into the shop to have the carb tuned, the owner told me $150 max but probably closer to $100. A week later I call him and he said hes having a hard time getting the carb dialed in but it will be done Monday. I go to pick it up and he charges me $220 and the bike still doesnt run the way it should. All he did was change the pilot jet and clean it up. This is on a ttr125 thats not worth more than $600. So spending a 1/4 of the value on the bike to tune a carb sure seems like quite a bit of money. Will not go back...

I like coming here to get my motorcycles and UTVs fixed over anywhere else. He is fast, and honest.
