So far so good. I had a great and efficient experience dropping my car off for body work, after being hit by a deer. Tyler was courteous, kind, and thorough when assessing the damage to my vehicle. I have complete confidence that the work will be done well, and efficiently. Ill update with before/after photos once the work is complete.Update: I am very pleased with the entire process. Crash provided frequent updates on the progress of my vehicle. The work was completed a day earlier than the estimated completion date, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and efficient. My vehicle has a metallic finish, which is a difficult paint to match and the blending was completed flawlessly.

Crash Champions did a great job taking care of my vehicle. Awesome work. My only criticism is the professionalism of the receptionist. Its important to watch your tone when speaking to paying customers. Overall, this does not detract from the great work done by Tyler and the rest of the staff. Would recommend.

I have to say Will Paterson made my experience a better one at Crash. They handled my insurance and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Katlyn was quick to take photographs and do a thorough estimate and was able to give me peace of mind. The best part was when I picked up my car it was like a deer never even ran into my door and fender. My car came back like new on the outside and even cleaner than I remembered it on the inside. I would highly recommmend Crash Champions for their quality collision team to anyone...and I did and they did not disappoint!!!

Since my review was posted Crash champions gave me a private email to contact them, which I did, and they didnt respond. I ended up finally filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get some results. However, they did not respond to that yet either. It appears that Crash Champions is NOT interest in resolving issues, especially when the General Manager is involved AND it involves taking advantage of a woman. They just want to ignore it and brush it under the carpet. So, I say again that this is not a reputable place to have work done on your vehicle because they are liars and cheats. I crashed my car and it needed extended repairs. I was given a 2 week repair date and during those weeks the technician kept me updated on the progress. Needless to say the pick update was delayed almost another week, with no prior warning. The technician was not clear on what was actually going on with my car and that it would need more time. It sucked because I was carpooling with my boyfriend and getting ubers to work until my car was fixed. The job though was amazing. They did and incredible job and the car was super clean. It looks awesome and doesnt even appear like it was in an accident

Took in the family van after a collision. Had them do the insurance claim work plus some extra trim and door repair after an unfortunate incident with a rock! Told us it would be done in a week to 10 days. Kept pushing the date back further and further. We went on vacation thinking SURELY it will be ready when we get back. Nope! Took 4 weeks. They did cover a rental for us during that final week after we pushed for it, and I am fairly certain that gave us some leverage! Car looked good after the repairs and I paid exactly what they quoted. Unfortunately, car was returned with a mess in the interior--grease on upholstery, trash from the repair still in the trunk, dust covering the interior. Its too bad, they were nice folks, just couldnt deliver as promised. Our car is fixed and looks fine, but it was a headache! Good luck! Edit: based on owners response below, I will give 2 stars for the repair and sticking to the quote. Will, pretty sure you have my # if you wanted to make it right! The time estimate was given knowing the full scope of work, we didnt spring anything on ya! 😉

Went here for repairs after my car was rear ended by a truck. The guys here are so professional and friendly. Each time I had to go in they were always smiling, introducing themselves, and keeping me informed on the status of my car. They really treated my car like it was there own. The receptions is also pleasant and professional and helped to seamlessly coordinate a rental car for me. My car was returned in tip top shape, it was so clean on the inside and out I almost didnt recognize it! Awesome first impression !

Im hoping the work is up to par - I dont actually have my car yet (as of 10.10.20. My issue is timeliness - the car was supposed to be ready on 10.8. Then I was told it would be ready on 10.9. Then I was told that the painter was delayed...so it would be ready late this morning (10.10). Now Im told it wont be ready until sometime this afternoon. Im guessing my experience isnt optimal.

Quality auto body is by far one of the best places to get your car fixed at i would Recommend them to anyone looking for auto body work. The employees are so kind and willing to help but I have to gave it all to Tyler T thank you so much for all you did for me...

The repairs done to my vehicle exceeded expectation- my car looks brand new after being pretty banged up in a hit and run. I normally don’t leave reviews, but one very satisfied customer. Tyler, the employee who was the main point of contact for repairs went above and beyond. Even stayed a little after closing to make sure everything intact. Very clean facility for an auto body shop (Mequon location). Body repair on my vehicle came out looking almost new.

Quality Auto Body in Mequon is fantastic. They did a complete gut and renovation of an older building and its beautiful. The quality of their body work matches the environment and dealing with a knowledgeable and honest guy like Will was an absolute pleasure. I cant recommend them highly enough!

Honestly, If I could give this place more stars I would! I needed a new bumper for my Honda accord and decided to take it to this place. This was my very first car and II love it! I was really worried giving it away to be repaired. But when I picked it up yesterday, I was in shock! My car looked more than amazing and I was so happy . how it turned out. My hood was a little dented and instead of getting mea new hood they unbent it and it looks completely like it was replaced. They painted the bumper and I was worried that the colors not matching but in my surprise, you cant even tell the difference! Im a nanny and so when I turned my car in to then, the back seats were dirty and all of that but when I got my car back, it was all cleaned! I am going to be honest, my expectation were really low but they really did an amazing job.For anyone who has high expectations, go here and they will meet them and maybe even exceed them.I will for sure recommend this place! They get the car fixed in a timely manor and Will is amazing!The prices are great also for the quality they do! Amazing team!

Took my van in from a referral by my insurance agent it was hit in a parking lot, from the estimator, Will to the owners Steve and Roxanne, the repair people Randy and Ron they were all amazing and do fantastic repair work.

Took my car in for a rear bumper repair and when they were finished with it my tow hitch was missing. Guy said there was never one on there which is a blatant lie.
