I called and was given prices of parts (Fusion - Door RS $175, Door rear RS $100, front fender RS $100); however, Chuck tried to take advantage of me. He stated the door was $450 for the front and another outrageous price for the rear door. I am not a fool, so I took my business somewhere else.

I brought a motor from here took it a the place they referred. They kept my truck 6 months which my warranty was over. When buying a motor from these people. Make sure you have them test the motor before you leave. They sold me a messed up motor. It didnt even fit my truck. The truck I showed look just like my truck same year and everything. I was sold a motor from another year truck. Understand I spent 2k right when I was laid off. So, I had to spend my savings. On putting a messed up motor in my truck. I explain hey its a pandemic you sold me a messed up motor. The owner guarentee that the motor ran perfect before it left. So I took it over to this shop. Where it took them 6 months to tell me the motor is bad. Remind you the pandemic is still going on everyone is still going threw it. Im stuck with not having a motor or paying another 2k for another maybe good motor. So to stay on the safe side if they cant show you that it runs go to pull apart they are much cheaper. Dont buy from here go online.

Don’t waste your time. I drove almost an hour only to get there and be told they don’t have the part that they told me they had a couple hours earlier over the phone. The guy didn’t even check with anyone else in the office or in the yard, just looked at his computer and insisted they didn’t have it. Complete waste of time.

The part you inquired about, a dash, as a general rule, are damaged in the wreck. We only have insureance totals on our yard and it has been our experience that an entire dash is damaged in some fashion in the wreck. We are sorry that you are not happy with your service and respectfully ask that you give us try on other parts you may need for your 2001 F-150.

Sold me a bad Engine and they dont want to accept the fact that the motor is no goodSounds good but engine will run hot after about 10 min of running and it wont keep coolant in the reservoirThis is not the first time they stiffed me either

In response to Daniel Berglund we dont want ANY customer to feel like they havent received a quality part for a reasonable price. We do sell used parts from salvaged vehicles so miss steps do happen. Replacement of various parts are a normal part of installation of an used engine however we do not sell engines with the intention of rebuilding them. We feel as if a genuine Ford product is better than a rebuild. By your own review we gave you two more engines (on good faith that you would return the original engine we sold you) you didnt like either of them and as we said when you made us aware that you were unhappy we would refund your money but you said you wanted to keep the engine and get your money back. We require the merchandise to be returned to receive your money back. I am sure that you can understand that business practice. We do value ALL our customers and their opinion does count! We try very hard to make sure that everyone is happy. If anyone ever needs to talk to the owner he is more than willing to discuss any comments or concerns at anytime as we strive to have 100% satisfaction.

This place is a joke I called to verify they had a fender that was listed on there website for my truck.The person on the phone yes they do so I print off information about said car the part was on and head out. So I drive 45 minutes to there location for the lazy snot behind the counter to say OH we dont update the website the car you are talking about was put on the site 3 years ago.I know this was flat out bull caused by the fact he didnt want to have to get off his butt to go look and see if they had a fender in the color I needed.As I left I hear him mumble we sell parts the color is your problem.Keep in mind I never called bs on his it has been on the website three years or called him on the fact that someone over the phone said it was there.I was courteous the whole time I cant stand places where you try to be the friendly honest person and get shat on by no give a fart jerk.I will posting this comment to ALL the online review sites this place is a joke.

Had to get a part for my truck they had it they took it off I didnt have to bring my own tools or mess around on a nasty yard where I could get tetanus and God knows whatever else kind of disease prices are good although the part I purchased did not work I havent taken it back yet but Im sure they will not be a problem the staff is very helpful very friendly thats what I like

While I have used them several times, the most recent was highly irritating. I was sold an engine and, after installing it with new gaskets and other components, found it was leaking about 15% compression into coolant jackets. No problem, they gave me another. Slightly wiser, this time I ran a cylinder leakdown test BEFORE installation, finding 80% leakage through rings and valves. Third times the charm, right? Third one wouldnt even turn 360°! Can they give me a hand on buying new head gaskets, bolts, and another set of intake gaskets? No. No they will not. I can forfeit 200$+ for what I have already put in the engine, or pay full price for one that I have to rebuild. Thanks Warford. Oh, he told me he would help me out on the next one or two I buy from him. Lmao. Right.

Warfords, clay warford, refused to refund my 386 dollars for a mistake his employee made measuring rims i bought. i ordered 18x9 he sold me 17x8. now im out nearly $400 bucks and having to wait on new rims to ship. which was justs a few dollars more than his dented and scratched ones. i was trying to save time and ended up out nearly $400 and put behind on my project. case is pending :D have a swell day

Ive been going to Clays for a while and they have everything you need from engines to the smallest miniscule thing. Ive never had any bad experiences with them and the customer service is TOP NOTCH... I purchased an 5.4 motor and was kind of discouraged because of the rust on it but I still installed it and its been 5 months and there hasnt been any problems...

Prices are just way too high. The business model is have parts that no one else have and then stick it to the unfortunate sucker who has nowhere else to go. I asked about a screw-on antenna for 01 focus that I knew I could buy a universal whole antenna for maybe $12-15 warford price for used $25. I just laughed in his face b/c its just this kind of Im gonna get mine mentality that hurts customers and profits businesses with truly high profit margins already and while theyre getting paid your getting taken. When I tell someone to go here for parts b/c they cant find them I tell them to brace themselves and take any blood pressure medications prior to asking for the price.

Horrible customer service. I bought a starter and found I didnt need it. Tried to return part and they acknowledge it is their part but say they cant look up receipt to issue refund. Took info from my ID, my phone number, my debit card...... How can you not issue refund. Horrible customer service.

I was always skeptical about buying parts from a salvage yard but after talking to them on the phone for a few minutes I decided to give it a go after asking them how many miles the part had on it and they assured me that all of the vehicles they buy have under 100,000 miles.I went in to pick up an axle and differential for my Ford F150 and was amazed at all of the parts that were all in great shape that they had stocked on the shelves. You can get anything here everything from engines and doors to gas caps and light bulbs. Anything you need from a ford lincoln mercury and they probably have it.The guy at the desk told me it would be just a few minutes because they were trying to find the best one they had. Then they found one and ended up taking it back and getting a different one because they didnt like that one. So it was very reassuring that they give you the best part available if possible.The other thing is price. The prices were great. I priced the same part at 4 or 5 different salvage yards and they had the best prices by far. Not to mention all of the other salvage yards were not only charging more, but they also had anywhere from 50,000 to over 100,000 more miles than the one I got from Clays Warford.Also the service was great. Everyone in there was on top of their game. Getting me the part I needed quickly, had another guy asking if Id been helped. Friendly service. Even the guys back in the salvage yard were crackin jokes with me.Now back to the part, I bolted up the axle and diff to my truck with no problem. Everything was in great shape. Even better shape than my original. It even removed some slop from my driveshaft that was there long before the gears blew up in my old one. Also the brake shoes were almost brand new.Ill definitely do business with them in the future.

Dont buy a used engine from these folks unless you want to install it twice. Ive bought used engines from these people twice, both times the 1st engine was bad. The 1st time they gave me another engine, and $100 off the 2nd one. The 2nd time I didnt get it installed till after the 30 day warranty was up and they said I was out of luck.Just buy parts......not engines. my advise.

I had a good experience. I needed a rear end for my Ford, called them up, talked to Brad, and they had a 70K mile replacement end for me for $500. They took it out the way they said they would and gave it to me with a 45 day warranty. They were responsive on the phone and knew what they were talking about. Only wish they were more centrally located.

Complete crooks, sold me bad trans then wouldnt warranty it. Wouldnt buy anything from them.

The gave me the wrong radiator at first but when I took it back they gave me the right one. I just hate I had to go back there.
